I go here quite often. I find their breakfast to be superior to McDonald's. I really like their strawberry shake too. They often provide a significant amount of coupons in their app, so I recommend downloading it if you go frequently. Their drive thru is typically very fast too. I was just saying I always have good experiences here and then today was the day this miserable woman came to ruin it. We asked for 4 ranches and she handed us two and walked away. I didn't pull off because I want two more and if you charge for them that's fine I don't care. When she came back she said two more would be $1.10 I handed her a $5 bill. She tried to give me my change in dimes and quarters. I told her no go to a different register and get me dollars she refused. And said " give me my dances back and I'll give you your 5 back" she tried to throw the $5 at my mom. When we drove up we said hi and she looked upset. Nov 2022 Update Still missing the mark on orders. Today my husband and I ordered from Door Dash the following items - A Large Diet Coke 1 Layered Cake 1 Box of Loaded Tacos 1 Box of Onion Rings 1 Chicken Sandwich. First of all the flavor of the drink was wrong. My husband ordered Diet Coke and it tasted something like HI-C or Powerade of the Cherry flavor. Not the drink he wanted. Next the "Loaded" Tacos" were way overloaded. I had only requested extra cheese on mine and they overloaded it with everything. Tacos were extremely messy to eat compared to what I've had before. Also the cake was missing from the order. Door Dasher seemed to not care about the problem but at least we got part of our money back for the issues. Looking at the reviews for this place almost makes me feel guilty for writing this review but the truth must be known My boyfriend and I were waiting for its neighbor, Veggie Lee to open and thought we would grab some curly fries beforehand. The fries were clearly overcooked and the crumbs of an old batch that was left over. They were all short pieces that looked like letter "c"'s and tasted so burnet that no more potato was left. Fast food competition is fierce these days. Wendys 4 for $4 started the madness then McD's with their $1$2$3 deals and finally Jack coming in with their 5 deals. I was eager to try the Jack in the Box Big Mac knock off. Yes Jack is really stepping on the toes of the clown here - like some bully on the playground. My $5 meal deal was very close to a Big Mac only it actually tasted better.... But when your craving a Big Mac maybe your not wanting better. The burger had the signature center bun and was put together just the same. The sauce tasted as if it was a more grown up version of McDs special sauce and the meat quality was better. Buns softer and seem to have less preservatives. This particular location is very small and the building is old. Service very slow. Absolutely horrible!! First the employees are rude! I get your overwork and underpaid but no reason to be rude when asked a simple question about your menu. What ever happened to customer service? Second they are in desperate need of customer service orientated management. All assistant manager, managers or on call managers should all be apprised of any issues on a daily. You should not have to wait for a manager to be in the building to service a customer an assistant manager is there to help as well. Third passing the buck higher up the chain and then not wanting to contact that person or give you the number to reach out to management is even worse! Plain and simple if you don't like dealing with customers don't be in the customer service industry. The higher ups once you speak to them take care of a problem pronto! I have been stopping at this location on my way home for more years than I can remember. Today after taking a long pause due to Continuous orders being wrong or items that were forgot I stopped in.
