Every time I have been here they have had the nastiest attitude. I asked the girl shy to remake my sandwich because she put old meatball with old sauce on it. It was literally dark red. It had obviously been sitting for a long time. She rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed about it. I don't understand why she would get so irritated about making remaking a sandwich when subway is all about being fresh!!! The bread was also burnt on the old sandwich and the new one... I tried giving this place another try after an already having a past bad experience but they seem to not have any customer service skills! This is a local eatery conveniently located right off highway 190. The Good: Location is very clean. Very Spacious with a very open dining area. No outside dining, but they do have a drive thru. Spacious parking and great music. Food was fresh and I will like to point out that the team, specifically the guy who made my sandwich made a picture perfect sandwich. Food preparers were slow, had to ask multiple times what you wanted on the sandwich as they couldn't remember. They did not heat any of the meat such as the chicken or steak, only offered to toast the sandwich. I guess Subway doesn't heat the meat anymore unless you toast the bread with it. read more

I come in and ask for a churro KAT the manager processed to make it but is sooo "busy" with other orders forgets to give me my Churro as I'm at already home I call the store and ask isn't my churro in the bag like she accidentally forgot ? She said I need to bring my recipe with me and when I look she forgot to even ring it up in the first place and on top of that she gives me old ass cookies like really ? Not happy with the service , amount of time it took to get my food or the amount of vegetables in which was in my salad. I get an hour for lunch and spent the entire time waiting in line for them to make my food. I understand they were one employee short however with two lines they and two employee both lines could have been opened (which they did upon my time in line). The lady in front of me had a large order which isn't an issue. However the subway employee made it an issue and told her next time to call in a large order because everyone of her sandwiches needed toasted and there was only one toaster. Again I was ok with the time I had spent in line as long as my meal was of quality and I was getting was I was paying for. Being my third day to eat a sub salad and trying to find the best sub shop to get one at I will not return to this one. My salad bowl was just over half full. I asked for extra veggies and didn't receive them. I prefer subway to other sub shops for salads because they cut up and mix the veggies. My veggies ( tomatoes specifically ) were practically whole. This location is normally pretty good. It has a nice size to it and it's 24/7. I normally don't have any complaints with the food. Yesterday I went into Subway and it was crazy hot. Like the heater was on. I noticed they had a fan going and a portable AC by it I guess to bring the temp down and make it cooler. Again this is a big subway so the portable AC was not going to make a dent in the temp along with the box fan surrounding it. Plus the door leading to the outside was cracked so the hose from the portable AC was sticking out of it which made no sense. In fact there was no where really for the hot air the AC was taking in to blow out off because the host was not isolated. With window and portable ACs the exhaust hose is sticking out of the ceiling or window as to not allow the hot air the AC is taking in to come back into the building. This contributed to the dryness of air in the building make it extremely uncomfortable. Enough of that. I wasn't planning on eating in the restaurant anyway. What I saw next disgusted me. The meat, the food in general just look sweaty. Their were flies swarming around the food behind a glass case. Okay one or two flies no big deal. But remember the entrance door was cracked for the AC so they were just coming in. I wasn't going to eat that food, I canceled my order and the Sandwich Artist looked surprised. I don't have any complaints for her as she was probably just following management instructions. I felt bad for her because you can tell her and her coworker was uncomfortable. I wasn't about to eat/pay for food knowing a swarm of flies could have probably landed on it. Flies that could have came from a trash can or a dead animal carcass carrying harmful bacteria in their saliva or on their feet. Also possible exposure to salmonella from the meats and vegetables being exposed to hot air. read more

Joe had the Teriyaki chicken. Myself? A BLT with all the trimmings.. Excellent!! And we bought my favorite Cove P.D. Officer's dinner, Officer Sensciney!!! He had the Ranch Chicken with Bacon combo.. The three of us enjoyed GREAT company, EXCEPTIONAL FOOD AND SERVICE!!! We also received COOKIES ON THE HOUSE!!! ;-) Thank you SUBWAY!! After my HEALTHY MEAL? My blood sugar continued to stay low.. (I'm type 1 Diabetic).. The Raspberry Tea was phenomenal!!! The only thing I would change?? Subway had Feta cheese in the past.. Unfortunately they no longer have it available.. Other than that?? They seem to be perpetually understaffed, none the less we used to go here fairly regularly. My husband has a meeting near this location once a week and he would get us dinner on his way home. I have a wheat allergy and they offered gluten free bread...well until recently. He stopped one evening to pick up dinner and told the girl behind the counter he wanted gluten free bread for my sandwich. She replied with "we don't have that". He asked if they were just out and she replied with "we never carried that" He then proceeded to tell her yes, you did and then she said "Oh we stopped carrying that" Well which one is it? We didn't know what to believe, since she seemed clueless, so I wrote an email to corporate trying to find out what exactly what was going on since we didn't think the counter girl knew. They said that that particular restaurant decided not to carry it anymore but hoped we would still continue to come in. (allergies don't work that way).Too bad because not only did they lost me as a customer but my husband as well since he won't go to two different places to pick up dinner. He will just grab dinner for both of us somewhere else. I imagine those with gluten allergies feel the same way. A subway sandwich isn't worth the hassle of several stops for one meal.
