Everything was made to order, piping hot and crunchy. Everything tasted good. The noodles and the dumplings were both on the sweeter side for my liking but the flavors were good! Chicken rolls were crunchy and just right. The chicken dumplings which they deep fried for us, were yummy but have this weird aftertaste which I could not pinpoint and didn't like. Such a great find! Service was authentic and super family friendly. Very honest. Food was off the charts- very quick and fresh. We got the steamed chicken dumplings- woah! Highly recommend. For our main dish, we got the shrimp pad Thai and beef pad Thai with sticky rice. So, so good! Definitely a homely looking place, but clean and quaint. The only place in cove to get vegan food - service is good, food is comforting and they will let you know what is vegan or not if you ask. We like to get takeout. I love the tom kha. Theyre generous with the tofu which is great. Obviously if you arent vegan theres a lot of great stuff for you but i cant speak to that, friends have enjoyed it too! read more

It was all delicious and the portions were generous. The curry was more veggie heavy than chicken but was still good. I ordered no heat and it was still spicy, but very good. First time eating here tonight, picked up on my way home, less than an hour before closing, and OMG it was so good, fresh, and delicious. We had the Drunken noodles and Pad Sa-Ew. We live 20 mins away and when we got home it was still piping hot! The owner was so nice, and really seemed to care about all of his customers. Fantastic family owned Thai restaurant tucked away in a strip mall in Copperas Cove. The owner was so friendly and welcoming you feel as if your dining in their home. Food is fresh and cooked to order. We ordered the chicken sate, vegetable dumplings made with leeks, pad prik king pork, and drunken noodles. Portions are very generous. If you come on Friday, expect a really long wait on your food. The food is really really good. But expect an attitude if you ask why it's taking well over an hour when they said 30 minutes. They have amazing food but are really understaffed. Expect to wait & maybe not very nice attitude if you ask or try to find out what is happening. It's a very nice setting and clean. read more

I love to support small family owned businesses and this is the definition. It's also a big plus when the food is authentic tasting. The seating area is unfortunately rather small so if you're planning on bringing a big party, be aware that seating is limited but from what I could tell eating in there, the owners would be more than happy to try and help accommodate. My girlfriend and I made a big order to try a bunch of different options in the menu and get a feel for the different dishes. In total we got the pad see ew, pad Thai, beef larb and pineapple fried rice. They all came out wonderful. having tried many legit Thai restaurants across the Pacific, I can guarantee that the food tastes just like you've been invited into a locals home and made dinner for. As I always recommend with Thai restaurants, don't underestimate the spice levels. Lots of places out here water down their flavors and spice levels to cater to Western palates but trust me, even the mild spice level has a nice level of spicy ness to it. Will be trying my luck with medium spice next time as I do enjoy a little more kick. The family running this restaurant are VERY friendly. My toddler was falling asleep and one of the women working in the kitchen came out offering a little cot for him to sleep on. So fricking sweet lmao. You can tell they deeply value their business and want it to grow, and I feel like they deserve it. My comment about the space inside is to be expected as it seems they've just moved to the area and are trying to make a go of owning a restaurant and they're off to a great start as far as I'm concerned. The price, taste, and service you get here is one of the better experiences I've had here since moving to Texas two years ago from Guam. To the owners, kudos and best of luck. The Padd Thai is very addictive and the staff are awesome. I placed an order over the phone less than 10 minutes before they were supposed to close.
