They take an underutilized kitchen such as one at a church and put it to good use during off hours. It's such a wonderful idea to not be wasteful with space and I'm sure it keeps the food prices low. Don't expect like a fancy fast casual place that spends way too much money on their space, but they do a perfect job with what they got. When we left, I opened my box of mini's and they were smashed and apparently just thrown in the bag which also makes me wonder if they had an upset employee.
