If you haven't been there I highly recommend that you give Potbelly a try real soon...preferably on Thursday or Friday between noon & 2:00 pm for some great lunchtime music!

But we just wanted lunch so it was fine! The menu is small but it was fine - we all found something we liked and when one of us didn't, the person behind the counter made her a grilled sandwich to order. I got a grilled chicken BLT. It was not a traditional chicken breast but something along the lines of a chipped chicken lunchmeat. Overall, it was "ok" - it tasted ok and it filled my stomach. The custom grilled sandwich was a tad soggy but tasted "ok" as did the meatball sub. No serious complaints but nothing exceptional either. Maybe it was just our preferences or maybe it was just who was cooking that day. ‍

I also got a "Flint Style" taco and like they say in the description "we fry our shells around here" they right we DO and they did not disappoint. It tasted like what me and my family make in our own kitchen. The meat had lots of flavor, the shell was a crispy corn shell and the toppings were fresh and crunchy. The last thing I got was a cheeseburger. The roll was buttery I think it was brioche and the hamburger was tasty, crispy on the edges and fell apart with just the right amount of juice ....you could tell it was not overworked when it was pattied; again like you would make in your own kitchen. I don't know who's cooking there but they are throwing down and I'll definitely be back! Everything had so much flavor and it was so well seasoned. I cannot speak to the actual restaurant itself as far as seating or parking or ambience or the kind of vibe or anything because I doordashed but I'd like to go and dine in soon because I'm definitely going to be a regular customer.
