Sadly I found plastic in my sandwich. This location always has respectful & quick service. Staff forgot to give me napkins. Overall this place is always clean. Recently I grabbed a foot-long with tuna on flatbread with bacon & avocado plus all the veggies minus Pepperoncinis (pepper Chi-knees) and olives. Along with sweet onion sauce. The sandwich started off with a great taste and crunch but unfortunately I found two pieces of plastic in my sandwich. I accidentally ate the first one...while the second one I spit out. I am sure you are wonder, "How on earth did you eat the first one?" I recall taking a bite and thinking "oh no I ate a tiny piece of paper, meh! I will live." But then quickly regretting it. It was so tiny with an off taste which led me to not check. In retrospect, I know I should have taken a closer look. From now on I plan to go to other local sandwich shops. read more

This is the worst subway I've ever been to in my life. They are constantly busy and frequently only have 1 person running the whole store during rush times 11-1. I know its the poor scheduling isn't the workers fault, but when almost every single worker there moves like a sloth its hard to be sympathetic. I made the mistake of hoping my girlfriend and I could get a sandwich in a timely fashion today and left the store absolutely shocked. Two workers were behind the counter so the visit started off with a chance of being good but that quickly changed because one worker frequently left the line to check her phone in the back leaving a very clearly new person to fend for themselves. The worker claimed she was trying to get a hold of her boss to tell them they were out of things, but leaving the line and people's sandwiches unattended 4 separate times? I don't think so. Did she think her boss was going to text her some more ingredients? We arrived at the store around 12:40 and didn't walk out until 1:20 and we were the second customers in line. That's 40 minutes for 2 transactions. Absolutely atrocious service and I will never come back. read more

The workers are very slow The time i was in there, they did have a customer who was very un compliant, but that does not change how slow and distracted the workers are I believe a coworker came in and they decided to talk over and threw me while i was trying to complete my order, They have the worst attention to detail, i had to repeat my order many times and it is not complicated to prepare. read more

Last night, we stopped at Subway for a healthy dinner. The two women working there, were very friendly and efficient. They were out of marinara sauce, for my daughter's sandwich, but we came up with an alternative, and she finished all of it! The pastrami sandwich, I shared with my wife, was the best I've ever had at Subway. The staff at this Subway, have an awesome spirit and obvious pride in their work. read more

My husband & I are traveling from Casa Grande, AZ, and stopped here for the first time on 7/16/22. We both had the protein bowls. The young man who served us was very good. We have. Wen back twice since then and the service has been excellent. It is the best Subway location we have been at since we started our traveling in May 2022. read more

Don't go here unless you want to pay for food and not get it. The cashier isn't even competent enough to give me a refund. Made me late. Took my money. Didn't give me food. And now I have to file a claim with my bank for a freaking $6 charge. read more

Decided to be a semi healthy person sissy and went in for a tuna sub, gave the guy working my bread selection and he then proceeded to wipe off himself from chest down then grabbed my bread to start my sandwich.... That is fucking disgusting. I've been in the food industry my whole life and that's basic food safety after you touch anything questionably dirty you wash your Hands and put on a fresh pair of gloves.. would not recommend eating here at all read more

Got a Italian bmt, and a sweet onion chicken teriyaki..... they were terrible. The chicken sandwich didn't have the correct sauces, both sandwiches were smashed, and they cut the bread so terribly that I couldn't eat the second half. I will never be going here again. read more

Subway - Subway Italian BMT - Sandwiches Near Me - Eureka, California

I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich and they were prompt, professional, and pleasant. I ordered half the Sandwich with jalapeño and they separated it in two different wraps. Very classy! read more

I'm not sure how this rat hole is allowed to be open. I was staying at the Red Lion next door and decided to grab a sub since the options are very limited in this area. Big mistake. I would have been better off walking over to the gas station and grabbed some gas station gourmet. About an hour after eating I was Mt Vesuvius out of both ends for about 5 hours. Luckily I carry Imodium in my flight bag so I was able to slow the flow enough to get a couple hours of sleep and make my flight home the next morning. After landing I went straight to my doctor who confirmed E. Coli. He wanted the contact info for this location so he could report them to the CA Health Board. I see they are still open so hopefully it's just tied up in red tape at the moment. Moral of the story, don't eat here unless you are looking to diet compliments of food poisoning. read more

I would have rated this restaurant no stars if I could not. Dont go to this restaurant...as other posters have said they are extremely rude. They scewed up my sandwiches where my husband would not eat it. I nice said..oh no, you put mayonaise on it..he wont eat it that way. She scraped as much off as she could but was either very frustrated with herself or me..I shrugged it off..but then when the gal who checked me out thrust my sandwiches at me, I said very nicely they needed to adjust their attitude.. She called me a f..ing bitch twice because I nicely suggested they adjust their attitude...I called customer service and they told me the owner would call. She never did call and obviously does not care about her restaurant nor the profits..all the owner needs to do is look at the register video..There is an old saying about ..the way you do one thing is the way you do all things...this business if it's in business in the years to come will only be in spite of itself. read more

The best sandwiches I've ever had ever time I order it comes out right the never mess up love the place nice people great service

Don't go here. Make your own sandwich. Such rude employees and for no reason. We were patiently waiting even though there was no one else being helped. She had an attitude as if we were inconveniencing her during our entire order. Was so so bad it was funny. How are they even open? read more

I said good morning, she said nothing. I said I'd like two sandwiches, one on wheat one on white. She pulled out three breads. I said only two. She slammed the bread back in the oven box and slammed the door. I said "that's ok, nevermind". She said "Have a great f&$ing day. I asked what he name was. She snarled "Carrisa". I called the GM. He said thanks. I went to the next subway and told the sandwich maker because I know her. She laughed. Then we laughed. Poor Carrisa, life is so hard. read more

Do not let vereniece make your sandwich. She is the worst sandwich maker i have ever known. I order subway club and i taste nothing but a sauce and bread. I think she got trained to save meat and veggies. Oh also she asked me to pay while sandwich heating in the oven and went back to make sandwich i dont understand how thire management allow this!! And where the fuck is the manager??? Very unsatisfied Goto HOLE IN THE WALL or EUREKA NATURAL FOOD they make WAY better quality sandwich at same price!! read more

Staff was not polite. Took 15 minutes to order. Toasted sandwich and meat was cold. Was out of numerous condiments. Worst subway I've been to read more

We came for a sandwich the place was a mess. And there wasn't anybody around. No one was making sandwiches. No one was working, so we left.

Of all the places that we could've stopped by for a lunch after a long road trip, we were very unfortunate to land in this filth-ridden subway joint. Employees are rude, unwelcoming, and very unprofessional. Tips for any future-goers in this place: make sure to pee on the floor inside the restroom. read more

The parent company should shut this dump down. I love Subway and stopped in for a quick bite. The clerk was in the back texting while we and others waited. She was rude and disrespectful. I asked for my breakfasts sandwich to be toasted and she did not toast it. Put one small piece of cheese and one piece of bacon. A total rip off. Don't waste your money or time read more

Can never make my sandwich right and rude with attitude about it when told.the drive thru takes forever. I always make it clear how I want my sandwich down to the detail and they say ya it is open it up and bam soggy sandwich that was rush made and not even the cheese is melted. They probably just put it in the microwave read more

Went through the drive thru last night to get a turkey sandwich. The girl working did not make it how I had asked her to. I actually had to open the sandwich and look to make sure there was even turkey on it because I couldn't taste any. She literally put on the skimpiest amount of meat as possible. That's when I also noticed there was no mayo or peppers both of which I had asked for. All I come could taste was lettuce & bread. In addition to the sandwich I had ordered a soft drink which was more or less just carbonated water as the machine must have run out & nobody bothered to refill it. Sad. Pretty simple order, you'd have to actually go out of your way to screw that up. Won't be returning. Waste of time & money. read more

-__________________- I think I just got punk'd. All I wanted was my daily fix of chicken teriyaki and they couldn't even do that. I've passed by this location several times and thought about giving the drive-thru a try. I swear, I was parked behind this truck for the f'n longest. Hot, hungry, and irritated, I reversed and decided to just order inside. Not even a "Hello or How are you doing today?", I was just told "What can I get you", with probably the most intimidating facial expression I've ever come across. And just my luck, they were out of the Italian footlongs so I settled with the regular. What was that about with the chicken? I just got a blank stare. On to the lettuce, cucumbers, onions, and sweet onion sauce. Where's the sauce? And she slides it over to the other employee. I wasn't even done with my order, but okayy Finally I was greeted with a more friendly face. She smiled like a crazy person on crack and asked how my day was going. I smiled in return and started conversing with her. I walked out with my drink and food in hand and drove to a beach nearby. I was excited to finally eat my first meal of the day but only to come to more disappointment. I can't even describe how stale that bread was.. not only that but it was rock hard. I did have it toasted, but what the hell? Chicken was super soggy. And the veggies...... pft. Everything just fell apart piece by piece. 3-4 bites into that sandwich I just tossed it into the trash... shake my head. Never, ever coming back to this location ever again. (They were out of cookies too .................) Fyi I freaking love cookies. Get it together Subway. read more

Just had the misfortune of stopping at this Subway for the first and last time. If I could give minus 10 stars I would. The service was extremely slow. I can actually handle that. It gets worse. The guy making my salad actually told me that it was a pain to chop the veggies. Ugh? You are getting paid by the hour to chop those veggies. It's a freaking tomato. I didn't ask for anything special. Here comes the topper. He yells to other customers "is the ice machine working? It's been RETARDED all day!" FYI. I try not to be sensitive to that word, but yelled in my face with my 16 year old with Down Syndrome standing there, gets a bit awkward!! Ya think?? Total epic fail. read more

Absolutely worst service I have ever had. I would have gone to a different subway but since they all close at before 7 I had no choice. Don't waste your time or money I definitely won't be making this mistake again. read more

Don't go there. The girls behind the counter are argumentive & rude, will not listen to you, mess up your order and overcharge you. It happened to me and my friend. You are better off going across the parking lot to Sizzler for lunch. It's only a dollar more and the food & service is far better than Subway. We will never go to Subway again after this. the savings is not worth the grief. We ran into a couple other people there who experienced the same thing. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. read more

The girls behind the counter, especially was rude and incompetent. They had a promotion - if you buy a $25 gift card, you get a 6 inch for free. First, they pretended they do not know what we are talking about, despite the poster explaining the promotion in the restaurant. Then, once they had no way of denying it, it turned out that they did not know how to run it on the cash register, and we had to wait for the manager to come from another location to run the purchase. And on top of this they treated us so rude! read more

Ordered a sandwich and when I went to eat it on my 30 min lunch break there was a hair wrapped around a tomato covered in mustard. Called in to request refund as I was upset and got hella attitude from girl on phone. She demanded I bring sandwich for refund. So I took sandwich down and she wanted the evidence. Seriously grossed out enough I pulled it out of my sandwich I didn't keep it too. She was refusing to refund me until I asked for manager. I had to ask her to check her tone and how she was talking down to me and other person there just stayed silent. Overall will never eat there or refer anyone there and would encourage people to stay away if they want reasonable service and food since they won't get it there! I am only hitting one star which more than I would rate because the app is not letting me proceed without it read more

My service was fine and my server was great! As I was sitting enjoying my sandwich , I could not help but over hear the other subway employee. Where to begin!?!? Just awesome, the best experience I have ever had at subway! They were so helpful, I asked for more spinach and it wasn't a problem at ALL! I wanted to try their Southwest Chipotle sauce(excellent btw) they even gave me a cucumber to lick it off of! The crew there was like one big family, I felt right at home. This subway is truly the home of the foot long. I will definitely thank them again tomorrow and the next day and the next day and the next day! Just like my hero Jared. Also they were overloaded with cookies they were practically giving them away! WOW! read more

this location has the least friendly people. if you are lucky enough to be greeted, it is not with a smile and you are lucky if you get a sandwich made good. you get barely any fixings and if you ask for a little extra to make it actually look like a sandwich, you get a tiny more fixings with a less than friendly response. whatever happened to good customer service?? read more
