They forgot my rice for some reason in my five layer burrito :(. It normally comes with rice.

Don't get me wrong I eat my fair share of Taco Bell. But recently it's been a hit or miss on the food part of things. I have gotten a burrito and it's almost empty in a sense. I will say though I've never had a problem with staff personally. They are always nice and greeting. Also with the updated building with the paint and the inside feels way more homely. read more

Homeless person sleeping with blanket in booth by soda fountain. Horrible smell I had to vomit and trashed all my food without eating anything. This is getting to be like LA on the news. Never again...horrible. I don't frequent this place but never again. read more

Great service, delicious food, clean lobby. I'm never disappointed when I frequent this restaurant. Yum.

If I could leave a review with zero stars, I would. It seems even a simple Chicken Quesadilla meal is too much for my local Taco Bell. The meal only comes with the quesadilla, a taco, and a drink. The tea is little more than colored water. The quesadilla was prepped and packaged so poorly, it stuck to itself and the paper. It was not put in the normal wrapper that a quesadilla normally comes in.. The taco was the prettiest part of the meal, which is sad. I won't be back. read more

Their drink machine is ALWAYS down. Half the time they mess up the order and are rude about it. Would rate 0/5 if possible.

Trash. Workers have attitudes on the night shift every-time. Not pleasant, always forgetting something and are rude about corrections. During breakfast and lunch hours are the best times to come in. Food always look like they made it and slung it around a few times. The building looks nice outside it's the biggest plus I could give. They also never have sweet tea at night. read more

Clean, employees were nice, food came relatively quickly, tasted fine, had zero problems with this place.

OK so this Is some sick joke ?? A small taco shell in the big burrito shell ?even it was held together but some cheese??? I'm glad I unwrapped it to add sauce. And what is up with only putting sour cream on one side of everything?? The other burritos and tacos we order was all the same way. Cream on on side. This is also not the first time they have goofed up this bad. Smh y'all make me think Lampasas taco bell is worth the drive for such poor food service in cove. Come on y'all get it together. read more

Trash. No effort into making good food. Taking money and not caring how they make food. Eat anywhere but this place. Save money and go somewhere else. I ask for extra meat extra cheese. Gave me food premade....noting warm or made to order. read more

Common sense would tell ya that ordering a bean burrito with no beans would be a beef burrito as they no longer have it on the menu. Considering they charge $2.58 for it. But what you get is a tortilla with onions and taco sauce. It isn't rocket science and I would never order from this location ever again and recommend no one else does either. Called and asked for the manager and explained and was told unless they are told to replace the beans with beef that's what you get. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. See photo disgusting read more

Taco Bell in Copperas Cove is more than subpar! The orders are always wrong or lacking all of the ingredients it's supposed to have. Another thing is that when ordering tacos, they are already soggy before I get them home 5 minutes away...soggy! They will lue in your face, "oh yes, they were freshly made." I'd rather take the time to make my own than to eat their CRAP! They want a star rating? NO STAR...ZERO! read more

If you have the pleasure of interacting with Melissa she is incredibly sweet and seems to genuinely care about each customer. She embodies customer service. I will be returning to this location specifically because of her. read more

I've been going to this Taco Bell for 5 years now, and every single time I've gone, they've messed my order up. This time, I went and asked for a bowl with no sour cream. They gave me a burrito. (My receipt said that I ordered a bowl.) I told them what I really wanted, and they gave me a bowl, but still kept the sour cream. I also asked for some of their fire sauce, and they gave me none. I don't recommend this location. read more

The food is just like any other Taco Bell, but the service is amazing! This restaurant is staffed by the friendliest, must helpful staff of any fast food joint I've EVER been to! They ask how many sauce packets you'd like. You get a mint with your order. It's not going to earn any Michelin stars any time soon, but you've never eaten at a better Taco Bell. read more

Ordered and it is already 10 mins in and still no food. Thought it would be faster by going inside but it seems the drive through would have been faster. However the Dr Pepper Float is on point! read more

Funny part is I'm not saying the food is bad! I just never get what I order! The food is good (for being fast food). Most of the people working are nice. But I almost never get what I order. I do ask for stuff to be taken off or made different then they have it, but for some reason it never comes out as ordered! Tonight I got a different meal then I ordered. Not made wrong the wrong food!!! But it's ok. Next time I will check it in the drive lane and make them wait on me! Thanks for messing up my order again!!!!!!!!! read more

I always have a great experience at the Copperas Cove Taco Bell. Literally the one place I can always count on! I can honestly say they never miss a beat and the food is always fresh. The team is very friendly every time! Although Miss Deanna S. should smile more! You have a great business there! :) read more

Worst customer service from any Taco Bell I have ever been to. I get to the drive through after placing an an order through the app while redeeming my free Doritos los tacos for your rewards beta program I was emailed about...the lady at drive thru claims they don't have the order in their system even though I have the charge on my card, confirmation email/receipt, and an order number. She says she can't honor my order even if I present this information to her because "they don't give us access to any of that information". She tells me I have to cancel the order and reorder. I mention that this will void the promo, and hey reply is " I don't know what to tell you because we don't control any of that" yet your system is preventing me from getting my order. I cancel then reorder (it voids my reward) and somehow this order is in the system a minute after placing even though the other didn't after 15 mins...I asked for a manager and got told by the lady she is the manager...clearly horrible training and service...the blind leading the blind read more

Copperas Cove, I love you. Every time I've come here, everybody is super nice. They don't mess up my order, etc.

Food was normal like any other Taco Bell. Service sucked, though. They screwed up my order and we had to go back in to fix it. Wasting tons of time. Come to think of it, I don't think any Taco bell has ever gotten my order right.... Food is so good, though. Plus its the only place to get my fav Mountain Dew flavor. read more

The first time I went to Taco Bell in Cove was 2003, it was horrible food (had an odor like dog food) and horrible service. My second time was 2004 got sick from meat, third time was 2007 not bad food just bad service. Didn't go back until 7 years later when I worked for EZPawn (another bad place) and food smelled like rotten meat. Stopped eating their lunches and stuck with breakfast, much better. Haven't had Taco Bell's lunch since then. read more

For once our order was right, however the manager was extremely rude in the drive through. We ordered online for the first time and Taco Bell has a track record of messing up our order or leaving things out, so we checked the bags while we were at the window. She opened the window back up and very brusquely asked if "anything was missing". I told her not yet we were just checking, but before I finished my sentence, she barked at me to move forward, telling me we "could just come back inside". First of all, Taco Bell ALWAYS messes up our order, so I find it absolutely appropriate to check our bags in a convenient manner for us, the CUSTOMER. Second, I was on a lunch break. I shouldn't HAVE to just "come back inside", the entire point of a drive through is so that I can quickly get my food without going inside. I can appreciate that they have times they need to keep low and that I was probably holding up the car behind me a whole whopping 30 seconds, it's been common practice for us to "pull forward" everywhere we go now, line or no. However her manner was extremely rude. read more

Service could be improved, product could be assembled better, more consistant.

Another bad experince here at taco bell. The last time we went I asked to switch out the cinnamon twist with the nachos from the $5 craver box. Well they completely ignored my request and gave the cinnamon twist anyway. Today I went and had the same request I made sure the person knew and had put it in on the receipt; however, that was not the case I still got the twist. Also my wife asked for a fiery locos taco with her crunch wrap. It appeared they threw it in the bag(which had not been properly wrapped), leaving a mess and a broken shell. Now I don't think I will be going back there due to this lack of good customer service as well as the food in general just taste off. I've had better. read more

Today at Taco Bell here in copperas cove. we come with our friends to have dinner. We came for a visit. And this guy that works here is very rude and saying get off my table and others thinking he owns this store. And he is not even the manager. We come here often. But I know I will be making a complaint about it. I have never had anyone be rude as this guy was. And that was uncalled for. I will still come to eat here, but if this guy does it again. I won't be coming back! read more

I don't really like taco bell I'm not a fan but that's not why I put 3 stars i went to order and I couldn't really see what was on the menu caues the lights were not on.but it is fast so yeah.and they don't mess up your order and food is never cold or anything read more

Literally the worst Taco Bell I've been to. The staff is rude, and they get even worse when you come back with a messed up order! I have yet to have an order come out that something isn't messed up, I've even tried using the app, still at least 1 thing will have sauce or just plain old be missing! read more

This is the second straight time my family and I have gone to this Taco Bell and had problems. The first time I was shorted a drink, an entire $5 box, and after I went back to the store to get that box, I waited nearly 20 minutes to get it. Then, after eating the food, I got severely sick. This time, I ordered two nacho Supremes with no beans. It was correct on the screen and on the receipt. When I arrived home, there were beans, but no tomatoes. I also ordered a box, this time I received it. However, when I bit into the Doritos taco, it instantly tasted sour. I will absolutely not be returning to this Taco Bell again. It still baffles me this workers want $15 an hour, but either cant read the word bean, or are confused by beans and tomatoes. read more

They mix up the order a lot at this location and the food looks thrown together. I have gone to the Taco Bell in Killeen and have better accuracy with the food delivery and customer service because I'm not rushed to make an order or while trying to see what I want to eat being asked constantly, "Is that all today?" thus making me take longer to order. read more

This is usually a nice Taco Bell but the service I got yesterday was terrible. No sense of urgency not friendly. No one was at the counter when we came in. I needed a fork after I got my order and no one was at the counter or to be seen again. The manager I think was sitting in the back eating and looked at me but ignored me twice. After 2 minutes the man that took my order came around and said what do your need. Not nice people. This was the first time that they were rude. Usually there is a guy there that is very friendly in the drive through. No one cared yesterday. read more

I went through the Drive-Thru to order a nacho cheese chalupa and a slush. First off, this franchise changes their menu so much that it has gotten on my nerves, but I'm an open-minded customer. But where I lost my mind is where I tried ordering a slush and a different food item. (Apparently it would have been too hard to sub nacho cheese for sour cream, wtf?) So, every 5-15 seconds that I am trying to scan the menu, I keep getting asked "Is there anything I can help you find?" I told her about 3 or 4 times, "No, I just need a couple of minutes to just look at the menu, please hold on." She would still ask the same question over and over. I couldn't think uninterrupted for about 2 minutes before I told them that I was going to eat somewhere else. I just wanted to tell her to stop talking and let me decide for myself. She was just obnoxiously rude. I've had way better service from other Taco Bells. read more

Taco Bell is the last option for any type of nutritional values food for my family. With that being said, there are times the craving hits and the convenience of ordering and just eating is present. We cannot ignore these cravings so we head over to Taco Bell. The food is not special in any way but for some reason they can't ever get the order right! We ordered 4 soft taco supremes and what we got was the tortilla with meat and cheese. we did call and let them know and they said they would have 4 free tacos for us when we came back...
