Guacamole Sauce! Says mild but it is hot!

On Taco Tuesday you will find me in the isles of Tres Reinas! Their tacos asada are to die for! This is also a traditional Mexican market much like you see in Mexico. Pro Tips: Theres a small fridge in the back near the kitchen with fresh made salsas in varying spice levels. The green guacamole sauce is ridiculously good. They make it daily on-site! Also, the Oaxaca cheese is outstanding and difficult to find elsewhere!

Best taco Tuesday and everyday in Enumclaw! First responder-friendly and serves authentic and delicious good old street taco dishes! I order my usual always every Tuesday that I work which is 4 tacos, 2 el pastor and 2 carne asada! I love my stuff spicy so they always hook me up either extra jalapeños and grilled onions in addition to behind the kitchen family-only hot chili paste. I see the same guy and gals each time and I how polite and sweet they all are! Definitely a gem of a spot out in Enumclaw!

    Carnes asada tacos

I am from Southern California where Mexican food is unbeatable aside from Mexico itself. I just recently moved to WA and have been looking for something that even comes CLOSE to the carne asada tacos in SoCal. And let me tell you this place just did that for me VERY AUTHENTIC AND VERY DELICIOUS TACOS!! The service was fast and nice, they accommodated me and also knew these tacos would satisfy my craving. The place had a very authentic vibe and feel to it with the kitchen in the back. Thank you!

The front of the store. You would never know that there is a kitchen in the back.

Pita Burrito, Carne Asada ($16.27) - Huge burrito incoming, probably over 2 lb. I would say similar to Mission-sized, but the interior ingredients are not quite up to standard. Still, very impressive for the region. There's a large tortilla, warm and pliable, absolutely filled with tons of stuff. Firstly, a very good portion of beef, not seasoned much other than salt, but giving a great beefy flavor. The beef chunks are crisped up on the flat top perfectly, giving plenty of texture. This does dry out the meat, so there's a tradeoff, but that's what the cheese, guac and sour cream are for. Enough moisture is included so that, while not nearly as messy to eat as a typical Mission burrito, it's enough for each bite. There's a well balanced portion of rice and beans as well. The construction is pretty good so the burrito can be eaten in the hand without issues. (5/5) Is this the best burrito in the world, as some people seem to think? No way, but I think it's very solid for being in Washington and is one of the best I've had since moving to the state. Note: Pita's charges a little extra for credit card usage. I'm not sure how much percentage (it was 27 cents for us), and I don't recall them having a sign up stating they charge for credit cards.

The shop itself was pretty tiny with only a few outside spots that were covered with grass, next to a gas station. We ordered some tacos and Carne Asada fries, and surprised that the price was pretty high. They all came out to $55 dollars. I think they should update their brochures and pamphlets with the recent price changes because it seemed like all the prices went up. When we got the food, the food itself tasted pretty good. I especially liked the Carne Asada fries with the potatoes and the seasoning, with the two sauces, red and green that they give us for extra flavor. Service was attentive, they were all really sweet and nice. People came back-and-forth just to pick up the food, it seems like a local hotspot. If visiting Enumclaw again would probably visit again.
