Service was great! Food....I prefer other burger places. We got the jalapeño burger, double burger meal, Nashville hot wings and strawberry milkshake. Milkshake is basic standard fast food shake that you regret having later on. Fries are thin and lightly salted. The hamburger buns are delicious and the burgers are dense compared to other places, but really the only thing we enjoyed was the spicy ketchup. If you're in a pinch and need food and this is all that's in the area...ok, but there are so many places in the area, move on. read more

They need better training. Waiting for food for 45 minutes is ridiculous. The management needs to be more involved and there needs to be better discipline. (Shouldn't be hearing your personal business at counter and/or profanity at the drive through. ). If you can't handle two li es then do t do it. Drinks shouldn't be watered down from the wait. it's hit or miss. They've forgotten multiple items in my order on several occasions. Some of the people that work there looks like it would kill them to say a kind word or smile back. I wish I had more photos, especially of the workers there, but time didn't allow. I was in pursuit of finding something and was extremely hungry, but I had to write something to say thanks. When I rolled up to the drive through I had difficulty understanding the speaker, because there was heavy static in the sound system. I did manage to understand if I would be "using the app", because I saw the ad for it when I drove up. I let the person behind me go ahead of me, but in order for me to do that I had to stop behind another car waiting for more of their order. After a while, I made my rounds back to the drive through and noticed that the bar code wasn't working. I mentioned that to the order taker, and even though I know in my heart and head that I did it correctly, the order taker rightfully went through the download process. At this point you're probably knowing how I felt by this time. Haha Three cars, two workers and one empathetic and efficient manager later I was blessed to have the avocado bacon burger free! I asked to hold the bacon and tomato; it came with tomato, but it was easy to take out the three pieces myself. It tasted very good, and it had a nice spice to it. The Texas Toast was pretty perfect, and when I bit into the sandwich the guacamole oozed out. Finger lickin' good! I would order it again. So despite the technical difficulty, they deserve 5 stars as they had good food and the customer service was on point. Outside of the free order, they had a good attitude and aptitude, and I didn't have to ask for napkins which is something they gave plenty of. I would go back to this location if I'm in the area. Well don't expect your food to be delivered Curbside. We sat in our spot for over 10 minutes and nothing. There was only one car in the drive through and the 3 guests inside were already halfway through their meals. All I ordered was a medium diet coke and medium fries. I love me some Whataburger, but this visit was pretty bad. I got their $5 BaconBurger special. Service was impeccable, the food came out quickly, and then... To get the bun smashed any thinner would take industrial equipment, the burger was so cold the cheese wasn't melted, and the patty was probably made out of packing peanuts, it was so dry. I own two houses, one in Belton and the other one in Copperas Cove also known as the Meth Capital of the U.S. When in Copperas Cove, I very rarely shop or dine in this area of because of the poor service and the military attitude. So when my daughter wanted to eat at the local whataburger I was very skeptical. Keep on mind that it was Sunday, after church and it was very busy. I went thru the drive thru, but the lobby was open for those that wanted to go in. The first thing I notice was that they have two lanes and at the drive thru and they have two people with IPADs taking your order. To me customer service is a must and there was a young lady who took my order and she had a great sense of humor, which it was amazing as most young people today have zero to none communication skills. The service was a little slow, but I give them credit due to the current labor shortage. Finally I got my order and another fantastic young lady gave me my order, she was also another unicorn of a young lady with great communication skills. I notice there were two lanes and and they were very attentive we're not using cellphones like in many other places in town. I have always gone to this Whataburger and never had as many issues as I have the last two days! (Curbside order for both days) Yesterday I went and they screwed up my order. I ordered a regular soda and large chocolate shake. I got a large soda and regular mint chocolate shake. And then my husbands sandwich was cold and he had to warm it up. This morning we decided to go there to grab breakfast. My husband went to pick it up and gets back and is mad. They spilled his coffee all over everything. He didn't know it at first and it got on his seat. Then he went to heat his sandwich AGAIN because again, not hot and I realized they missed something from our order! So now his food is sitting here getting cold while he has to go back to get what was originally ordered. How hard is it to READ? Ok. Where do I begin. I literally just got home. I have literally sat in line waiting over an hour. 40+ minutes was just after ordering on the speaker. First off as soon as you order they like to make the drink like if that's going to take them too long. So as a result I get a sweet tea with no ce due to it melting along with my sons sprite. They also tried to give me a melted milk shake. WTH. Whataburger??? If you can't keep up with the supply and demand why do you open another lane? You can't keep up so stop doing it. You used to be the best in the area but in the past couple of months have become lazy. The few time I have gone in they are just playing around grab assing and stuff. Yes the so called manager as well. I take it they are the ones in the different color shirts. Whoever own this franchise you got to do better. I am tired of wrong orders , my bag literally wet from grease or whatever it is. You people are beginning to be worse than in and out burger. Worse than Killeen. You really think you deserve minimum wage t be $15 when you can't even do the job right. On the plus side there are at the very least 3 workers there that are good and friendly. Came to whataburger after work Mother's Day around 1145 I order med a justaburger kids meal and biscuits gravy with jalapeño cheddar biscuits. When I order I was told it would be a few minutes for biscuits, I said okay no problem. I paid my bill and the cashier walked away. I waited for 20 minutes before receiving my order, nobody ever came back to the window. If I wouldn't have already paid I would have just left. Then I get home which is about 5 minutes away and my justaburger and fries are cold to the point where I didn't even eat more than a bite. I always wondered what the fuss was about. I waited a couple years after moving to TX to try Whataburger, thinking this fast food place was just like all the others. It definitely stands out. The burgers are delicious, the fries are comparable to McDonald's but 10x better and without all the excess salt (yuck), and my personal favorite are the onion rings. My wife and I went to this location today and after we placed our order my wife wanted to change orders. We felt so bad after waiting to pull to the first window and were apologizing, they love their customers so much they just gave us the meal on the house that my wife changed.
