Did an online order to be delivered , said it would be 14-29 minutes , well 45 minutes go by and I try to use the tracker , but it tells me my phone number wasn't valid, I doubled checked I entered it right on my emailed receipt . I called in my order for a large Cali Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza for my husband to pickup. He arrived at Domino's, paid for the pizza, and they gave him what he thought I ordered. You know that adage you get what you pay for? Well this is cheap food that tastes cheap. Not that there isn't a place for it, If you have a house full of hungry kids this is who you call. Lured by the mix and match $5.99 commercials we decided to give it a try and got a medium combo pizza with extra sauce, specialty chicken, chicken fettuccine and Caesar salad with chicken. The pizza was cooked perfectly but had no taste. The specialty chicken was frozen chicken nuggets with sprinkled cheese, bacon and diced tomato that had been baked on a foil square. The pasta had jarred Alfredo sauce, the same frozen chicken as the salad and baked with some mushrooms. The best thing was the Chicken Caesar salad which is the same stuff you get from Costco in a 6 pack. It was cheap as in only $27 for everything, convenient and fed 3 adults. read more

They always have great service, the lady manager there found my wallet when I lost it a while back. I'm embarrassed to say but I'm also thankful for them and their kindness. They're reliable and they make great pizza. I've really been enjoying their alfredo pasta. You can choose from their pre-set pastas or create your own. You can choose three items from several different vegetables, meats and extras. My favorite vegetarian one is with mushrooms, black olives and spinach. When I'm not eating vegetrarian, I opt for the chicken and forego the olives. It is quite tasty for a franchised pizza restaurant. I order and pay online so I don't have a lot of transaction with any employees except for pick up. So far, my pasta has been ready in a reasonable time and the employees have been friendly enough. Please note that there aren't any tables for dining-in. I always order form this place because it's convenient. It's very hit or miss when it comes to the quality of food. Make sure to check your food before leaving. They will make it right if something is wrong I will give them kudos for that. Customer service is good in person, but don't try to call or email because that will get you no where. Ordered a pizza form the mission location. When they called me at 6:17pm letting me know that they only had one driver I said that was fine but asked that they make me hand made pan pizza well done as I had specified in the app. He said okay. When my pizza arrived at 7:15pm it was doughy and undercooked. I called the restaurant at 7:17pm and spoke with the manager and asked to be refunded as I knew they wouldn't be able to deliver my pizza again. He told me no and said they can't refund just one item. When I told him I wasn't just accepting a credit he proceeded to get loud and say, " I don't know if you don't speak English or something but I just told you I'm not refunding for just one pizza." When I matched his energy he hung up in my face. This is not the first issue I've had at this location with who I believe is this same manager, and if he thinks I haven't already contacted corporate to report him for saying that shit on a "recorded line," then he's on crack. 3 stars not because there's anything I hate about this location in particular, but it's Domino's Pizza... It's like the McDonald's of pizza places so you can't expect too much in terms of quality. I've ordered here so many times I've lost count, and I never have any issues. BUT I don't get delivery. I live close by so I just do carry out. That's probably why I don't hate this place. They're always extremely quick to make my order and it's been accurate every time so far. I can order on the app and it's seriously done in about 10-15 min. I order, step out my door, get in my car. Grab a beer from the liquor store in the same shopping center and walk in and it's never not been ready. It's just as quick as me getting fast food, or even quicker. Moral of the story? Get off your fat ass and just pick it up yourself. Or else don't get delivery here because it apparently takes (literally) hours to get your food. read more

This is the best, cheapest dinner or meal out there! In combination with the Domino's app or web site and the awesome variety of coupon available and you will undoubtedly agree. My favorite is the $7. 99 "Order Online and Carryout" Large 3 topping pizza. For a single person like myself this is the perfect dinner at an exceptional price! Some might argue about the inconvenience of having to pick it up. However, I would fiercely argue that getting that pizza straight out of the oven and in to your mouth almost so quickly that you have to stand down a minute to let this über-fresh, delicious pizza cool a bit is worth the pick-up EVERY time. But as important is the value of the meal is the friendly, upbeat and always efficient staff. They are always both engaged and engaging and seem to enjoy what they do, where they work, AND the customers they serve. Their positive attitudes and sincerity keep me coming back - to this Dominos location specifically - on a regular and consistent (at least once a week!) basis. I love this place! They again said it was out for delivery. 9:45 rolls around & I decide to just go into the store to ask. I arrive to one guy sitting outside and 2 people standing around inside with NO customers. When I was there one guy mentioned a customer was on hold & the woman told him to leave them on hold! There are 3 employees doing nothing, why can't someone talk to the customer???
