BLUFF: paid $21 for food with hair and roaches in it, when I tried to tell them they hung up on me. We went for dinner on 12/20/25, the place seemed like it was having a slow night but was flooded with online orders. The employees seemed overwhelmed and were very short tempered. We did our best to be friendly and courteous and got our food to go. After getting home we sit down to eat and find HAIR and a baby roach in one of the tacos (see picture attached). I immediately called the restaurant to notify them and before I could finish my sentence they hang up on me. I called back and opened with "you have roaches in your lettuce" they asked if I wanted to come back so they could remake it, I declined and told them to take the lettuce off the service line NOW. Placed an online order and had issues with the app (not the first time). Once I was finally able to place an order they forgot my $3 side of queso that I usually just put inside my kids burrito which is extra $$ but since it was part of the reward I earned from purchasing, I redeemed it. There was no other patron's in the store at the time so I don't know how they messed up on the ONE order they had with 3 people working. I'd understand if it was understaffed or busy but it was neither. Also, chipotle has quick expiration dates with their rewards (it expired in 5 days) so I wouldn't be able to make it back before that and I wasn't going to drive all the way back since it's out of the way. I tried calling the store and it went straight to an automated system. It took forever to get on the phone with an actual person. When I finally talked to someone, I can't get my points refunded and they can only offer queso with a 30 day expiration date and a one time "complimentary " offer to extend it if I don't use it by then. It irritated me more that the lady on the phone said that because you pay for your points, it's not complimentary! Terrible service! I usually don't go out of my way to leave a bad review. I generally leave good ones because I know people make mistakes and businesses typically correct the issue through a simple phone call but they made it so difficult to do even that. I went to the coppers Cove chipotle on February 6 at around 9 o'clock. Keep in mind they close at 11 and they were out of guacamole for the entire night. This location has started to suck so bad. Today (2/14), the rice is SUPER undercooked, my Barbacoa is 90% just massive chunks of fat, and the tiny scraps that aren't fat, are over cooked/tough. This was ordered in store and brought back, so we tried calling up there as a heads up that their rice is not cooked properly, and no one answered, multiple times. It's just a stupid automated machine that goes in circles. Super annoyed. We were just trying to have a nice vday lunch in bed. read more

You have an employee at this location that is out of control that reported to the manager for being rude and nasty! With the gloves on that she was preparing food for us, she kept tugging her shirt up over her nose and mouth. Then she tried to rush my wife and myself through our order by repeatedly saying protein Protein in a rude tone. I asked her is there something wrong and was she in a rush or something to which she replied "I am ready to go!" I just shook my head and continued on to say what I wanted as she asked. After she handed our food to the cashier she belched loudly and walked away towards the kitchen leaving me, my wife, the cashier, and the guys standing in the kitchen all just staring at each other like "Wow!" So, I asked does she always act like this? She says, "you don't have to talk about me behind my back. I replied, "I'm not hiding from you, you're F*****g rude and nasty! As a matter of fact I'd like to speak to the manager, this girl is F*****g nasty. She's says, I'm a woman! Then I said "I can't F*****g tell! That's not how woman acts! In Copperas Cove, Texas. Placed an order and went inside to pick it up. The app had notified me the order was ready. I was waiting for my order to be added to the "mobile orders" rack. I was ignored and passed over for at least 20 minutes before I went to the counter. The woman asked me what I wanted...very rudely. I told her I had a mobile order and the name on it. She condescendingly asked if it was the right store. I showed her the message that the order was ready. She asked where the name was on the app. YOUR NAME DOESN'T SHOW UP ON THERE. Without looking it up, she said she didn't have an order for that name and walked away. She went off to fix a different order and her manager came over and talked to me. Very politely and quietly. He looked it up and asked me what I'd ordered. There it was, right there on the system. He was all apologies... she couldn't care less. After many years I decided to give Chipotle a try. It wasn't a surprise the burrito was overwhelmingly rice with a moderate amount of chicken. The problem with the meat was that I bit down on a bone. It was totally unappetizing after that. I get chickens have bones, but it's not hard to clean a bird. For the high price I paid, I expected a lot more. Chipotle is Chipotle so the quality was standard. We came in the evening on a Thursday and when starting to create my bowl, I was shocked to find that they had no corn, pico and barely any guacamole. Instead of saying something in the beginning, they didn't tell me until I reached that area so I already had my rice, proteins and peppers in the bowl. I asked if there would be a discount since they were out of so many things (that are a Chipotle staple) and the man looked at me and said "It doesn't work like that". So rude. I wasn't looking for my meal to be free or anything but comping the skimpy guacamole was the least they could've done. Homeboy needs some better customer service! read more

My 2nd visit EVER, to a. Chipotle establishment. Tried the limited time Carne Asada bowl. It was a failure. Of course the commercials show lean meat BUT that's never the case is it? Food was great as advertised. I did the online thang and it was ready when I got there plus the employee there made sure we were satisfied before we left. As an ex-employee of Chipotle I know this location is still trying to figure out how to properly cook its items. Rice is usually extremely undercooked and I am still hoping they fix this problem soon. Have visited this location multiple times since it opened. Employees are NEVER friendly. Today, a friend of ours came in ahead of us, no mask. He was NOT asked to put a mask on. He is a rather large Hispanic gentleman. When we came in as our friend was paying for his meal, we were asked if we had a mask and when we said no, we were told we could not order through the line. No problem as they will just take our order standing in the row of seating directly behind the line. I don't have to tell you how unintelligent that in and of itself is. When I walked in there to pick up my order (which was four bowls for my family and I) the website had said the order was ready, but it wasn't. While we waited for our order, we heard to of the female workers (one had a braid and the other had a bun) talking about our order and one of them said " theres no way someone ordered this much" in a complaining tone. When they gave me the order, I smiled and said said thank you. All she did was look me up and down with a judgemental look on her face. I've never eaten at chipotle before, but I did do a pick up from this specific one. I've been working customer service for 20+ years and getting service like they gave me and everyone else is rare to find. And let me tell you they had a packed house and still were able to get things done in a calm and timely manner (especially the guy in the middle). It's just like any Chipotle as far as quality goes, but customer service is garbage. Just don't bother ordering online, and you'll be fine. It's rarely ready on time, and if it is, it's going to be wrong. Everything will have something wrong. Just had a pick up order around 1:30 pm. My rice was hard for the entire burrito, and my bowl had 7 pieces of steak. The burrito was the size of a travel size bottle of hand sanitizer. This is the only Chipotle that I order from and I'm very displeased in the food this afternoon. read more

Good "modern American Mexican" food. ... much better then Taco B... to me. If I could give them more than five stars I would. Food is always fresh and plentiful. They seem happy to work there and they seem like they care. I have food allergies and always worry about cross contact. They are very perceptive to that. When I start my order I always tell them of my allergies so they wash their hands up to their elbow and put on fresh gloves and use a new spoon for each ingredient. I LOVE THAT. It's hard to find a restaurant that takes food allergies as seriously as they do. I always order the bowl and it always enough for three meals. It's obvious they are trained in allergy food service.
