The WORST subway and fast food experience I have ever had. The older lady worker is the rudest person I have ever met. She would turn the soda machine off so no one could get refills unless you paid an extra dollar for the refill. I asked for more veggies and she did not give any extra veggies unless you paid more. She skims the food. She literally yelled at me and came at me when I tried to get a refill. She has the worst customer service. She seems to get mad and upset at you when you try and use a coupon. She puts less food when you use a coupon. She tries to get more money out of you in sneaky ways, so be careful! She starts saying stuff like oh this is an extra dollar or this is an extra dollar. The worst subway experience ever. I get it, this is fast food, but come on, it's ridiculous. Never go here! read more

Ordered through the Mobil app last Friday 6/10 around 630pm. Husband went to pick it up only to find the doors locked and no one inside (lights were on). He waited 10-15 minutes and even tried knocking and calling. Mobile app even said my food was being made then it said it was ready. He was tired of waiting so he left. I too tried calling the store and then sent a message through customer service that night. I have yet to get a response or my money back! read more

Beware of this location if you're using a coupon or deals from the app. The manager will tell the person who is making the sandwich to lessen the meat and literally take out the meat that's already on your order because you used a coupon or deal on the app. This happened 3 times on my order. I wish the coupon would have a fine print stating that you get less meat if coupon or deal is used, lol. read more

FRAUD!! Bad Quality and Steals Your Money. This place practice the low life thievery practices. $18 per footlong and they still steal from us. My buddy and I ordered double meat half "beast" pound sandwiches here where we usually get at another location but closed for the day. We know exactly how our double meat sandwiches look like and weight. Sure enough! This place took our money paid for double meat options and DID NOT give us double meat on our sandwiches. A classic case of stealing customers money and not delivered what was paid for. Our sandwiches looked cheap, poorly made, and not cared for. Ordered from this location on Uber eats at 6:10pm waited awhile because they aren't too far from me. The store was completely empty. Get there 15 minutes later and my order hasn't even been picked up from the register yet. I asked if they had the flavors available that I ordered because I didn't see it there. The chocolate chips cookies looked odd. Most of them was super thin and flat and two were the normal size. She stated that the flat ones was fresh and the others had been sitting awhile. I have never seen subways cookies thin and flat. They maybe used a different recipe, but that's not the quality I'm use to. I asked her to cancel my order because if I did it on my end it would charge me and she said she couldn't. I ended up having to chat with Uber customer service. But this is completely inconvenient and would have been nice to be notified that they were out or didn't have anything worth serving to customer. Totally wasted my gas. They can't get the online orders right to save their lives...either cheese is missing or not right sauces or not toasted...then orders not ready on time. If I could put -100 stars i would I pre ordered my food on the app and when we got there , the lady was completely ignoring us while being on her phone. And guess what , it wasn't ready cus "they only had wheat" why couldn't they have called 30 minutes ago ? so we told them it was fine with wheat and then we decided to go across the street in the meantime to get some chips .... And when we get back THEY STILL HAVENT STARTED. There was 2 ladies and 1 one of them was literally not helping at all just sweeping imaginary shit & being a damn idiot. when she finally starts making it I hear her whisper "no salami?" I got a spicy Italian sub and it was okay, a little too oily because of the pepperoni. I opened up my sandwich and found a DEAD FLY in my lettuce. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SANDWICH FOR DEAD BUGS. I'm sure it was a small mistake and they maybe never saw it. I always come here when I want Subway. The young girl that works here is good at doing her job and never gave me a problem. So today, I go in 2 people ahead of me ordering... I can tell this guy was new, taking a long time to do their orders. I told myself have patience. Finally order, I got a toasted sandwich. I knew it had came out to quick, but It looked ok. We finish,I give my coupon and add drink w/ chips. Gave my total, I pay. Then, he says oh it didn't charge you for the drink. I was like ok, well... He says, ill keep your change for the drink. I was like what do you mean, thats what you typed and thats the total and my change. But, it doesn't say drink. So, the change is for the drink.
