Cooked to order, juicy, perfectly seasoned, and hits that sweet spot where you take a bite and immediately understand why people won't shut up about it. Five out of five, no notes, no complaints. This is the kind of burger that makes you question every overpriced, overbuilt "gourmet" burger you've ever had. This is how it's supposed to be done. And then... the fries showed up. Hot? Yes. The dish was just all over the place and I couldn't even finish half of it before I started feeling sick. I ordered a side of onion rings as well. This was a large order and the size was great. But these onion rings were over-battered and were fresh, but not crispy at all. I bit into one and ended up pulling out the whole onion rings. Not good. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience. The food was so heavy and overly salted I couldn't even eat half of it. I ended up giving it to a homeless person on the way out. Worst of all, no one has bothered to clean all the greasy fingerprints off the doors as you come in...hard to find a clean table as well. What does the nighttime crew DO before they leave? Just leave everything disgusting for the opening crew? That doesn't make good sense at all! Management needs to make either one or the other do some cleaning BEFORE opening for business the next day!
