All Primos have a great standard always the same at both locations that we order from and one is St. Claire and the other one is Allentown

The service is amazing and quick. The food is amazing and my favorite. The employees are professional

Hey hey so my husband went to this place and got us some Hoagies! Review: (1 star) Complaint Regarding Poor Service at Trexlertown, PA Location PrimoHoagies in Trexlertown, PA just lost a customer for good. I was ripped off--overcharged by $3--and when I called and emailed their NJ office to fix it, I was completely ignored. Not even a simple response. That says everything about how little they care. If this is how Primo treats customers, they don't deserve the business. Capriotti's and Jersey Mike's are right around the corner--with better sandwiches, better prices, and staff who actually treat people with respect. Save your money. Skip PrimoHoagies. Absolute worst customer service I've dealt with in years. Gerry D read more

Get the sharp Italian, it won't disappoint. Subs came out super fast on this location was very clean. Everyone in here writing bad reviews just has a stick up their butt. read more

After hearing about how great Primo Hoagies subs are, I had to try for myself. I ordered an Italian hoagie with all the toppings expect for mayo. Meat was great, can't go wrong with Thumans, especially with the meat sliced very thin. All condiments that were added were perfect. The bread however was terrible. Very spongy, not crispy and soft on the inside like a good hoagie roll that I'm used to. After a few bites, if I could have returned the hoagie for my money back I would have. No fault of this location. Bread can make or break a good hoagie, in this case the hoagie lost to the bread. Not an old fashioned hoagie shop like they market it to be. Service was great, very friendly. read more

The subs are absolutely fantastic! Coretha puts so much love and care into making them. She truly makes the best subs, as if she's preparing them for herself. read more

I've been going to this primo hoagie location for YEARS. Yesterday, I called because the sandwich I was made had black mold on the bread. I was told that wasn't possible, And the manager was dismissive of my concerns. I offered to text a photo. I received a snarky comment back saying "I don't want your photo". I will NEVER BE BACK. read more

Workers have to take more seriously their job. I ordered to pick up 20 min ahead of time and when i arrived they were just chatting and didn't even notice my order. read more

When you order sides online provide them! They were missing! Sandwich was mediocre and appeared to be hastily put together! Not worth the price they charge! It was a corned beef Swartzie had little Cole slaw and was very dry! read more

First off, the menu is HUGE. It took me a good five minutes to decide what I wanted. They have multiple selections in each category (specialities, diablos, cutlets, healthy choice, meatless delights, and classic standards). The hoagies were made to order and all the ingredients were fresh. They also have pre-packages sides you can add to your order like macaroni salad and pasta salad. The staff at this location was very nice. I asked the cashier for a to-go box and instead of just handing me a box she offered to wrap it up for me. I will definitely come back to this location when I'm in the mood for a good hoagie. read more

Had a Primo Hoagie Saturday and was shocked how small they were for the money. Jersey mikes has a much better value for your money.

My husband and I got two medium-sized Primo Hoagies today, and with a tip, they cost us $35. Why is this place asking for an 18% tip for a couple of sandwiches? Even Longhorn and Carrabba's don't ask for that much of a tip for a takeout order. We'll be buying our sandwiches elsewhere from now on. read more

My change was supposed to be $4.72, but because they didn't have quarters, she asked if "I need the 72 cents." I said "no" thinking she would give me $5.00 because most food/restaurants would do that. But she short changed me and gave me $4.00. Not a real big deal, but it's just the principle of the thing. I thought it odd and not very good customer service. I ordered online and even included a big tip which I then regretted. Think I found part of a finger nail in my hoagie, but not positive. Lost my appetite anyway and couldn't finish. read more

Coming in to see a sign on the door saying bare with us as we are short staffed....the girl takes my order, says they dont even have the sandwich I want...then the wait is ridiculously long...and they only have 2 people working. I dont know if you are supposed to wear gloves when rolling up a sandwich but no gloves. What kind of place has this turned into ?? Can we not get any good, clean good and service in this world anymore. Very disappointed. read more

Let me start off by saying,my coworkers and I ordered a variety ($56 worth) of hoagies to be delivered for lunch. We all agreed that the lunch meat is very tasteful, but all of the hoagies (bread) were very hard. The shredded lettuce was brown. Not worth $5.99-$6.99 for a small. When calling in our order, the lady was very rude who took our order. She acted like I was bothering her by calling in an order to be delivered, I tried to give her directions to our locations for the delivery person and she kept interrupting me by talking to someone on her end. As you probably guessed already, the poor delivery guy had to call me because he was lost, only if the rude young lady would of listened when I gave her the directions when I gave her our order. Delivery guy was very nice and apologized for being late with our order.. They need more employees like him.. read more

As many of you know, I am new to PA. And new to Primo Hoagies.... Never been there before! I stopped in for a sub for lunch and the clerk was so snippy and snarky. She was very rushed and was losing patience when I kindly asked her to repeat herself. She rattled off like 10 questions, salt and pepper? Peppers? Pickles? Lettuce? Tomatoe? Onion? Oregenao? Cheese? Seeded roll? Wow ma'am... Calm down. I know how to efficently order a sub, just didnt appreciate her bascially snapping at me for my order, how rude! She was very condensending and rude. Talking down to me. What a turn off, bitch! Not a great way to welcome a newbie! Sub was terrific! Fresh bread, ingredients, luscious succulent fresh carved, thin sliced deli turkey, soo satisfying. I was pleased. I paired it with a diet coke and some kettle chips! Oh yum dude! Love kettle chips with my sub!! However, the grouchy, snarky bitch behind the counter KNOCKED 2 stars off this review! You could tell she didn't like her job and was miserable! Not gunna ruin my day bitch! See ya! I won't be back to the Cedar Crest location! But I will try other locations again! read more

Was very busy. I tried ordering online in the store instead of waiting in line but the order said it would be ready in 45 min. I couldn't wait and told the girl at the counter and she got my order ready as if I waited in the store great service read more

By far my favorite hoagie in the Lehigh Valley but very disappointing to have banana pepper stems and pits in nearly every bite of a primo sized sub! read more

Would not recommend. When the power was restored after an outage, crew refused to make sandwiches until after the computers were up but they DID make an exception for one customer that wasn't us. Employees were condescending and would not write down our order even though we were planning on eating in the establishment. Never returning to this location. read more

service is not good. Four people and placed an online order. Didn't start until I walked in. Then they left it on the counter until I reached over and inspected it was mine. Other times I've had simple one hoagie orders wrong as well read more

The sandwiches are fairly good, and they might be VERY good - if this particular store didn't ALWAYS mess up your order. ALWAYS. You will get a missing topping, or cheese, or an entire sandwich missing. Idk why this happens - is it a management issue? Poor training? Indifferent employees? Idk. I stopped going out of frustration and then tried again and yup, messed up order. I mean what am I supposed to do, unwrap my sandwiches at the counter in front of their workers?? Shouldn't customers be able to trust some consistency?? read more

Great sandwiches. Always quick and courteous service. Clean dining room. Lots of menu options!

Excellent Service and Hoagies !! Only place to go for a Great Sub, Sides and Dessert

The negative reviews on this establishment are spot on. Bad service, lack of employee ownership and accountability. Staff does not focus on the job and seem more interested in their tattoo work or what they drank/smoke last night. Worst part of this place, DIRTY!!!! Gross. Watch how they prepare foods, look at the work areas and the bathrooms...ugh Sorry folks, look at those things and that is all you need to know. Disgusting! read more

Nothing makes me happier than when my order is right, delivery on time and the food is outstanding! Thank you Primo Cedar Crest. I am a Jersey Mike's lover but they have been out of Roast Beef for weeks now so I decided to give Primo a try. Very odd experience when ordering online; tried to order through Uber Eats but they don't give correct topping options so I tried to order through Grubhub. They gave options and it was $12.37 less expensive. I do not understand that. Delivery was great, food was amazing. read more

I literally eat here multiple days per week and love the sandwiches. Staff is also professional and courteous. I highly suggest this location. read more

Not good. Maybe most people like this place because they put about a pound and a half of meat on your hoagie. When I want a hoagie I want equal amounts of meat, cheese and letuce and tomato. No lie, the tomato and lettuce were so scant it was like why even bother. The lettuce was shredded so fine it disintegrated into the roll and there was barely any of it. The 2 tomato slices were so thin i could see through them. The roll is way too hard, almost stale. I won't be back. I just don't like it. read more

I was in the area on business and finished up about dinner time. I noticed the sign for this Primo Hoagies in a small strip mall. Stopped in. The staff was pleasant, efficient and professional. The hoagie was fantastic. I had the Gianna. As with all Primo Hoagies, it's a little expensive, but the quality and taste are worth it. read more

Eh, my husband loved it...I thought it was just okay. Probably had more to do with our choices than anything. I got the soprano...cracked black pepper turkey, sharp provolone, roasted red peppers and oil/black pepper/oregano. I added some lettuce & tomato as well. It just didn't mesh well as a sandwich. Everything was good flavor apart but just didn't work in one roll. My husband got the Italian Diavolo and loved it...a great mix of Italian meats & cheese with a kick of spice. It was pretty good. Don't like that the menu board is price-less, but they have plenty of paper copies of the counter to read that do have prices. Yes, not cheap by any means, but quality ingredients are pricier. I just wish they didn't cut corners by giving people the ends of tomatoes (ick!) read more

Just horrible service... Hoagies made by children who would rather be on their phones.. Very expensive for the size .. When made correctly, they are fantastic, but you better be watching the person making them; otherwise, you may end up with a complete disappointment..., read more

Went to Primo Hoagies for the first time today because I had heard a lot about this place and I was not disappointed. They use real deli meats unlike the "meat" you find at Subway. Plus the selection of deli meats was incredible. Stuff you would never find at other sub shops. The roll had a great crust but was chewy in the middle. I got the Napolitano (hot sopressata, prosciutto and sharp provolone) and it was amazing. I would love for you to find another deli that gives you that much prosciutto for that price. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the sandwich could've used more lettuce, onion and oil & vinegar. They were over-shadowed by the very large portion of meet that was on the bread. But that is just my preference! Ill definitely be back for more. So many different sandwiches that I would love to try! read more

The chicken Diablo is my favorite. The hoagies are large and a fair price. Very tasty and filling.

Love the lunchmeat in their hoagies...Not a big fan of the bread (I don't like firm crunchy bread, just my preference), although the excellent lunchmeat makes up for the bread! Can't beat all the selections they offer...I always end up creating my own anyway! Usually not that long of a wait (unless you hit the lunchtime rush)...Love the rewards card benefits too! They do need more seating at this location, if you do hit it at a busy time it can get kind of crowded waiting for your hoagies to be done (which doesn't usually take too long)! read more

My husband and I have only ever been disappointed with Primos only twice, and the time we were disppointed, it had involved my sandwhich orders that ive made. They did fix the issues and have never had a bad experience when we make an order. Good subs read more

Even though Primo's is a franchise and I'm not too fond of franchises, I have to say their hoagies are AMAZING! All the meats are boars head brand, the condiments are always fresh, and there's plenty of choices to choose from. There is a variety of sandwiches from cold to hot as well from traditional sandwiches like the Italian or roast beef to original Primo creations. They also have sides like potato salad, macaroni salad, dirt pudding, pepper shooters, etc. If you're craving a good hoagie with lots of meat go to Primo's. Skip Subways and try a real sandwich! read more

I was so disappointed in this Primo! I'm used to getting stuffed, quality, hoagies from Primo. I ordered 2 Italian hoagies, and they were pathetic. Very little meat, and soggy roll. Will not be returning. read more

I'm here routinely for lunch and all I can say is they always make my sandwich perfect. Just enough lettuce, mayo and turkey. The dirt pudding is also great. I think this location has a nicer atmosphere than some of the other locations I've visited. That's my take. I'll be back. read more

Go for the hoagies, not for the hot sandwiches. The chicken cutlets are consistently soggy. I won't order them again. The sharp italian is excellent and so are the seeded rolls. Authentic Philly hoagies. read more
