I placed a simple order for an 8 inch cheesesteak and asked if they had Cooper Sharp cheese. The employee responded, "Like Cooper American?" I said yes, that's exactly what I meant. When I went to pay with my card, I noticed there was a $2 surcharge for using a card. I switched to cash, only to find out afterward that I had been charged extra for the Cooper Sharp cheese. It would have been nice to know that before ordering. When my cheesesteak came out, I was honestly shocked. There was barely enough meat to cover half the roll. Since it was a takeout order, I brought it back inside and politely said, "I'm sorry, but this isn't right. There's barely any meat on this sandwich."
