We haven't been to Wings Etc in several years. We always enjoyed it but just fell off from going…read morefor some reason. We decided to go and see how things have changed. It was not busy when we arrived at 3:00 in the afternoon. Fairly quiet except for the TV's playing. Not a large building, so seating is limited. Took the parents. Dad had never been. The server was very friendly but was the only one in the place serving. Not quite as quick service, given that. Dad and mom each ordered six boneless wings with BBQ sauce and shared an order of onion rings. Husband and I each ordered the Barron Grilled Chicken with a side of onion rings. The Barron comes with mushrooms, bacon and cheddar-jack cheese. I added bbq sauce and pickles to mine. Husband added lettuce, tomato, and pickles. We waited. For quite some time. Dad began to wonder if they had to butcher the chickens. But the food eventually arrived. This is common at this location, so we weren't really surprised. We were in no hurry, so it served to slow the pace of life for a bit. The wings looked delicious as did the onion rings. The Barron? It was incredibly tasty and very filling. We... never did taste the mushrooms tho. Didn't locate any in the sandwich. Still very good. The spicy ranch used to dip the onion rings in is something I'd highly suggest getting as well. A nice little kick to it. All in all, we decided we need to start frequenting it more often. Definitely some very good food and good value for your buck. Definitely recommend.

Casey's (Huntington, Bluffton, Decatur, Waterloo, etc.) - for gas station pizza…read more I confess that Casey's is the only gas station pizza I have ever eaten. I really avoid prepared food at gas stations. However...I tried Casey's pizza (including breakfast pizza) and really liked their offering. Note: I think most Casey's do not have a place to sit down and eat the pizza - home or to your car you go. The picture has a slice of "jumbo" pepperoni and sausage pizza. I paid $3 per slice with my Casey's membership. It's probably $4+ without the card. At $3 a slice...that's $24 for a whole pizza, perhaps not a good value. Casey's crust is on the thin side of hand tossed. It is soft with a slightly crunchy outside. Slightly brown bottom. Has a flour taste - no seasoning, butter or oil flavors added. The sauce has a mild tomato flavor. Not sweet nor thick. It is a bit difficult to detect as they don't use a lot of sauce. There seems to be an appropriate amount of meat on the two slices. The meat comes off a bit greasy - in case you don't like that. It also doesn't have a strong/forward meat or spicy flavor - just kinda there like most "plain" pizzas. I personally like the flavor that the meat "sauces" add. The pizza is thick with mozzarella cheese. In fact you could say that the mozzarella dominates the taste - cheese lovers will like! I've been to several different Casey's across Indiana. The pizza has a very consistent taste. Cold Pizza Test - sorry, it didn't make it out of the parking lot.

I spent so much time waiting for my food that I had time to get out of my car, and search for my lighter that had fallen, but the 16 year old in back can't not serve me hard brown lettuce? the chunk was bigger than the sandwich itself. it was a chicken jr or whatever. which is a joke. the patty is thinner than a mouse pad lmao. I haven't eaten Burger King in at least 7 years, and this is literally why. all fast food is garbage. pay your employees better. train them. care about their future. maybe then they'd show some pride in you. if I was that 16 year old I wouldn't be trying very hard either. the place was empty.
