I have been recommended this place by multiple people throughout the years and finally got a chance to give it a try. (Well, I say that but mainly because I go to Gold's Deli everytime I'm in Columbia. So it was time to share the love) They have a pretty large menu of various sandwiches, I wish I had grabbed a picture of them. I asked the cashier if she had to pick one sandwich which one would it be, she gave me a list of about 3 that all sounded amazing. The fourth she suggested was if you're overwhelmed or unsure just get the Italian. I LOVE Italian sandwiches so that is what I ended up with. Everything here is fresh so I waited about 5-10 minutes for my sandwich to get made. I will definitely be trying out some of the more adventurous creations next time but this was so good. This Italian has a freshness to it that I have a hard time describing but their olive oil blend is lovely, the olives, banana peppers and lettuce helped with that fresh taste as well I'm sure. The bread is incredible! It taste house baked, crisp outer crust with a pillowy interior. The house chips were also really good and salted perfectly. The inside is cool, it's a microbrewery and there's subtle like alien themes throughout? Overall can't wait to try it out again, stop by if you're ever down in Columbia!

We found out from a local that this location is an up and coming arts district. Across the street is more seating. The market inside is very small and quaint. The young lady at the counter was very polite and helpful. My husband and I ordered sandwich's; he got the muffuletta (did not get a picture, but he said it was very good), and I got the Country Fire (pictured). I knew as soon as I saw "chicken cutlet" and mozzarella, this sandwich was for me. It was very toasty, cheesy, and flavorful. The bomba gave it an extra kick. They have MANY desserts.
