Here to provide my third five star review in nine years for this Subway location. Since I was in middle school, I have always been greeted by mostly the same employees, they've always been so kind, professional and the store has always been clean. I will always come here to get sandwiches from Maria and the rest of the amazing team. Over the years watching the store transform different decor has been lovely. Sandwiches always made correctly, generously, exactly as requested. The cookies are almost always fresh and warm, the bread here is consistently soft and fluffy. 10/10 no notes I love this subway! read more

Negative -10 stars! Maria makes this place unbareable. She sucks at making sandwiches and her fake nails, fake hair and attitude made this experience the absolute worse! This location is not the buziness. Subway's tag line is "Eat Fresh" and it was the opposite! Came Sunday night before closing. U can tell if a location is fresh by their produce. The lettuce was visibly wilted as well as the spinach. I asked if they had fresh veggies and she said "thats all we have". My friend's foot long was also not fresh and he threw his other half away. There wasnt a verbal notice of how many more minutes till closing and they yelled "WE're CLOSED" at us. Also overcharged us with no receipt given. Would avoid this subway!! read more

Subway at 882 W Hamilton Ave, Campbell, CA 95008 is my favorite place to grab a sandwich. Maria has been at this store for many years and all the the customers know her. Whenever I stop there on the way home, Maria would make our custom sandwiches to perfection. Sandy, another team member, is also an expert sandwich maker and the attitude of the entire staff is very customer focused. So what is the big difference between this and other Subways? Everything is fresh! No wilted greens, soggy onions, mushy olives, or funny tasting sauces. The avocados really stand out as they are always fresh and great tasting. The breads are fresh and the meatball sandwich is hot and delicious. Even the cheese tastes amazing. The other thing I want to point out that most Subways in my area do not take coupons-this store does! A few of the other reviews talked about rude employees making inappropriate remarks. I'm sure there may be some basis for this but in all the years coming here at all hours, I've only experienced kind, caring employees. The restaurant is kept very clean, has a soda fountain, excellent tables and chairs. As Subways go-I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this one. read more

Like most , it's dependably consistent! You get just what you expect at each be in their chain and this one is no exception!Meat is fresh as is the condiments. The produce as well. The portions are smaller than Togo's but that's good because you eat here and don't feel bloated! The cost is cheaper as well so it's ratio comparison is appropriate! I've been going to this location for a while and I truly enjoy the food, I feel like the sandwiches are always made well and the ingredients are always fresh. I've never had a bad experience with the food here. But I wish I could say the same about my experience with the worker last night. I ordered a footlong and she looked at me oddly and asked if she should wrap it together or separately. I was confused by this, as I've never been asked this at Subway before, and realized she was asking if she should wrap the halves separately, to which I told her no, all together was fine. I then let her know I'd be making it a meal and grabbed my chips and drink. I also asked for two cookies, she looked at me oddly again, and said "...hungry?" in a judgmental tone after assessing me and then my food. I was honestly really caught off guard and embarrassed so I said something about sharing it and she said something like "that's better" in return but I couldn't quite hear her as I was trying to get out of there. I literally do not care how much food a person orders or what that person looks like, it is NEVER okay to comment on the amount of food a person is purchasing or eating. It wouldn't matter if I were eating all myself or sharing it, it's not hurting anybody else and is not the worker's business. I'm willing to give this location another try because I truly do like the food quality and cleanliness of the store, but if something like that is said again, I will let a manager know it's not okay and find a new location to go to. If somebody sees this, please tell your employees to have a little more tact and a little less disrespect. read more

One of the better Subway's in the area, they keep the place clean and the staff is very friendly and efficient. Not sure what else to say about it, it's a Subway. The average fast food / national sandwich chain restaurant rates two stars in my book, so this three star rating should be considered a superlative review. read more

This is by far my favorite subway spot. The employees are so freaking nice, the nicest people ever. The owner is spot on as well. They recently replaced their oven, which is now 100% better. The sandwiches are fresh and delicious. Can't complain about subways really, unless they truly do something dumb. Unfortunately this Subway location cross-contaminated my vegetarian selected sub with a friend's meat selected sub. The employee was alternating back and fourth from my sandwich and my friend's. I wasn't aware of this until I was told how the sandwiches were made. Mazen is my hero. With fifteen minutes till close on a Sunday night, I stumbled into Subway a starving woman on the brink of a full-on hangry melt down. Mazen has excellent Customer service. I was ordering a salad, which is harder to prepare compared to sandwiches as he had already thoroughly cleaned the store. I apologized for my choice. He immediately supported my decision and happily prepared it with extreme kindness in his mannerisms. Subway is Subway. Generally, you know what you're going to get if you've been to one. What differentiates this store is the staff. It is not every day a staff member goes out of their way to be polite and provide excellent service. Mazen truly is an asset to the store. This subway is located in a strip mall on a busy road- Hamilton. Not challenging to find parking on a Sunday night. read more

The quality is consistent, the owner and employees clearly care about doing things right, and they're all nice people. The owner really improved on maintaining the food quality and the meats fresh, as well as keeping the sauces nice and tidy. Definitely a huge improvement as compared to a few years ago. It can be served toasted and you can select from a variety of meats and toppings. The Tuna, Chicken Bacon, Meatball and Club are some of the favorites. They have specials of the day or week too. I work nearby and cannot leave my desk for very long. I walk over to this subway a lot. Though I have had quite a few times where this place has been extremely rude to where I WILL not be coming back. First, I have called to place a sandwich order over the phone. The lady on the phone stated while laughing that I will need to do it online. Fine. She hung-up the phone before I could ask another question. Then, I called back and they answered and hung-up right away. I called again, no answer. I went into the store and they were sitting in the back laughing. Second, I came in here another time and one of the employees SON was hanging out behind the counter. Not even in the backroom but where the food is and where they take orders. First time I have ever seen that. EW. Third, I came in here to order just a drink. There was a huge line for sandwiches but was not going to stand in line because all I wanted was a drink. I was never greeted or helped when I made it clear I just wanted to order a drink. I left and came back and the same thing happened with only one person in line. The employee looked at me in the eyes and continued to help the next person, WITHOUT greeting me or asking me to wait or what I needed. This was my second time ordering sandwiches (30 in number) here. The service was awesome. Nishan was very courteous and polite on the phone when taking my order. The food was ready for pick up on time. Each sandwich was neatly packed and placed in an individual bag with napkins inside. Nishan even brought the heavy box outside to the car for me. I being customer from this subway a few years now, today 09-14-17 for some reason the cash register was down and they was unable to take credit cards payments, the owner told the employees if a regular client comes by and don't have cash with them make the order and they pay next time, they told me is ok I can pay next time but I need to be honest I have cash on my car so I don't want to take advantage of the situation, but what counts they make me feel like a valued customer and I really apreciated that ... so that's what a real business need to build customers for life ... read more

Even though millions of dollars were spent on Subway's December Special ad campaign, you would hardly know at this location. Not a piece of signage posted anywhere. Yes, you can still get a $2 6" meatball or cold cut sandwich, but not before your sub maker looks at you puzzled like she's never heard of such a promotion, thus making you feel like a cheap dumb-ass for even asking about it.
