I normally don't leave reviews for fast food places unless they are out of the ordinary bad or good. This is hands down the nicest subway I have ever step foot in. The owner has been there for 30 years and is so nice. He also teaches his employees how to correctly portion and make sandwiches or wraps. A very clean store unlike most subways. I will never go to a different subway in Dallas. This is the top tier greatest subway ever. He gives out free cookies and items and has a great establishment. You don't just make a subway last 30 years without doing something special and this guy has it down. All owners and employees of should be trained by this man. Hell, I'd put this guy in charge of corporate franchising to save the once very popular subway. An absolute example of how an owner can change your opinion of a franchise. Well done. read more

I wish I could have tried this location (4.5 stars on Yelp for a Subway - what?!) & I probably will at some point....but right now I'm salty about them not participating in the National footlong promotion Subway is offering so I'm going to order from a different location on principle. I guess their business is probably so good, (because if you believe the other reviews they have phenomenal customer we service, so it's probably true) that they don't need/care to participate in the promotion but I am not ordering here out of principle. I came in craving some soup. I said to the guy behind the counter "you serve soup right" and he responded that it depended on which soup I wanted as he planned on having some and there wasn't much left. This was not even dinner time yet. I told him i wanted the broccoli soup and he said well I guess if you don't want much there's enough. He then proceeded to spoon a half cup and send it down to the cashier. Who proceeds to charge me full price as i watch the employee fill an entire cup for himself. Seriously deny a paying customer over just opening another bag?!? Tried to call manager this morning but no answer and their voicemail is full...I'm sure of complaints. read more

I read the great reviews and this place didn't disappoint. The service was fast, efficient, and very friendly. The guy at the register must have been a manager or owner - he seemed determined to see that U got a great sandwich and would be a returning customer. I'll be honest. I had a terrible experience about 20 years ago at a Subway in Ohio. The vegetables in my sandwich had a chemical aftertaste, making it inedible. I've driven past thousands of Subways since, because of that bad memory. It's good to know that we have a great Subway in the neighborhood with a staff who care about their customers! read more

Ordered a large order for my aunts memorial and they had my order ready 15 minutes earlier than anticipated. Condiments were a plethora and the sandwiches were made with so much care and flavor. At pickup my order was brought out to my vehicle and I was even given a few Sri is while we waited. Very pleased with the service we received by Neil and his staff!!! Nothing's worse then walking in a store and the guy in front of you can't figure out what type of bread, meat and cheese he wants. It's not freaking rocket science dude. Figure that shit out!. OR the woman with the long list from everyone in her office building! Seriously, don't do that. Order the party platter ahead of time. It ends up being a better deal. It costs less per person and you get a freaking variety pack of sandwiches! 1 large sandwich of same or 4 small sandwiches of different? I'll take the latter. It's like having the Kellogg's sugar cereal fun-pack, one of everything. it's Awesome! Oh yea, I do not love the stores where your sandwich artists don't know what the hell they're doing. If I say turkey breast, I didn't mean tuna (this has seriously happened before) AND if I say I want everything on my 12-in, just do it. Don't give me that crazy look. Even though Subway bailed wraps so I can't rock my meatball wrap I still give this place a 5er. Even though before they bailed the wrappy goodness altogether, they bailed the steak so I couldn't rock my steak and southwest chipotle sauce wrap, I'm still giving this place a 5er. The owner is quite possibly the nicest guy on the planet. No exaggeration. And plus, I don't care who you are or how refined a palate you think you have, nobody beats a fresh, out of the oven Subway sugar cookie. Not you, not your favorite celebrity chef, not your mom. My review is about a young, very honest server named George at this Subway. My son left his new iPhone at this store last night. As he was leaving, a man with a girl came in. She promptly spotted my son's phone and handed it to George, who knew exactly how to retrieve my phone number from the locked phone(something I now know, too thanks to him.) He proceeded to call me to tell me he had the phone. Meanwhile, the customer upon seeing his girl give the phone to George offered to buy it from him one minute and then tell him he was there to pick it up for his uncle the next. George then told me of this and soon realized this guy was definitely not my son or nephew. He took the phone home with him and returned the next morning to give it to my son. If only there were more "Georges" working with the public these days! As many times as I've left a credit card or phone in restaurants I have yet to have one make the effort to tell me they have it. That thoughtful little extra mile people rarely seem to travel these days! I just want all to know...in this particular Subway, there is just such a person and his name is George! I have had crap sandwiches before, but the ones I ordered when I had family in town were an absolute embarrassment. 2 of the 4 orders were wrong, the no meat sandwich I ordered had ham on it and the hair found on another sandwich made everyone sick. We all threw out or meals and ended up going to 504 Bar and we had a great experience. The food was amazing at 504 Bar and the friendly atmosphere helped us forget about the miserable meal we got at Subway. I would NOT recommend this particular dollar store style sandwich dump. read more
