Honestly, I should have walked out when I saw the condition of the veggie toppings. They looked a few days old and not fresh. They put very little meat/toppings on the sandwich I was very disappointed because this was my cheat meal of the week (cuttting out carbs right now). I will not return to this location again. My family and I stopped to get lunch at this store on Sunday. My wife asked for some more sauce on the meatball, extra pickles and black olives on another sub, and a bit more tuna on another. This store was not accommodating on any requests. 4 pickles, and that was it. a very small smear of tuna, and that was it. The subs were so void of veggies and protein that all I could taste was the bread. I have loved stopping at Subway locations in the past because they have not been shy about adding the veggies. Horrible customer service. I came in with my son, who had never been to a Subway before, so I knew I needed to assist him with picking something out. Two people were working, the guy was making a sub for another customer, and there was a woman sitting in a chair behind the counter with her feet up. Yes, you read that right. When she saw me she sighed and heaved herself up to take our order. I saw a sign that said any sub for $6, but i couldn't read the fine print underneath, because the sign was across the restaurant, so I asked her if that included every sub (because they often have subs excluded when they have deals like that). That prompted the man who was working to come up to the woman and laugh and start speaking in another language that she should tell me no. Only he didn't know that I could understand him. The woman then sighed and rolled her eyes through my whole order, so I asked her if I was bothering her, because she was sure acting like it, and I would gladly leave if I were. She said, no, and that some "some customer order real slow. Some slow." Um, lady, there was no one behind me, and I was trying to decide what I wanted on my sub and also help my son (who is 10) decide what he wanted. If you hate your job so much get another. This is the closest Subway to my house. I have heard that Subway has questionable meat practices. Regardless I normally order the foot long sweet onion chicken teriyaki on honey oat. I add bacon and get it toasted with wither pepper jack or provolone. I add spinach, extra lettuce, cucumber, onion, and herbs, along with sweet onion sauce. I get baked Lays or sun chips and then I make an Arnold Palmer type fountain drink with a bit of Sprite. If I don't want chicken I will substitute with turkey. This location does not have much seating and it is not in a busy area, so I could see why other reviewers might say that service is not always 100%. read more

It's SubWay, it's a chain, not much different here than anywhere else. The employees are a little standoffish, not the friendliest lot. That can be a bit off-putting perhaps. Also, they frequently take time from your own order to address a friend or colleague that happens to come in. Not that they'll make them a sandwich in the middle of yours, but their attention is easily swayed. Meh, food is consistent, though, same SubWay quality you expect from place to place. Today was my last visit at this location.I have visited this location several times and I have never been satisfied. They go light with all the veggies, and I'm not convinced that they really double the meat when requested. Today's experience was much the same, only it gets worse. I usually pay with my debit card, but today I paid with cash. My total was $21.77. I gave the man $22.00. He took my money, told me thank you, shut the cash drawer, then started ringing up the next customer. I am standing there, with my wallet in my hand, waiting for my change and he just moved on to the next customer. I was shocked! I wasn't going to make a fuss over $.23 but the fact that he just assumed he didn't have to give me my change is bad customer service! This Subway is closest to my house and closest to my childrens' schools. I have patronized them many times, but today is the last time. The customer service is consistently horrible. The lady who served me had the worst attitude. She didn't want to come out of the back room to serve me and when she came out, she started talking to the man in the back room and instead of saying "one minute ma'am"... she said "wait a minute!" While raising her voice to me. The last time I was there, the man that served me attempted to serve the lady behind me before serving me. Then went on to speak loudly about how he would have liked to help her out and serve her first. The customer had to redirect him to the fact that I was in line before her. Every time I go here the quality gets worse and worse. Last time I went they forgot to put cheese on half my sub (2 little triangles is nothing on a footlong!) and my boyfriend's sub had only 2 pieces of ham and 2 pieces of cheese (again, on a footlong!). When he asked for more the lady who was making sandwhiches said we would have to pay extra, even though we were only asking for the normal amount of meat. They use a measuring cup to portion out the meat but they dont fill it up and will take out pieces of meat lol... half of my sub had no meat. Ordered a tuna sub today. It was way substandard. They didn't so much scoop the tuna as lightly skim it (to avoid filling the scoop). Thin smear of tuna, high mayonnaise concentration. The tomato? Five half slices shaped like half moons. Similarly skimpy on everything else except the lettuce (no more or less than anywhere else). In the bag, it (unsurprisingly) was very light, about half the weight it should have been. You've been warned. If I brought a video camera, would they dare make it the same way? I love Subway. I eat it almost everyday, but this Subway is BY FAR THE WORST Subway I have ever been to. Not only are they slow, they somehow get your sandwich wrong. Stopped in here on a Friday around 5:45 pm. There was one women working behind the counter with no other customers in the restaurant. Daughter ordered 6" chicken teriyaki and I told the women to just make it a 12" I would have what daughter was having. Daughter paid and we sat down to eat. Because I was paying for my half of the meal I checked the receipt for what I owed my daughter. Upon checking I noticed she had been charged for 2 six inch subs @$4.75 each vs 1 twelve inch @$ 7.95. In pointing this out to the women she gave me the "I'm a foreigner and don't understand what you're saying" look. So I tried explaining it again. She then told me "well that's what your daughter said". I told her I made it perfectly clear that we were having the same thing to make it a 12" (and that's how she made it) at which point she walked away from me. (Still no one else in the place) If a manager had been available I would have asked to speak to one but there was none. Only got one star because i couldn't figure out how to remove it from the rating. I strongly feel that one should support their local businesses but won't be supporting or recommending this one.
