    Blueberry lemonade vodka drink

This is a cute little brewery. They added food sometime in the past 6-9 months. Small menu so when we brought outside food into the brewery tonight they didn't seem to mind. The mixed drinks are my fav- very tasty. They only usually have a couple of those to pick from but that's okay. The beer is good too from what I've tried over the past year.

Worst brewery ever. The owner literally wouldn't bring me their candied jalapeños for my cheesesteak bc they didn't have a way to sell them separately. And then they told me to "get the f^ck out".

    Cozy ambience !

We love this place! Since there are a number of breweries in the area, a decision needs to be made when deciding which one to go to. Publications is the one we usually choose. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable employees, good prices and great Bavarian pretzel options, all in a pleasant environment which has succeeded in retaining aspects of the original purpose of the building. The beer choices are varied and seasonal and you will find an option to please any palate. If any of this sounds intriguing , check out the website and view the appealing photos of some of the beer choices that, at least for me, makes me want to drive to Publications to see for myself what that variety tastes like. Try Publications for yourself and get a pretzel while you're there !

Food was absolutely spot on and the beers were even better. If you're ever in the Pennsberg area, this is the best place to go to.

From long-distance coordination of the event (I am in Virginia) through execution the day of -- Shannon, Brittney and Jim Yergey himself were absolutely wonderful to work with and made the day so special for us. It was an absolute bash and oh yeah... the beer was good too ;) If I wasn't throwing a party I would have tasted them all, but the general consensus from the guests was the beer was spot on! Of what I did try, they were expertly-crafted from the seriously refreshing Kolsch and Session IPA to the Hefe that struck all the right banana and clove notes! A MUST stop the next time you are in Allentown :)

There were Santa hats, inflatable snowmen, and an ice cream truck - what more could you want? I had the Brown Ale and the Dunkelweizen - both delicious. My boyfriend shared his Wee Heavy and Bitter - again, winning beers. Yergey's was not on our radar when we ventured through Emmaus, but it was the highlight of our random day trip to Lehigh Valley. In the spirit of Christmas, we purchased a bottle of the 2021 Holiday Beer - a doppelbock called Decorator. The bartender even gave us a complimentary matching Christmas Ornament when she overheard that I collect them! If I lived closer to Yergey Brewing, I'd be here once a week. The people were welcoming and the beer was delicious. I'm definitely keen to come back! In

However the restaurant is tucked away on the second floor of a shopping center, and the seating is not ideal. The acoustics made it difficult to hear the server and my dinner companions, and this was before the live music began (which was setting up in the dining area as we ate). I was pleasantly surprised by the food, and everyone seemed cheerful and welcoming. But the restaurant was too chaotic to have any semblance of a meaningful conversation. I had to shout across the table to be heard. I may come back to enjoy a beverage and listen to a band, but I would never bring a date to this location if I had any expectation of enjoying each other's company. And that's really a shame: the food and location are excellent.

Everything was great from the atmosphere, food, service, and prices. We went for their half off wings. The wings were delicious! Fried perfectly and juicy inside with a great honey Sriracha sauce. A very underrated item is their delicious fries. They have a great selection of house drafts and specials every day for both happy hour and daily specials. I will definitely be returning for more of their specials. I have my eye on their burgers!

We didn't make it past trying the beers. We knew the place had reopened under new ownership and wanted to give it a shot. We walked in and were seated promptly. Right away I noticed there were crumbs all over the floor. That's a major red flag, not a good first impression. Decided to try some beers. We placed an order with the waitress for three tasters. She informed us one of them was brand new, and all of their other beers were from the original owners. A minute later, another waitress came over and says that our server can't service alcohol because she's not of age and to give her the order. When I said one of them was one of the new beers she had no idea what I was talking about. Strange. What is most strange is that why is a server working at a brewery who can't serve alcohol? That's a new one for me. Let's just say the beers were awful. They were flat, tasteless and not entirely up the temp. We got up and walked out and went to the Trolley Barn across the street.
