I've been here several times over the past 6+ years. I've ordered and tried several varieties of their sandwiches. Except for once, every sandwich I've gotten has tasted fresh and has not skimped on the ingredients. I was in yesterday and was served by Jeff and David. They both did a great job. They were fast and friendly. It was easy to make my order, and they were accurate making both of the sandwiches the way that I wanted. The sandwiches had generous and fresh ingredients. As a comparison, I was just at Jersey Mike's a couple of weeks ago. I constantly see rave reviews about Jersey Mike's, but I see really no difference between their sandwich and those made here at the Chino Valley Subway. My only complaint is with the www.subwaylistens.com web link. It said on my receipt to go there to take a survey. I was going to leave this review there. Unfortunately, Subway has decided that they will give my personal info out to anybody that they deem their choice if I take the survey. I'm not going to do that and get swamped with emails and phone calls from all kinds of spamming advertisers. The management practices at this Subway location are extremely concerning. There appears to be a serious issue with selective enforcement of workplace rules, particularly regarding "fraternization," as well as troubling double standards involving sex, gender, and sexual orientation. If this location has a fraternization policy, it should be written, clearly communicated, consistently enforced, and applied equally to every employee. Management should not be policing consensual relationships between employees outside of work while selectively deciding which employees or relationships deserve scrutiny. Even more concerning is the apparent hostility and unequal treatment directed toward heterosexual employees and opposite-sex relationships. If management is accepting of certain relationships or orientations while scrutinizing, discouraging, or disciplining employees for heterosexual relationships, that is an unacceptable double standard. The same applies to sexism. Women should not be held to a different standard than men for participating in the exact same consensual conduct. If two adults are involved in the same situation, selectively blaming, scrutinizing, or disciplining one person while overlooking the other raises serious questions about management's judgment and fairness. A workplace should not operate according to a manager's personal opinions about employees' private lives. Policies should exist for legitimate business reasons--not as tools that can be selectively interpreted depending on who management likes, dislikes, approves of, or chooses to target. Subway and the franchise owner should seriously examine the management culture at this location, including how its fraternization policies are being interpreted and whether workplace rules are actually being enforced equally. Employees--regardless of whether they are male or female, gay or straight--deserve the same rules, the same respect, and the same treatment. Horrible! Better luck driving to PV. One whole sandwich was wrong, none of them were toasted, they were packed when I went back in so I waited a while and called several times after I got back home yet AGAIN! This is not the first time I've had a problem here but it's closest to my house, so my fault for continuing to use this location. I never complain let alone write reviews and it sucks that it has even had to come to this but people don't care about preparing others food a specific way when that's literally the point of the shop. read more

Horrible service from the girl with music note tattoos on her arm- placed an order in the app, didn't get half of what I wanted- extra olives was 2 maybe 3 on a foot long, no banana peppers, rude to my 12yr old who went in to pick it up....I even tipped $5 on the order so they would maybe put some effort into it- wish I hadn't. What a waste of money. Of course no receipt so I don't know her name...nobody answers the phone and I don't feel like driving back at this point. Literally the absolute worst Subway I've ever been to. Placed an online order for pick up. Didn't have the wherewithal to check the accuracy of the order but certainly should have. Ordered 5 sandwiches and a salad. Every single sandwich was wrong. Mine was suppose to be steak and cheese on flatbread with spinach, pickles, onions, salt pepper and avocado. Came with steak, cheese, pickles spinach with some sort of hot sauce. My daughters was turkey bacon, with lettuce. Came with every vegetable and one strip of bacon. The best part is this. My wife ordered a salad. She got a bowl of every deli meat imaginable and no lettuce. This place is an absolute joke. read more

Great service, extremely clean, and food was fresh. The guys behind the counter making the sandwiches were polite and professional.

Very disappointed. Had a coupon for buy one get one free and thought well ill order online for the hubby to pick up our order. First my sandwich may as well of been a lettuce sandwich when I ordered a ham and turkey very minimal on the meat. Secondly he ordered a steak and cheese sandwich and I realize I requested not to be toasted however they should at least warm the steak so it isn't cold as heck that's just gross, third ordered the kids meal and same thing not fulfilling at all and they told my husband that the apple sauce was in the bag well nope all it was was chocolate milk and a crappy sandwich. why everytime i come into this store they are always (and i mean always) out of chocolate chip cookies and most of the time they are out of all cookies and thats at 3:30 in the afternoon. i can maybe see it happening at closing time, but i've come in at noon and there out. this store is the worse, if its not out of cookies it will be something else - bread, meats, etc.... come on folks make us the cookies!!!!!!! read more

This place is undertrained and the staff were completely disrespectful and had an attitude! The lady was named Veronica! I ordered a side salad and got charged for a regular sized salad and when I asked why I got a very bad attitude!!!
