Don't get me wrong I eat my fair share of Taco Bell. But recently it's been a hit or miss on the food part of things. I have gotten a burrito and it's almost empty in a sense. I will say though I've never had a problem with staff personally. They are always nice and greeting. Also with the updated building with the paint and the inside feels way more homely. read more

If I could leave a review with zero stars, I would. It seems even a simple Chicken Quesadilla meal is too much for my local Taco Bell. The meal only comes with the quesadilla, a taco, and a drink. The tea is little more than colored water. The quesadilla was prepped and packaged so poorly, it stuck to itself and the paper. It was not put in the normal wrapper that a quesadilla normally comes in.. The taco was the prettiest part of the meal, which is sad. I won't be back. read more

Trash. Workers have attitudes on the night shift every-time. Not pleasant, always forgetting something and are rude about corrections. During breakfast and lunch hours are the best times to come in. Food always look like they made it and slung it around a few times. The building looks nice outside it's the biggest plus I could give. They also never have sweet tea at night. read more

Common sense would tell ya that ordering a bean burrito with no beans would be a beef burrito as they no longer have it on the menu. Considering they charge $2.58 for it. But what you get is a tortilla with onions and taco sauce. It isn't rocket science and I would never order from this location ever again and recommend no one else does either. I've been going to this Taco Bell for 5 years now, and every single time I've gone, they've messed my order up. This time, I went and asked for a bowl with no sour cream. They gave me a burrito. (My receipt said that I ordered a bowl.) I told them what I really wanted, and they gave me a bowl, but still kept the sour cream. I also asked for some of their fire sauce, and they gave me none. Worst customer service from any Taco Bell I have ever been to. I get to the drive through after placing an an order through the app while redeeming my free Doritos los tacos for your rewards beta program I was emailed about...the lady at drive thru claims they don't have the order in their system even though I have the charge on my card, confirmation email/receipt, and an order number. She says she can't honor my order even if I present this information to her because "they don't give us access to any of that information". She tells me I have to cancel the order and reorder. I mention that this will void the promo, and hey reply is " I don't know what to tell you because we don't control any of that" yet your system is preventing me from getting my order. The first time I went to Taco Bell in Cove was 2003, it was horrible food (had an odor like dog food) and horrible service. My second time was 2004 got sick from meat, third time was 2007 not bad food just bad service. Didn't go back until 7 years later when I worked for EZPawn (another bad place) and food smelled like rotten meat. Stopped eating their lunches and stuck with breakfast, much better. Another bad experince here at taco bell. The last time we went I asked to switch out the cinnamon twist with the nachos from the $5 craver box. Well they completely ignored my request and gave the cinnamon twist anyway. Today I went and had the same request I made sure the person knew and had put it in on the receipt; however, that was not the case I still got the twist. Also my wife asked for a fiery locos taco with her crunch wrap. It appeared they threw it in the bag(which had not been properly wrapped), leaving a mess and a broken shell. For once our order was right, however the manager was extremely rude in the drive through. We ordered online for the first time and Taco Bell has a track record of messing up our order or leaving things out, so we checked the bags while we were at the window. She opened the window back up and very brusquely asked if "anything was missing". I told her not yet we were just checking, but before I finished my sentence, she barked at me to move forward, telling me we "could just come back inside". First of all, Taco Bell ALWAYS messes up our order, so I find it absolutely appropriate to check our bags in a convenient manner for us, the CUSTOMER. Second, I was on a lunch break. I shouldn't HAVE to just "come back inside", the entire point of a drive through is so that I can quickly get my food without going inside. This is the second straight time my family and I have gone to this Taco Bell and had problems. The first time I was shorted a drink, an entire $5 box, and after I went back to the store to get that box, I waited nearly 20 minutes to get it. Then, after eating the food, I got severely sick. This time, I ordered two nacho Supremes with no beans. It was correct on the screen and on the receipt. When I arrived home, there were beans, but no tomatoes. I also ordered a box, this time I received it. However, when I bit into the Doritos taco, it instantly tasted sour. I will absolutely not be returning to this Taco Bell again. I went through the Drive-Thru to order a nacho cheese chalupa and a slush. First off, this franchise changes their menu so much that it has gotten on my nerves, but I'm an open-minded customer. But where I lost my mind is where I tried ordering a slush and a different food item. (Apparently it would have been too hard to sub nacho cheese for sour cream, wtf?) So, every 5-15 seconds that I am trying to scan the menu, I keep getting asked "Is there anything I can help you find?" I told her about 3 or 4 times, "No, I just need a couple of minutes to just look at the menu, please hold on." She would still ask the same question over and over.
