I came into the store as I was making my online order (1 foot long). The shop was empty. One person came in and went to order. When I finished up the order on my app another customer had come in and also went to order. Being 3rd in line I expected my online order to be made next but no that wasn't the case. 3 more customers and I had to ask if she even got my order. She confirmed that she did. More than 10 customers later... she finally got around to giving me my sandwich after I asked if she was ever getting to my order since my kids were waiting for me outside. Granted it was during the lunch rush and the girl was alone but they shouldn't treat online customers like that. She tried to make up for it and gave me a free bag of chips.. which turned out to be expired almost two weeks ago. Although the sandwich did turn out good !! 4/10 at 11:45 am went into subway because I normally cook for the week so I thought let me treat myself to a sandwich. I didn't get the ladies name but she looked miserable working there I asked for a forest ham and she put only two pieces of ham when technically is supposed to be four pieces. I asked for all the veggies I wanted in my sandwich but I was really disappointed with it because she barely put any veggies in it. I was in a rush so I didn't say anything to her but that will be the last time I go in there and order anything. I ate the sandwich because I was hungry but I will never return. To think I wanted to treat myself and I ate mainly bread. To the lady that made my sandwich you need more training or get another job that will make you happy or content. Delicious! I placed my order through the app which I normally never do. But I wanted to avoid standing in line and have my food ready once I arrived. There were three people in the line however, the gentleman was very sweet in trying to get everyone taken care of. He asked if I was there for a pickup, i replied "yes", he confirmed my name and handed me my sandwich. My sandwich was already made prior to my arrival. I was very excited, I didn't have to wait. Once I took a bite I was really happy I made the choice to order at this subway. All the additional requests I made for my sandwich were done. Not to mention the sandwich was very fresh! The food is up to standards, service was good. But with the price of everything these days, I use coupons to save money. And this is one of the Subways that refuses to honor coupons. The girl behind the counter said "Our cash register can't read coupons." I call Bull $h!¥ on that excuse. First time this year choosing to use a coupon deal for 3 footlong sandwiches. At the register, the employee wouldn't even take the coupon so our bill ended up being just over double the price we expected to pay! Very disappointing to say the least because the only reason we decided on Subway was because of the coupon deal. The lady who made our sandwiches was very nice & I noticed our sandwiches were made with care (meat & produce spread evenly across the bun). The dining room was noticeably clean. Not sure we would come back after getting duped on false advertising. We could've easily walked out but opted to pay for our order anyway. Pros: easy with pictures, you can add extra ingredients for an additional fee or add extra of the free ingredients. I like that! Orders have been 100% correct and on time. Your contact information is provide so you can be contacted if there's a problem with you order. Cons: can't save favorite/frequent orders. Compared to a popular burrito/taco/bowl app., this is better. If an item is not available, you can be contacted before you show up. This is huge. Points for discounts are accumulated, I already have $2.00 off, yea! + for online ordering ++ for this location. read more

I placed an online order for buy 1 get 1 free foot long sub and all the produce was bad. The cheese was spoiled. Bread stale. The vegetables had been left out overnight and were frozen. The lettuce was brown. My daughter and I felt sick immediately. I also ordered soup that was literally like water and no flavor. I'm never eating subway again, EVER! When I called the associate knew the sandwich was bad and apologized and is offering me a refund that I have to drive back up there to get. It's an inconvenience as I dont have the gas to spare. I bought these sandwiches on a budget to feed me and my kids and we couldn't even eat it and I have no more extra money to get us something else. The two girls that work at the counter are super nice. I guess the owner was there today and he seems to helicopter over what the two are doing. I ask for extra veggies and it looks like a normal portion. (Like how much theyre actually supposed to give.) I get trying to be stingy with meat, but vegetables like lettuce... really? To top it off, I had mistakenly ordered at a differnt subway for online pick up thinking it was for this location, and when it was all figured out he just stated at me as if I were dumb. I tried to laugh it off and apologize but he just glared. Very unfriendly/unapproachable. I get customer service can get annoying and frustrating over small things like this, but at least be kind. If I could give them a single star as my emotions are telling me, I won't: What I liked: $5 dollar foot long, "fresh looking" ingredients Clean place, maybe because there wasn't anyone in there? Free parking, again, because there wasn't anyone in there? What I didn't like: The person making the sandwich was acting like she was lining my sandwich with gold shavings from the store safe. When I asked for tomatoes she put on as little as she could, then when I asked here for more to make it like it should be, my impression was that I was imposing on her payroll budget or something.. When adding vegetables a few sprinkles was added to the sandwich.. I was going to ask for more but I gave up, fearing an "extra fee" so I gave up.. When the sandwich was wrapped into 2 sandwiches, like I've done for the past 5 years, she then asked, "Do you need a bag?" I said, "yes" she then proceeded to add a charge of $0.10, I explained to her it's a small paper bag, not plastic, I never was charged before." She explained, "well if you go to San Francisco they will charge you a bag fee, we started charging today." From what I hear, they changed ownership, the old owner/manager/operator was not so cheap and skimpy with veggies, I know you're trying to make up for Doctors Associates forcing you to sell sandwiches for $5 but not need to nickle and dime your way out of it.
