But the app makes it sooo easy! Customize your orders to your exact needs. Terrible service, my son tried to order through the drive-through and the cashier kept him waiting for 15 minutes and made spitting noises over the mic, trying to get him to leave. Wait times are usually over 20 minutes and you have to ask for sauce and they are super rude when you do ask. I like the Taco Times in other locations but the Enumclaw one is not one I would recommend. Stay far away. read more

I have been here multiple times and almost everytime something from my order is missing. It is very frustrating to have to check my bag everytime and go up to the counter to get the rest of my order. My brother just picked up food from here for us and they forgot one of our meals completely! Even after the employee checked the bag and told him everything was there! Stopped here in our way back from Mt Rainier thinking it would be a better, fresher choice than the other fast food places around it. I ordered the natural soft taco with chicken and after 3 bites, threw it in the trash. I wish I'd taken a photo of the open tortilla. It was a slime pit. Between the refried beans and the HUGE amount of ranch dressing, it was like someone poured liquid into a rolled up flour tortilla. I couldn't eat around any of it because the lettuce was swimming in it and there was barely any chicken. There were two small half-slices of tomato stuck to the side of the tortilla (who puts tomato slices in a taco?) It actually made me feel sick because it was so liquidy. My husband had a fish taco that he's had at other Taco Times and enjoyed. This one reminded him of a fish stick stuck in a tortilla. Went in to this Taco Time and ordered two soft bean burritos with extra cheese and on one, was supposed to be heavy sauce. Started eating them and neither had any sauce on them. (Very dry) Took them back and talked to a young girl and explained the situation and she argued with me stating she saw the other girl put sauce on them. I showed her the inside of the burritos and that they were dry. She continued to argue with me instead of offering to make new ones so I left unsatisfied with the burritos. Very unusual that this location had any issues. This has always been my favorite Taco Time, but the way they treated me, basically calling me a liar, I will not return to this location. read more

Really not impressed the last couple of visits. First time my soft taco had what seemed to be a stale tortilla that was dry, cracked, and falling apart and hardly anything inside... it was pretty much the same size as the kids burrito that I ordered. The second time same kind of story, skinny skimpy little soft taco with tomato heels inside. YUCK! Maybe it's gone downhill. I drove through with my kid, got the veggie burrito and a chicken soft taco combo. The woman at the drive thru got angry at me for asking for mild sauce--hey, the woman at the TT in Covington just gave me sauce without a lecture. "We only have ONE kind of sauce." It's just sauce, no big deal. I don't care that it's fresh or TT's special sauce, it's just something to make the food wet. Sheesh. Get a grip. I sat in the car with my kid for another five minutes. Guess they had to "make" the sauce or something. Or maybe spit in my food, I don't know. But when I got it home my kid's burrito looked like vomit and was all over the place and my tots were cold. Now. The service is horrible through the drive thru! Prepare to wait at lest 10 minutes when 4 cars are in line. The beans are not what the used to be. Sorry taco time. This is my home taco time, my first time was here. I've had many a tacos, burritos, mexi fries and good times here. I'm usually a drive thru person at this taco time but the remodel is nice, more space for making yummy food. I went today and I'll be back again, as I have many many times previously. Excellent experience and overall the best of the best. I'm partial to the chicken crisp burrito but it's not very healthy. I also enjoy a traditional chicken tostada salad. My little loves their kids bean burrito but so far hasn't taken to the quesadilla for some reason. read more

No matter what city you are in, Taco Time is a great idea! Taco Time is one of my favorite places to eat when I'm down in Enumclaw. Quick and easy, this place really makes my day. However, my mother wasn't pleased the other day when she ordered for the family and sure enough they messed up the order. On the bright side, they gave us an extra soft taco! Score! Yet another casualty of the Taco Time downfall. Enumclaw Taco Time was a place I'd frequented off and on over the years. But began Taco Time's desperation phase and prices kept climbing while the lobby remained filthy and the food quality stagnated. The prices are ridiculous. My father and 2 siblings and I would come eat dinner here and somehow ordering a couple value meals and a Kid's Meal and a mexi fry would somehow come out to approx. $29.00....all 4 of us eat at the most excellent sit down Mexican diner, Ranchitos across the street, for about $4 less. A full service Mexican restaurant with 10 fold better food and service somehow comes out cheaper than Taco Time. It's like a Zen riddle you'll spend your whole life trying to figure out and on your death bed it'll somehow make sense...oh wait, I think I figured it out already. It's due to the fact that Taco Time charges $0.39 for a water. They actually CHARGE you for water. If spending $27 isn't enough, they'll look you in the eyes and charge $0.39 for a water cup....times 4. read more

By far the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes for one meal and when I got home with my food there was a dead bee in my taco and management didn't really say much when I called. I tried giving them on more chance and I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes didn't even get to order and I had to ask two cars to let me back out I didn't want to sit there for 20+ minutes again. Bad, Bad service! Beware if you go through the drive-thru as they have messed up my order more times than not. They either give you the wrong thing or leave something off the order. i pulled into the drive through and immediately after ordering my car died, i popped my hood to assess the situation and it was obvious that one of the employees had cut my battery cables, because carefully placed on my engine was the word diarrhea written misspelled on a taco time napkin. i walked up to the window to grab my food from the employee and it was no other than hitler himself. he pulled me through the window and forced me to work for 32 cents an hour, and scheduled me 90 hours a week. i gave my first customer their food and said "have a good day" and hitler briefed me that it was taco time policy to ALWAYS screw up a customers order and be sure to tell them to fuck off and die. i stressed to hitler that i thought that was not a representation of good customer service. this was when he struck me and locked me in the walk in freezer.
