This place absolutely sucks for a McDonald's, and I've seen so much better at different locations. every time I've ordered a DoorDash my food is absolutely drenched in ketchup. I'm sure nobody wants to be drinking ketchup off of their food. This has happened more than four times to me, today I ordered a DoorDash I asked for numerous amounts of stuff in the bag on the side and not a single one of those were completed. This has happened to me three out of the four times. Not to mention I just ordered and lunch just started 38 minutes ago and my food is completely cold, soggy and disgusting. Have been here 3 times on my lunch break. It's a McDonalds, you know what to expect. They messed up the burger I ordered twice, but the cashier gave me a discount and the manager gave me a free pie so whatever. The online ordering for me does not work at all for this location, don't try it. Place order, get to chain, and staff have no record of your order. Horrible food at this restaurant. I must of had a case of food poisoning . I started feeling sick to my stomach about 2 hours after eating there. I had a Quarter Pounder with cheese and bacon and fries. Meal tasted ok. My Doer Coke was disgusting I dumped it after a few sips. My granddaughter had a Chicken McNugget Happy Meal and thankfully she didn't get sick like I was. I agree with the previous reviewers! The staff, totally untrained and uncaring. Waited 20 mins for double hamburger at 9:30 pm when only 2 other customers were in the place. The place was filthy!! I thought I caught them on a bad night, but after several visits at around the same time of day over a few weeks, I concluded my first impression was the correct one because the results were consistently the same on subsequent visits. There is always a problem here. The last one I can remember is that there was a humongous line (who knows why- because they suck! And they were "out of honey mustard"- never heard such a thing in my 30 years of McDonald's eating history. Came in tonight with my family. Unprofessional looking staff and acting staff.. First, if you are going to order from McDonald's, download the app. Reason, normal price points are very high for premium sandwiches or breakfast. With the app, sometimes the price is cut in half. This location is hit and miss with getting your order right. It is a pain to check it, but you really need to check before leaving the parking lot. Quality of food, as in measuring up to McDonalds corporate standard has improved in the last six months. So NOW you are getting more even quality, before food was inconsistent. Staff has become a bit more presentable and friendly. If you like McDonalds, this store is now a safe bet, but please get the app otherwise you are looking at 20.00 for two people, easy. read more

The drive-thru line is always ridiculously long sometimes you wait up to as much as 10 minutes before you can even order and then up to another 10 minutes to receive your food. Management here seems very disorganized and lackluster. They seem to be very lackadaisical with their employees read more

I have been here on several occasions, and I can honestly say this is the worst fast-food restaurant I have ever been to in my 43 years on Earth. There were five customers tonight, and after 20 minutes, only one of us received our order. My order, a 20 piece chicken nugget with large fry, wasn't even appearing on their screens. I finally asked for a refund politely, and the person never looked at me once or even apologize. They just ran my refund. As though I were a robot. I've had lengthy weights in the past and substandard service. Unless a regional manager comes in to turn this place around, it should be closed and put out of its misery. I cannot tell you how terrible my experiences here have been. Oh, and the customer who did receive his order - what she ordered after mine - apparently he was a former employee or current employee in street clothes, who is allowed to go back and prepare his own meal. I have had bad experiences here before but never like this. I will say it was raining so hard and I think everyone decided that they were going to go through the drive through tonight. However, THAT IS NO EXCUSE for how the one employee acted. They messed up and charged me for a different order. They said they would come out and I asked that they please just make sure my order is hot. I was in a bad spot so I pulled around and parked. I was waiting so long I went in. They refunded my money (I was okay and understood up to this point stuff happens they had a ton of cars) but I heard the girl on the fryer (in her 30's and NOT wearing any uniform) say if it's not hot enough tell her to stay home and cook her own meal!! NOT!! I own my own catering business and would never in a million years say that. Matter of fact I cooked a full meal tonight but had to unexpectedly run out and did not want to wait until I got home to eat. I have no problem saying anything and told the staff and then her that she needed a real attitude adjustment. Personally, if that were my employee, they would never have been working dressed that way and I don't care how many cars were waiting in my lot she would be out the door walking past all those cars in the rain!
