I found this place when I was looking for some food to get in late at night and the pictures really got me intrigued. I noticed that this place has some negative reviews but the fact that they were open so late made me want to give them a try.. I was greeted by friendly service, and was given the opportunity to take a look at the menu without feeling rushed. The ambiance was not bad and the menu had many choices. I decided to go with six street tacos (carne asada x 2, al pastor x 2, barbacoa, chicken fajita. Tacos or simple, and had corn tortillas with the respective meet along with onions, cilantro, and a side of limes. Honestly in terms of taste, these have been the best tacos I have had in central Texas so far in the Killeen area. They had a fresh taste to them, and were very moist and flavourful. The salsas that came with them were superb. Tacos were about $2.20 each, so you can get multiple without breaking the bank. I did get this order through uber eats. The birria taco was good however the beef fajitas 4/10. The meat was very overcooked and very greasy. We ordered barbacoa torta and shrimp cocktail. Both were awful especially for the price. The torta was soggy and the ingredients were only on one side of the torta. The shrimp cocktail was thick and tasted like they only put ketchup in it. It was so sweet. They only served it with chips not saltines and there was no Valentina or tapatío (traditional hot sauce you add to shrimp cocktail). Not sure why they get such high stars. After driving by here a few times and reading all the reviews, I decided to stop on Tacos Tuesday. I went early because every place that sells tacos for a buck on Taco Tuesdays will be packed, that is for sure. The place is a food truck in a piece of property. There are tables in case you want to eat in but it was 500 degrees and I really wanted to enjoy my tacos, without suffering a heat stroke. We ordered 15 tacos including Al Pastor, Asada and Chicharron and added aguacate to all of them. I have had plenty of tacos in my life, these were really good and were gone faster than I could put the salsa on them. We ordered a quesadilla and it was pretty good also. For all the food that we ordered the total was 21$ and change. Not bad. Actually it's great, in this day and age, you get charged 8 dollars for a taco that doesn't even remotely taste as good as these. I have been back two other times and they still taste really good. They also carry Jarritos and sodas and churros. I recommend this place if you are looking for close enough legit Mexican food. read more

The flavor of the pork in the tacos... I needed NO salsa. I had min without the cilantro because I feel it over powers the flavor of anything you eat. The pork was juicy, flavorful and plenty in the taco shell. They wrap the taco I. Two shells so the taco is not soggy. The cactus... Was tender and very tasty. Found this place after being disappointed eating at another taco place for tacos Tuesday. This place is spacious and lots of tables to seat comfortably. Cashier was very friendly and explained some of the different meat that I was unfamiliar with. For 4 tacos with different meant and a drink will cost bout $5.33 tax included. The tacos had plenty of meat and two soft tacos to hold the meat. If you're looking for not too expensive tacos with plenty of meant, this place will get your money worth. Another thing that I liked about this place is that if you're military or veteran, they offer 10% discount on Thursday. I support any establishment that support the troops! Cons: I had to walk and look around for a clean table. Most tables were dirty or had food on them. I found one and just had to clean it myself. The trash can was overfilled with trash by the area where you eat. Last thing I want to smell or see is trash by where I'm eating. Over all, this place is worth coming and checking out.
