I spent so much time waiting for my food that I had time to get out of my car, and search for my lighter that had fallen, but the 16 year old in back can't not serve me hard brown lettuce? the chunk was bigger than the sandwich itself. it was a chicken jr or whatever. which is a joke. the patty is thinner than a mouse pad lmao. I haven't eaten Burger King in at least 7 years, and this is literally why. all fast food is garbage. pay your employees better. train them. care about their future. maybe then they'd show some pride in you. if I was that 16 year old I wouldn't be trying very hard either. the place was empty. American dream is dead. fight the oppressors. eat the rich.

The manager looked at it and saw what it was telling me. She said they had received mobile orders all day long. Couldn't do anything about it. So... no $5 off. Okay. No biggie, I guess. I placed the order and asked for horsey sauce as well as the spicy bbq for the brisket sandwich and regular bbq for the chicken tenders. Two roast beef sandwiches and two sliders were also ordered. Got the order and brought it home. No horsey or bbq sauce. Just the spicy. Again, no biggie. The issue? After all that hassle, the portions of meat were skimpy. One slice of roast beef on a bun does not make a sandwich that costs as much as they do. This location has been consistently great for so long. I don't know if it was an off day or the newer employees I didn't recognize (yes, we eat there far too much). Disappointed that the value of the meal didn't match the cost. It's a twenty minute drive for us so it's not a get back in your car and have it fixed kind of situation. Hopefully next time will be better.
