    Combination Fajitas
    Shannon T.

Rather empty at lunchtime on a Sunday. We were quickly seated and orders arrived promptly. My husband and I split the combination fajitas. I wished they served more tortillas, but the meat was tender. The onions were slightly overcooked. Waitstaff rarely came to ask if we wanted anything. We had to flag her down to get extra chips despite the place being empty

They are under new ownership! New owners have really taken it to a new level! Cozy and clean restaurant and bar! The staff was fantastic especially the bartender Sebastian! The food was out of this world! Wait.... Out of this country lol most authentic Mexican food I've had outside Mexico! The prices are very reasonable, portions are extra large and flavors are fantastic! I highly recommend the Molcajete!!! It's seriously wonderful! So much food!

I recently departed an other local restaurant due to extremely slow service. Upon entering here I was seated promptly. I was offer a drink which was made from scratch an delivered in record time!! This place is family friendly, the service is extremely Fast! The price's reflect the current economic market.

I was quite surprised at their food. I wasn't expecting what I ordered which was the carne asada. It was really, REALLY good. The steak was tender and flavorful. Perfect plating. The service was good and was very friendly. It doesn't look like much on the outside or the inside, but they'll deceive you with their food. My new to-go mexican restaurant.

    Delicious

Best Mexican food I've found in WA since moving from FL. Didn't expect to find it in Enumclaw. Shame it's so far from where I stay in WA!

Stopped by to get some food with my buddy. We were seated for about 15 minutes before anybody even approached us or brought us water which was odd because the guy that came in solo after us, got his order taken and his food in front of him by the time we left after a total of waiting about 25 minutes. The gal dropping off the chips and water scurried back into their service station after taking so long, and didn't take the time to ask us for beverages so that's when I drew the line and we got up and left because I wasn't there to burn up my afternoon on waiting. We were about the 5th table there so there was no excuse to be ignored for that long , this place sucks since Alvaro left, I promise you he wouldn't have wasted my time like that. After all this went down, we hit up Ranchito at the hotel to spend our money and time where it's respected and appreciated.

Pita Burrito, Carne Asada ($16.27) - Huge burrito incoming, probably over 2 lb. I would say similar to Mission-sized, but the interior ingredients are not quite up to standard. Still, very impressive for the region. There's a large tortilla, warm and pliable, absolutely filled with tons of stuff. Firstly, a very good portion of beef, not seasoned much other than salt, but giving a great beefy flavor. The beef chunks are crisped up on the flat top perfectly, giving plenty of texture. This does dry out the meat, so there's a tradeoff, but that's what the cheese, guac and sour cream are for. Enough moisture is included so that, while not nearly as messy to eat as a typical Mission burrito, it's enough for each bite. There's a well balanced portion of rice and beans as well. The construction is pretty good so the burrito can be eaten in the hand without issues. (5/5) Is this the best burrito in the world, as some people seem to think? No way, but I think it's very solid for being in Washington and is one of the best I've had since moving to the state. Note: Pita's charges a little extra for credit card usage. I'm not sure how much percentage (it was 27 cents for us), and I don't recall them having a sign up stating they charge for credit cards.
