The absolute slowest employee on the face of the Earth. One sandwich at a time from choosing the bread to payment. Doesn't matter if there are two people in line or 20. Absolutely mind numbing. And the bread is always stale. read more

The sandwiches are very low quality, the service is frustratingly slow, but my main complaint with this Subway is the intolerable toxic smell inside this restaurant. This restaurant sits right next to a nail salon, which apparently vents its cancerous chemical smells directly into Subway. I honestly could hardly breathe and had to exit the building while my family got my order for me. When I got home, I could smell the toxic smell on the sandwich bread and after a few gross bites, I just threw it away. read more

This place actually turned down the use of a subway coupon. I will never go back. If anybody is interested in coming up here, don't waste your time because I do not think that this is a good place to eat if they are not accepting coupons or trying to give you any kind of deal on a sandwich at any time, especially around the holidays. This is the WORSE Subway I ever ate at! The salads come in 6" and footlong sizes... they charged me a foot long size and put 6" size meat in it. When I asked about it the lady said they sell 6" size and charge for a foot long because they use foot long veggies. What a RIP OFF! I get Subway salads other places that are wonderful and the menus on line clearly shows two size salads. Don't ever eat there. Very bad manners also!!!! read more

Worst Subway restaurant in the area. Came in today with my son and had a special request of no bread for my sons "kids meal" (he hates your bread). The dumb cashier rang up the entire order (apples, milk, sandwich, etc) as an individual item and not as a kids meal and when I complained said she didn't really under English that well. Every time I go to this restaurant something like this happens. Also, never pay cash here I've caught the older Indian lady short changing me more than once. I'm from Ohio, but I just stopped in to this Subway to use the restroom. When I walked in, there was not a single employee in sight to take my order if I wanted food. When I opened the door to the women's restroom and could not believe my eyes. There was such little space. Luckily, I'm thin and I was able to fit. As I stood there, I became more and more observant of how filthy this room truly was. I believe there was mold growing around the toilet. There was some type of wet rag hanging over a rod behind the toilet. I always wash my hands before leaving a restroom, but not this time. I honestly felt it was better not to wash my hands before leaving. There was a huge glob of hair in the sink and it looked like it hadn't been sanitized in years. This is no exaggeration. I didn't even order food from the Subway, but I would never recommend it to anyone based on the cleanliness of the bathroom. read more

Worst subway I have ever been to. Every time I have been there I have had a bad experience. There is usually only three workers. The two lady's who own it and a brand new employee every time. There is usually only the employee making sandwiches who is untrained and one time took 7 minutes to find the eggs for my sandwich. Don't expect to get out of this subway with fully melted cheese cause they don't know how to work there ovens . there breads are doughy and the two lady owners are rude as can be , and barley speak English. One of them even yelled at me before . bad service bad sandwiches . this subway is a disgrace to the franchise. read more

I rarely post reviews but I am taking the time to do this because I think you should know. I went there at approximately 1:15 pm on 12/31/2018. The employee was a male with dark hair. He was so slow and not friendly at all, stock was low but that wasn't the biggest issue. He was waiting on customers in front of me. After he made their order and took them to the cash register, he removed his gloves and I watched him push his hair off his face/wipe his face with his hands and then proceed to scratch his head and look at his fingernails. There were two people in front of me and he did this for each customer in front of me. He did however put on new gloves each time but didn't wash his hands so he put those gloves on with his fingers he just scratched his head and rubbed his face with. The establishment was dirty and needed wiped down especially near the soda fountain. I go in here often and never saw it like this. I am not sure I will ever go back there for a very long time even though it is so convenient for me. Gross is the only word I can come up with. read more

this place is a joke, we went there today and literally had the most ridiculous experience ever. from the moment i started talking to this lady she was nothing but rude and confrontational with me, JUST ME lol, not my boyfriend, but just me. she raised her voice and argued with me over a simple request about which vegetables i wanted, as well as tried to argue with me about something as stupid as whether or not the avocado was actually avocado or guacamole, because i had asked for her to put avocado on my sub lol, so naturally that warrants an argument, right?! I mean, really, it was almost like i was in the twilight zone or something. You would have thought that I knew this girl and had wronged her at some point in my life, but im not even from PA and this was the first time i had ever seen this girl in my life. the level of professionalism is much to be desired at this location. Aside from all the rudeness, she didn't even know how to make the sandwiches that were requested, and when we tried to have them made correctly, she of course thought the best course of action would be to....you guessed it, ARGUE with us about it lol, not...ya'know just correct the mistake that was made, no no, anything but that. oh and nothing was stored correctly on the food line, there's loads of old and turning veggies, I can only imagine how fresh the meats are. They need to maybe hire people who don't verbally attack their customers, and know how to at the very least make a sandwich. as some of the other comments have suggested, don't waste your time, I'd go to the one on Neville Island, they're always super nice, their veggies are always fresh, the place is always super clean, and the only person I ever see there from the one in coraopolis is a manager, but he's actually very nice and everything he makes is on point. read more
