So I gave this Taco Bell another chance! Went there hella hungry, ordered 2 chalupa supremes without meat, he asked if we want black beans which husband said no just regular. Ordered a Mexican pizza with no meat and told him regular beans. Paid $12 and didn't check the order right then and there. Went home to find they gave us only 1 chalupa without any beans, they gave us a chalupa with cheese, sour cream, lettuce and tomato!!! Like are you serious!! I paid $5.49 for THAT!! Tried calling them and the line was busy, guess they took the phone off the hook so they wouldn't get any complaints. I will not go back to this place anymore! read more

Get people's orders correct and not have a attitude about it when they where clearly in the wrong. Night shift sucks at customer service.

Overall, it's a really mixed experience. On some days, extremely quick service and food made well. On others- expect waits over 40 minutes somehow, if they forgot your order perhaps? Certain staff are quite rude, others quite nice. You won't know what you get. read more

Another update - Sorry for the rant. My order was as follows: 3 Bean Burritos 1 Soft Taco. 2 Chips with Nacho Cheese 1 Taco Surpreme. 2 cups of Guac 1 Pepsi Well at least this time they got the soda right. But they did not put the chips in the bag! I know for a fact that the Door Dasher did not take them because the bag was securely sealed. So there is obviously a communication issue at this store for whomever assembles orders. Door Dash gave me a refund for the missing items but I'm still upset that I order a nice dinner for my husband and I to be delivered on a Friday to enjoy and someone screws the order up. I'll be a gentleman and not resort to F Bombs but that pretty much sums up my opinion about their delivery. If it isn't the soda it's something else they don't include in the order. read more

Past few times coming here more and more seems to be disappointing. The wait gets longer and longer. This time it took 9 minutes even though my car is 3rd for drive through mobile order. Then another 5 minutes to get my food. The other day I order churros and it was missing because I didn't check the bad immediately after getting it. I came to Taco Bell for tacos, not a front-row seat to an employee's emotional breakdown. My order was wrong, they forgot the sauce (aka the lifeblood of the meal), and the girl at the window was venting like we were on an episode of Dr. Phil. Went for a little late night Taco Bell action and most of the order was fine. We ordered the cheesy gordita crunch box with a Baja Blast zero, a church wrap supreme, and a cheese quesadilla. As for the 2 stars, well on the cheese quesadilla, they didn't melt the cheese :/. So it was shredded unmelted cheese on a kinda cold tortilla, they also forgot to put the sauce so it was really dry. And the burrito that came with the box was wrapped really poorly. Was leaking beans and sauce right when I took off the wrapper. read more

You would think that ordering ahead would be beneficial but apparently not. The mobile order I placed 10 minutes prior to arrival was not ready when I drove up to the drive thru. Keep in mind there were no other customers ahead or behind me at the time. After waiting a couple minutes at the window, the staff ended up asking me to park my car near the front entrance to wait for my order. A few more minutes passes by and I finally get my order delivered to my car. It appears to me that the mobile order doesn't really save you that much time at this location. With the extra time added it would've been the same if I order at the drive thru. The other disappointment is when I got home I found out that they forgot all the condiments I requested on the mobile app. You ever had a Taco Bell taco without any mild or hot sauce? It's like fries without ketchup. Word of advice, double check your order before driving off. read more

The gentleman at the window was excellent I did a mobile order. I asked for certain sauces! They didn't even look at the three sauces I ask for. They gave me like 20 sauces which is ridiculous that I don't need!!! All that junk I ask for three particular sauces! I When someone does a mobile order please put in the sauces that they ask for. Good and convenient, sometimes it hits the spot perfectly for lunch or after a late night out. Always order the normal tacos, they used to sell them as part of school lunches in elementary school, I used to save quarters just to get them. They are pretty consistent with them as well. I also get the burrito supreme , it's like a combo pizza with good mix of meat, beans, vegetables and fillings, really like the onions in it as well. read more

If Zero Stars could be used on this review it definitely describes this establishment. First I tried using my mobile app to order online to make it easier for all parties, but instead they rejected the order. After I come to terms on that, I order from the drive thru questioning the associate on why I can't order thru the app. Associate had not real response and failed to give any explanation but still I proceeded to order what I came here for. Once that was all out of the way and food brought to my house, I proceeded to start to eat the hard shell tacos. Please note this was the only issues I had with this order. The taco shells were fully stale and honestly could not be enjoyed and eaten due to this. I tried to complain online to corporate about this bout it seems that their website has some issues and cannot got proceed with any messages. This is the main reason why I have to post this thru Yelp. Also we just opened the Chulupa (2 of them) they do not contain more than 2 pieces of chicken in each which is complete bull. Just because I live next to this garbage of an establishment doesn't mean I have to eat here. Not even the less fortunate would choose this place due to the quality of what they provide. read more

This location always gives you very little sauce when you have to pay for it. It's not free or complimentary. You're paying for a half or less than half container of cheese. Left side container my daughter dipped a chip before the picture. Right side it's new the way they serve it to you. No one was taking our order and when another customer spoke up they told us to use the kiosk. Now the people that just walked in the door got on the kiosk before the people who were in front of them. Maybe the crew working there when I went to the drive thru yesterday afternoon is the "off" team. Or maybe everyone working there is always either high or stoned. And, frankly, TB has become way, way too expensive for what it is (aside from the Box deals). My order was as simple as it gets: Two chicken chalupas with spicy ranch, one crunchy taco, and a bunch of mild sauce packets. Strike one: Addons like ranch all cost extra. But $.30 per item is ridiculously high. Not when many combos are pushing close to $10 as it is. And little stuff like adding ranch to your three taco combo adds a full dollar? Get real!!! To their credit, they do give you your food in a bag sealed with a sticker. To their discredit, as pointed in other reviews, they screw up even the simplest orders! When I got home to and got to opening up my early dinner, THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE SAUCE PACKET IN THE BAG!!!! Maybe I'm too much of a nice guy (next time I won't be) to immediately open up the bag to check that everything is there while others are waiting behind to get their meal after work. HORRIBLE! The guy with the black beard and tribal arm tattoos that works at night has horrible customer service. He doesn't care about the quality of your food either! Even if you ask for your stuff hot , which I did. I've also visited this Taco Bell at different times just to make sure that the first time I came, wasn't just an accident with those stale fries they gave me...NOPE! Along with the stale fries, he gave me two super soggy tacos that were supposed to be hard shelled! The tacos were literally able to bend and fold in half( a hard taco shouldn't be able to do that). Y'all need better employees, with better attitudes and better work ethics. Especially if y'all gone keep raising the prices! read more

Don't come here too often but I did last night since I was in the area and wanted something cheap and quick. There were only a couple cars ahead of us in the drive-thru around 9pm. I usually love getting supreme steak chalupas or their breakfast crunch wraps (so good!!!). On this particular trip the Chalupa Cravings Box ($5.99) and Triple Double Crunchwrap Box ($5.99) caught our attention and our total came out to around $13.xx. They were oddly out of the "mild" and "hot" sauces, so we opted for "fire" and "diablo". Doesn't matter too much to me bc none of them are actually spicy spicy but eh. I have to use at least 5 packets per taco or whatever. The diablo tastes a little citrusy to me?? Not much of a fan. Didn't have any issues with this location so I would come back! read more

We tried this location because our son had a hankering for tacos but I'm not fond of the atmosphere of the restaurant nearest us. It was worth the drive! Much better parking (it's in a shopping center) and larger, nicer dining area. Daniel one of the workers greeted us right away and was patient with us taking so long to decide what we wanted. Usually got fast food I don't put reviews because it's a fast food place and it's usually the same service everywhere. Food was decent and the lettuce was actually in the taco not in the wrapper. This is based on my son's experience. We went there at the beginning of lunch time (around 12:10) and they didn't have chalupas. They ran out of whatever ingredients are inside. It took over 30 minutes to get my son's order. Several other patrons returned their orders because they were wrong. Most people who are on a lunch break don't have much time. Having to wait and re-wait for orders that were wrong is not good business. Perhaps they provide faster service for those who go through the drive-thru. read more
