The environment just seems so warm and inviting. We called ahead of time to make sure there was no live music for my hard of hearing grandma and they were very sweet. Their card machine went down while we were there and I spoke with the owner while she was trying to fix it and I could really tell how much love she pours into this shop. She was so apologetic and talked about how stressed she was. She was very helpful and I appreciated how helpful she was especially when my grandma asked about a niche tea.

The service was stellar, the food was outstanding, the portions were generous, and the atmosphere was upbeat and energetic. It is the perfect place to start your morning. We stopped in for breakfast and had amazing pancakes with homemade maple syrup, along with an egg sandwich served on Texas toast and perfectly cooked hash browns. Everything tasted fresh, homemade, and incredibly satisfying. We will be making weekly trips to Cheyenne over the next several weeks, and this will absolutely be our go-to breakfast stop every time we are in town.

The cheapest sub was 599 for a 5 inch. Which is what I got. But I think mine was 699. Staff was semi friendly, but your general teenage kids, but respectful. Place was dead. However, it seemed like they were getting a lot of Uber eats orders and took orders as they do delivery as well. I was really kind of sad. There was only the choice of white or wheat when it came to the bread. Most places have so many more options these days. Just a really simple Italian salad I received without pickles or a lot of the other things that I would've liked on it. The bread was fairly good. But you know daily cooked fresh white bread should be good. Hard to mess that up. Some of the subs got into ridiculous amount of money for the big ones. I'm honestly surprised that Cheyenne Wyoming and Northern Colorado. People pay this much money for sub sandwiches when there's so many competitors doing so many more options for less money.
