The Jalapeño Whopper is one of the current specials. it is just OK, albeit better than a routine Whopper or Whataburger. Nevertheless like most Central Texas burgers, it is not exactly exceptional. I like most burgers but am still hoping for an exceptional burger in the future. read more

My three rodeo cheese burgers were perfectly made. Best I've had in the area. The cashier was friendly and helpful. My fries came out perfect and hot. Only downfall was no strawberry shakes. Nice clean restraunt. read more

Burger King - Burgers Near Me - Copperas Cove, Texas

Honestly, this is the worst bk I've ever been to, unfortunately, it's the only one around... I've traveled, lived in many places, and yeah, absolutely horrible. On the other hand, try the bk in Round Rock, across from Home Depot, seriously the best on the planet. Back to bk copperas cove; rarely get your order correct, and the drive thru staff is either entitled, or doesn't care. read more

I have actually shaken the hand of King Charles before he became King. Ii was very impressed by Lady Diana at the time and this King of Burgers always impresses me Burger King employees are SO courteous and polite I am always told to have a blessed day and given a senior discount. The food is always fresh and crispy Great prices too read more

Didn't have a chance to go inside, because I went through drive through. Mind you this was breakfast, so you expect that the food should be fresh, but nah...this food was stale AF....come on now. The only thing good was the drink. Not trying this location again. I'll wait read more

The sweet tea is always watered down, the chicken fries are soggy, but at least it all tasted like balls

ordered door dash. my meal was missing. never fun to order and watch your family enjoy eating while your food never arrives! how hard is it? are there not quality checks to make sure the WHOLE order is included before sending it out! and yes, the bags were sealed so no, the dasher did not steal our items! not to mention the sodas were flat! do better people! read more

Customer service is really good they welcomed us like it was are own home. Jamaal was especially good. He greeted really well.

Absolutely disgusting. I went through the drive-thru, got my order, and a roach crawled out of the bag. Let that sink in. When I brought it to the manager's attention, they were rude, dismissive, and acted like I was the problem. On top of that, this place is consistently awful--every time I've been here, something is missing, cold, or completely wrong. It's clear they don't care about food safety, customer service, or basic hygiene. Do yourself a favor and never eat here. I wouldn't feed this trash to my worst enemy. read more

Me my brother and my dad went here to eat. They made us wait at the first window so we could roll up to the second one so it would not count there time! They got my brothers order wrong and I was eating my burger that only had ketchup and there was something crunchy and it was the meat. I do not recommend this Burger King at all. read more

Ample parking, dining area clean and open. Soda machine was not working. Pretty amazed at the service, been that this is a military town with a military attitude. The guy in the front was supper fast and friendly and believe or not they have burgers already made. I was watching them and the whole crew was very efficient and jump right on the order. Dispatched in less than 5 minutes. Glad they did not used the COVID excuse like most places around here. read more

when to BK in cooperas cove. marzo 10, 2024 at 5:10pm when the food suppose to by fresh and hot. The food was cold and gummy, I asked for my whopper without peckels because I'm allergic, they don't put any attention because they gave me my whopper with peckels. Came here on the whim after a long day, I was craving a whopper with all the fixings. Went through the drive through and was second in line, thought to myself it wouldn't be long before I ordered. When I got to the speaker I was told to hold on one second (exact words). I then sat there for about 12 minutes waiting for my order to be placed. After the twelve minute I drove to the window and told the young man that I had been waiting for over 10 minutes and he was like oh man and kind of snickered. I then placed my order with him (#1 medium with a Diet Coke and a chicken fry meal with a sprite), once I got my bag of food I then drove off. Once I got home I opened the bag to eat and feed my daughters, the #1 wasn't correct at all, it was double meat with nothing on it but ketchup. I won't be going to this BK ever again. I should have listened to my daughters and not came here. read more

I will never go to Burger King in Cove ever again. They messed my order up so bad this last time, and also have messed up almost every order in the last couple of months. I told the nice girl in the pick up window "Y'all need the previous manager back" and she said "OMG , I know , right?" Then the manager ( THE MANAGER!) told me the previous manager was terrible and then he completely messed up my refund (he blamed the sign for my order being wrong). I am not a complainer, and will not make a scene , but I will never go back. One of the first rules I learned as a manage was never speak badly about any former employees, as it is rude and unprofessional. read more

This is got to be the worst Burger King I have ever been to in my life. One thing I can say for them is there friendly. They've got the worst drive-through in town. They struggle to get your order right. It's horrible to get where you're going and realize your order is not right. And they won't even except a phone call. They need new management. read more

Worst Chocolate Shake I have ever had. Was not fully mixed and no topping. Service was slower than usual.

can evryone please make complaints to corporate on them telling people to sit and wait at the 2nd window when they are very slow or even busy just so they don't have you pull up to the first window and mess their times up and than they tell people to pull to the front door when nobody is behind again to beat their timer is a joke and rude I got yelled at twice when I moved up they are rude and it's unprofessional read more

My last two visits were terrible. Friday morning wanted the breakfast burrito. I sat in drive thru long enough waiting to order the guy behind me backed up and left. I ended up just pulling thru. No one ever answered to take my order. Saturday morning I thought I'd try again. Zero wait time taking my order by the way which is normally how it is. The Egg-Normas burrito was not egg-Normas. They left out the sausage and it was barely warm. I didn't even finish it. I was super disappointed. read more

One star is too much for this location. I love BK. Went here because it's the closest to me. Tried out the new chicken sandwich. I got a dried up half burnt chicken patty that was probably left out from the night prior. It was served on seeded bun instead of potato buns. I would never return to this location. read more

Ok this is the last place in the world you want to visit. I ordered 2 tacos and cheese tots. Tots cold but that's the good news. The tacos I received had brown slash black lettuce on it and the beef was so dried up it was black looking. Called to report to the story manager what happened. I told him he served me bad food but he said I didn't serve you anything. I said you're the manager so yes you did. Your in charge but he still stuck to his guns. Then proceeded to start talking over me telling me to calm down. I said I'm calm and tried to finish my issue. He then got really upset and kept asking my name over and over not giving me a chance to answer then hung up. I called back 2 times they picked up and hung back up. I could of been given a food sickness and their response is to cut me off and hang up. Do not go here ever. They are gambling with your health. I have the pictures to prove how bad my order was. No one should have to pay and be gambling if they are gonna get sick or not. I won't eat those tacos but I learned a valuable lesson do not order fast food without looking at it. It might not be what you think it is. I hope I can handle the tots I eat without looking at. Never again! They don't deserve the one star I had to hit it to continue. read more

Excellent experience. This location has not disappointed in all the years I've been going since the 1990s. It's a weathered, worn down, old, Burger King of a bygone era. It needs a remodel, and new fixtures and signage, but the atmosphere is ironically what makes it have charm and personality. It's like stepping back in time when Burger King was truly royalty. The classic Whopper taste was perfectly balanced with each bite. Our only regret was not opting for the famous onion rings, which are better than their fries. And, oh that onion ring zesty dipping sauce, wow! At least I didn't forget that with our order. Made for an excellent ketchup substitute. The fries were slightly average but the Whopper with the cheesy meaty goodness and drinks keep Cove BK at a solid 5! The employees were skilled, speedy ,and polite. Flame broiled goodness in Cove folks! read more

So I rarely go to Burger King but I sometimes want the convenience of not having to cook for my family. Each visit I remember why I need to prepare food at home. My order is never what I pay for, my food is cold, and the customer service is lacking. I recently submitted a complaint to Burger King online and received a response from the local owner: Ms ******, I'm sorry that your visits to the Burger King in Copperas Cove have been unsatisfactory. I can't explain why the food you receive there would always be cold and incorrect. I apologize if you were treated rudely by any of the crew working there. I'm also sorry that you feel the restaurant is not clean. Since we apparently don't do anything to your liking and this seems to be an ongoing problem for you, I don't really have a solution. Thank you for your comments. I now understand why this place is so unsatisfactory. The owner is rude, condescending, passive aggressive, defensive, and unwilling to address complaints appropriately. read more

I went through the drive thru and ordered a whopper jr with cheese, with a coke. 4 piece jalapeño. A 10 piece chicken nugget for my son. So first I had to wait ten minutes and watch the other lane be serviced before me. Then they kept adding a double whopper to my meal when I never requested one. Then I get my order and there was no cheese on my whopper, I got a four piece when I requested and paid for them both. My fries were cold and old clearly they didn't have time to drop off any. Then I call them several times I guess the phone is cut off due to the corona. It the only BK in Cove so sad how the service at this location has declined these past few months. read more

I've never had Burger King before but because of my family, we had that for dinner. The place wasn't the WORSE place I've seen but it was a bit messier then it should be. Four trips to this business. EVERY time using the drive thru got home and order was incorrect. Drove thru this morning and requested two Ham and Egg Croissants NO cheese and they repeated it back to me. Then when I got to the pay window the girl said let me make sure I have this right you want NO cheese and I replied correct. She then went to the serving window and gave me my order in the bag and said this is right. Got back home and you guessed it both croissants had cheese. Went back to the store 15 minute drive to get my money back. They gave me a refund and said just so you know it wasn't the girl that prepared your order. I said she is responsible as the manager is for checking to make sure the order is correct. Then they gave me a refund but kept the receipt. Pretty smart because when I got home to file a grievance with corporate the site requires you provide the receipt Number. Since I didn't have the receipt I couldn't file a complaint. You would think the manager being that smart would take an equal amount of time and effort to make sure her crew got the orders correct. read more

They rebuilt the place and so we thought let's give them a try. Save your money Don't go here ! Too many unsupervised youths running ruff shot over the place . The food was cold ,a half of jar of mayonnaise on the burger , the drink station was a mess and not one of the seven employees could manage to find the time to clean it . Employees leaving then coming back in getting a drink and leaving again to yes return again . The place is bananas. The whopper so cold it wouldn't melt the cheese . The music was way too loud , WOW . If you want a cheese burger go somewhere else ,if you want to see the circus we'll go to Burger King in Copperas Cove read more

The worst service ever! I placed a mobile order. No one in line when I arrived! I watched my bags sit for over 10 minutes after I told them I was there. Then finally a manager put them on the counter and called my number. Mayo all over the wrapping, bags squished, and no drinks. When I asked for my cups, the manager double checked my receipt as if I was lying about my drinks! This is the 1st time I've been here at this one in 6 years. I will not be back! read more

Burger King is my go to hamburger place if I don't want McDonald's (I don't like McDonald's hamburgers) I've never had a bad experience with them. They're all sweet and the food comes out nice and warm. The food is always good especially the whoppers, except the one time the buns were a bit burnt. I love the flame grilled taste it gives the burger and I love how they put onions and tomato's, and not chopped onions to where it gets everywhere. read more

I hate giving one low star reviews, but I never even got to eat the food here. I went though the drive though after a long day of work, tired and starving, craving a nice big burger, fries, and a coke. It was 20:00-21:00ish, and I was told they would be right with me. so I waited and waited. Then I finally talk to someone, only for the employee to tell me "yea, sorry but we are out of all beef.". I said "never mind I'll go somewhere else". Then I get stuck in the drive through line, because the pavement is not big enough to let someone out and drive around. I'm in utterly disbelief that BURGER King ran out of burgers. I will go attempt to eat there again someday in the far away future and hopefully with a positive update about a BEEF burger. read more

Worst burger king ever. Staff is rude as heck. Will not go back. Staff always claims they cant hear you but are making a ton of noise.

Today February 16th, the staff left the store with over 10 cars in the drive through with no notice.
