We were passing by and decided to try the Foot Long Churro and Foot Long Pretzel. While the Churro looks good, because they had to microwave it to make it warm, eating it in the car a few minutes later was a huge disappointment I'm afraid. I'll explain. The first 3 or 4 bites were very dense and hard to chew, with a texture bordering on a day old breadstick with cinnamon and sugar. The next 2 bites were surprisingly delicious and exactly how I imagine a Churro should taste with a crisp outside and warm inside that's soft and with some airy texture to it. But then the remaining bites/last third had the whole bottom extremely hard, which was incredibly difficult to chew. The inconsistency I'm sure boils down to the simple fact of it being microwaved before serving. I would avoid this Churro. I didn't get a picture of the pretzel but mom and I split it and that was actually pretty darn fantastic and delicious. It was pipping hot and had a soft and enjoyable texture when biting into it. It even came with small cup of honey mustard for dipping. Very oily though! But yea, I would recommend that pretzel as it turned out pretty good. I have to believe if I were to get a sub here my rating wouldn't be so low but man, I just can't get the disappointment out of my memory trying to eat the Churro. Going from excitement to disappointment when you're treating yourself is a huge blow. This Churro idea isn't good in my opinion. Definitely more of a gimmick. If possible negative stars would be given! Ordered sandwiches online, picked them up and we got home the bread wasn't baked on the bottom still doughy! Could literally pinch the dough and roll it into a ball! Called and was told I have to bring it back for a refund or a new sandwich after my dinner was already ruined and wasted 30 minutes of my time, kept being told " bread is baked fresh" apparently who ever "baked" this bread doesn't know how to, after about 2 minutes was hung up on! That really ticked me off, you bet I went in. Rude rude rude absolutely no customer service went in she was eating behind the counter and tried to tell me she was " working with the manager" as she chewed and kept interrupting me. Took 10 minutes to get the refund I was told I had to come in for! Will never return will drive to Bonney lake or Enumclaw. Warning do not go here!! read more

Just sloppy you say little lettuce I get a salad on my foot long and if it's 2x the cheese why do they put less than usual

Subway is usually a safe and consistent option when traveling through smell towns. This particular subway had super friendly workers but missing several Ingredients typically found in other Subways! I was offered a spoon for my salad as they had no forks in stock!!! read more

Very disappointed :( I come here with my son as he loves subway. He's 3.5 years old. We have our lunch date weekly. I won't be coming back to this location. I sent pictures to my husband about their fountain machine. He said don't drink anything from it. It's algae that grows and they obviously don't clean their machine. I showed the manager she said oh they must not have gotten clean last night. My husband said she's lying that doesn't happen over night! By the way my husband works on machines like this daily. We always get the lemonade or tea. The cherry coke was dripping with slimy goo. Then I looked under the machine and a black film was covering the undercover. . Sorry to write a bad review as we always liked this location. I'm hoping they see this review and can have a staff meeting on proper cleaning. read more

I go to this subway a lot and normally have a pretty good experience, but today was a whole new story. I usually have the same blonde girl helping me out but when I came in this afternoon there was a different girl. She was rude, treated me like I was stupid, couldn't help me make a sub that was a standard one and on top of all that made two very sloppy sandwiches. Now I work as a barista, so I'm really understanding of other people who work in the food service industry- it can be hard and overwhelming! But really, there's no excuse to talk down to a customer. Will NEVER go to this Subway again! They have no Yelp reviews but have been here since the 90's, weird. Well let me be the first... I went there with my family today and received horrible service from an obviously irritated young lady. When I asked her to speak up because I couldn't hear her she quite simply pushed my sandwich aside and went on to help the next person in line. The whole time I was there she kept wiping her nose with her sleeve. It wasn't contaminating the food but was gross to watch while she made sandwiches. When I asked about her I was informed she was the niece of the owners so I doubt a complaint would have made a difference. Thank goodness for Yelp!! read more

I do not recommend eating here. It's a poor experience every time. I found a rock in my daughter's meatball sandwich on one occasion and then had to put up with an extremely rude staff member. It was at approx 5pm on December 16th, 2019. The gal working the counter apologized for being alone. All of us in line were understanding and waited. Once it came my turn, I was unable to order the sand which I wanted because the heater that heated the meat was broken. She offered to heat the meatballs back up in the microwave. Not knowing how the meatballs have been heated all day I declined and ordered something different. She started making the people's sandwich's behind me their sandwich's which again I understood. All the way up until I asked if she could please cash me out since my sandwich's were made and I was in a lot of pain. I asked twice and explained I was in pain. She literally through the items in her hand and took off her gloves all dramatically like she was being inconvenienced. I said again I was sorry but I was in pain. She wouldn't give me her name. Went there twice in two weeks. I can honestly say it's one of the best Subways I've been to in a while. Bread was fresh. Veggies crisp and fresh. Place was super clean. Mason waited on us and he is young but VERY professional. I will be back! read more
