One of the mangers Tae is such an amazing human being he is always in a good mood and a good leader. He makes my experience at five guys is always good and he plays a huge part in it. This restaurant is always clean and the staff is always friendly. Food is cooked fresh and you can see them in the kitchen making it. It always comes out piping hot with lots of flavor. The free peanuts are an added bonus. Prices or fairs special for the quality. Lots of seating and lots of parking on a main road with lots of other options for dining but also shopping. Good bacon cheeseburger. Can't beat the mammoth amount of fries you get. Sometimes this Five Guys is just ok. Today this burger & fries were spot on. Everything was prepared great. Kudos to the cook. The extra star taken off because of the dining area really needed to be picked up. But they were really slammed and they were in the process of cleaning that area as I was writing this review. So I work around the corner. Lunch at 8 sharp. I usually call around 7:30-40 to be back at work on time. Food is always fresh. My only problem is a small part of customer service. For the last few months my hold time to on the phone is more than 6 minutes I try not to complain because I know staffing is hard for everyone but I'm on hold right now and have been for 13 minutes. I just got hung up on but did get a sincere apology. Although I won't get my lunch today i still say go in when you have time (they're delicious) not when your pressed for time though. read more

I order a Banana milkshake as I always do and the bananas was not blended well. I called back to let manager know to try to get a remake. The manager was rude and stated that they are made from real fruit and it doesn't matter if I had old one because they couldn't do nothing with it no way. My point was I couldn't drink it so he would be able to see the bananas. I understand it's made from real fruit I get it all the time it just wasn't blended well. They always seem confused and never on the same page with one another. They'll often lose orders and spend more time trying to find it than making it. Social distancing is NOT enforced, despite being said. Lastly and most disgustingly; NO EMPLOYEE WEARS A MASK PROPERLY/AT ALL. They all either have it under their nose or under the chin entirely. Last time I was in, I saw the guy bagging literally cough into it (not purposefully, but that's not the point). Aug 28, 22 at 9pm My granddaughters went in to pickup our order n drinks. While getting our drinks she set her phone on the counter. A man standing near by went over n picked up her phone n put it in his pocket and went back to the mens room. She came out and said her phone wasn't on the counter where she laid it down. I told her to go talk to the manager n see if someone gave it to them because it shows it was in the store. He helped them look. She told the manager that it shows it is farther back in the store. He knocked on the mens room door and the person said he will be out shortly. Well the manager asked the man. He said he picked up the phone and put it in his pocket. My husband ran in for a burger and med. fry while I went to potbelly's. I was waiting outside for him and saw several, I stress several, people go in and come out with shakes when we got in the car my husband was disappointed with the fries, they where burnt, soggy and the cup wasn't even full. He told me that every black person that walked in would say give me the "hook up" then they would get a Burger and fries and a shake and walk out without even having to pay. Great burgers and service with a smile, the employees were really nice . My first time at this new location in the center of Miller Rd and it was an awesome experience. It's in a great location if you're at the mall or surrounding stores shopping and want a quick dinner because its a short drive down the road. I love that your food is made to order cooked fresh the way you like it and all toppings that you add on are free! Including the toppings you add to your hand made milk shake. The restaurant today at lunch time was understaffed and I witnessed a couple folks walk in and out seeing a line of customers waiting. There were only 3 associates working at lunch time which is sad as it took 17 minutes for us to receive our burgers. This is not acceptable. 10 mins yes, not nearly twice that long. With a key local competitor shut down for remodel for 30 days, you would think the owner would invest a few dollars in extra labor knowing that perhaps they could win over a few new customers during this time. Quality of the food here today was as good as any other Five Guys restaurant but the overflowing fries were missing from the bottom of the bag like in other area locations. Sorry to say but I do not think the other two gents who were with me today for lunch were happy with my suggestion to drive on down the road to this establishment. Look, I'm usually a glass half empty sort of person but for once this five guys has changed my view on life. Every bite of a burger or fry is like pure nirvana and it inches you closer to a drug like stat. I can not recommend this more. Peanut alert. Free peanuts in barrels for customers, but the shells aren't scattered on the floor. The place is clean considering how busy it is. Fries are cooked in peanut oil and are much better than the fries at In-N-Out. Similar vibe at this place. Pretty good burger but not great.
