The bathrooms are always stocked, maintained and clean with a total of 2 individual bathrooms that lock for privacy that are gender neutral/family. The staff is very friendly, extremely efficient and always willing to help. Checkout is generally quick with two staffed cash registers and two self checkout kiosks. Even though it can get quite busy at this location, the lines still move smoothly. Again, being such a busy place at certain times - the wait times for food, drinks and orders are minimal. The coffee is outstanding and constantly being replenished and being these hot summer months, the cooling icees are always so refreshing. One thing to note that's amazing: all Wawa's have free ATM's through PNC where you can do your transactions/get money out with no fees. And you can use any card - it doesn't have to be PNC. It's so sweet! They recently just added pizza to the menu and it's only available from 4pm-3am but it's delicious, quick and filling! It's open 24/7 and it always feels safe, no matter what time of day I've stopped in. This location also has a gas station, an eat in area which I love to have a snack with my son in occasionally and they also sell beer/canned alcoholic drinks for anyone interested in that. As you can tell if you've read this far, I'm a huge Wawa fan and with good reason. And this location does not disappoint. So glad to finally have one so close!

The manager immediately told me that she "knew" that the order couldn't be wrong because she "watched the cook put it in the microwave." I tried to explain to her that it wasn't a matter of how the burger was cooked but what it was actually made out of (because my wife is a vegetarian), and the manager continued to argue with me while also saying that if I drove back to the store with the receipt, she would replace it. When I arrived, she tried to take the burger from me; and I told her that I wanted to keep it to show her the difference in consistency, shape and odor between a beef burger and an impossible patty; and she acted like she was personally offended. She then proceeded to tell me I was "yelling" at her-- I wasn't-- and then admitted that, although I wasn't yelling I was "being rude." To this point, she had tried to say my problem wasn't really a problem and had questioned me all along the way, failing to realize that the reason that people order impossible whoppers is because they don't eat meat. At this point, she said there's was nothing to say. Her teammates, because she had made such a spectacle of herself, felt the need to defend her when, quite frankly, she was argumentative and tried to gaslight me throughout my entire experience. I don't know her name. She took the receipt when I came back. She was the manager on duty at the 15482 Kutztown Rd location; and I never got an apology from her for 1) my wife eating meat or 2) her questioning my judgment about what mean looks, tastes and feels like.
