I'm disappointed that my favorite soft serve hot fudge sundae has not only gone up in price but it shrank! The cup isn't filled and one of the 2 we ordered was smaller than the other. Also way less hot fudge. Really. And please don't blame it on Trump because ya'll are just taking advantage of your customers. I've tried to pick up an order (dd) twice now. Both times (once in the evening, once in the morning) the people working are extremely rude and "don't have any idea" how long orders will take to come out. One lady, who said she was the mgr told me they couldn't start the order until I was in the store (and at that point the order goes to the back of the line.. today that was behind a SCREEN FULL of orders they needed to finish first). I've also considered ordering food for myself, but found that their prices are substantially higher then both Enumclaw and Bonney lake locations. The entrance and exit is extremely inconvenient. The guests waiting for their order (while I waited SEVERAL MINUTES) to be greeted (and wasn't actually greeted, had to waive someone down both times after waiting) seemed like they had been there quite a while as well. Nobody looked happy. Not even the workers. I won't be back to pick up or place an order any time soon. read more

We swung into the drive through for breakfast on our way out on a busy Saturday morning. The line was crazy long & not moving very fast. We decided to just be patient & wait for our turn to order. Once we got to order we understood why. The drive through is setup with 2 order areas but for some reason....on an obviously busy Saturday morning... they have made the decision to use just one. Other than that honestly our experience was average. The customer service was fine & everybody we encountered seem to be in a decent mood. The order was correct & we actually got everything that we ordered....which is all we can ask for. The quality of food was ok. My sandwich was fine, the hash browns were a little greasy. My wife's burritos were over cooked & hard to eat. Again our expectations weren't high & this was just a quick stop to grab some last minute breakfast on the way out. read more

Ok I do realize it's McDonald's so it's not like it's going to have awesome reviews. The three stars are hands-down because of the employees they are very kind and helpful cheerful people. HOWEVER... I asked if they will take an American Express card and they said "yes" but then I clarified that it's a prepaid American Express card and I was told that I could not use it because McDonald's will only accept McDonald's gift cards. I said "so you would take American Express cards but you won't take my card because it's prepaid?" The girl at the first window said yeah I don't know why we just don't accept gift cards unless it's a McDonald's gift card. Completely irritated me. Service is always amazing here. This is my favorite McDonalds. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I took away a star only because I did have quite an unpleasant experience a day or so ago. The last few times I've been here an ordered a hot chocolate they have forgotten to actually put the chocolate in it. So when I got my hot chocolate this time I asked if they were certain they put chocolate in it. Mind you, I asked politely. The girl that handed me my drink sarcastically said to me with quite an attitude "yeah, it's hot CHOCOLATE". I apologized and explained to her why I asked and she basically said the same thing. It was very shocking since everyone is always so friendly. Since I love this McDonalds so much it didn't bother me too much it was just alarming and unexpected. Maybe she was having a bad day so I'm not one to judge someone acting like that. But yeah, I recommend this McDonalds to anyone and everyone over all the other McDonalds! This was perhaps the best McDonalds I have been to. I don't know if it was the locals or people that were there that made it great, but it was a great experience. Seriously, we got there and the people there just began to say hello and started a conversation with us - the customers there. Once we ordered, the staff took our food to where we were sitting, the manager it seemed like was very nice to do that. What can I say it was just a great time. The only reason I gave it one star is because I could not give it a negative star. The last 3 times we have been to the location have been literal failures. We did the pre-order thing from the app. I still had to go through the drive thru and THEN I had to wait at the last window. What is the point in pre-ordering if it is not ready? Then the next time the whole meal was a mess. Cold fries after being asked to have them fresh, nuggets were chewy and burger not as it should be. This last time was the best. I ordered my big mac with no pickles. The special order slip was on the carton, but there were pickles on the burger. The nuggets were so greasy that the excess grease had to be blotted off before being eaten. I completed the survey and have never gotten a response from the company or the store over this. My husband complained about a trip in and got an almost immediate response. Makes me wonder. This location has gone downhill since the latest remodel. I went threw the drive thru 2 nights ago and they shorted my order. I got most of the order but of course the part they missed was my daughters and she will only eat filet fish. So anyway after I drive home and realize my daughters dinner is missing and she starts crying I get back in my rig and have got to drive all the way back to McDonalds and had to go inside (After using drive thru) tell them what happened and that they shorted me on my order the kid didn't much care but he says so you didn't get the filet sandwich. To which I replied correct so he says he will get me a filet to finish up the order. No big deal so as the ski ers have flooded the place I stood inside waiting honest to god when I say 20 min. I'm giving them time I can promise you it was every bit of twenty and most likely longer for a sandwich they were supposed to hand me out the window, I have now in my hands so I go back to my rig get inside and turn around and drive all the way back home to my child with her fish sandwich the rest of the food was cold and for the most part was ruined there is something about microwaved nuggets that just is not right, maybe its just me but the breading gets all watery and gross. So I throw my dinner away. when I went back to get the rest of my order no one said hey sorry about that, nobody offered me even a soda, piece of pie or even a cookie for the gas time and screaming child I was now getting to deal with. So as I stood there waiting for the rest of my order, they didn't for a lack of better words put the fish sandwich in the priority line it went in as if I had just walked in an ordered a fish sandwich so I patiently wait and wait. So now I've waited threw the drive thru for my order, then had to return and wait for the food I had already waited for, on the inside. Well after I got home and my food was no longer any good I started to think about the whole picture and it kinda irritated me I thought I would take my receipt back with me and explain the situation and they might offer to make the order again but instead when I returned tonight on the 18th instead of getting an apology or replace the order SAM the female manager called me a LIAR and tried to tell me that I was in there yesterday. I had receipt in hand and told her no it wasn't yesterday it was the day before, while this is going on the kid that didn't give a F(*&^$#@ when I went in that night to get the rest of my order was standing there looking at me. He remembered me from coming back that night of the 16th and maybe was telling SAM (that the McNugget heist of all time was going on and thank god he was there to save the day!) that they had already made the order or replaced the order or if she just decided to start calling me a LIAR and THIEF all on her own. Which after two round trips and a minimum of 45 min of waiting in I did finally receive my whole order. But it seemed a tad bit ridiculous the hoops I had to go threw to get it and thought they might be interested in good customer relations actually give me the whole order, all at once and even warm was out of the question! I've lived here and been eating at that McDonalds since they built it the first time and actually have a somewhat relationship with a couple 3 other managers because I am in there so often was shocked that manager SAM would be so RUDE and treat me like a thief and call me a liar over this!! So like I said until SAM I have always had decent service and over the years when they make a mistake which happens sometimes, and is not that big of a deal usually, will do what they can to make it right and keep the customer happy! So I'm gonna wait for Ryan's shift He is a great friendly manager who is always friendly smiling and happy to help and see what he thinks about this kind of treatment to decide rather or not to do business with Enumclaw McDonalds at all. I just left this McDonald's in favor of going next door to Taco Time instead. First I attempted to get into the drive-through lines, but there were at least 15 cars and each line stretched out to the street. So I backed up, parked, and went inside. Utter teenage chaos. They have one person taking orders, but you're supposed to place your order on a screen before you get up to the counter. People were struggling with that. 10 people in line, 5 walked out. I also saw numerous cars backing up and getting out of the drive-thru line as well. It also looks like they are attempting to provide table service, like they do at McDonalds in Europe. Being that this McDonalds is run by teenagers, I don't see that working out well. I watched one teenager with a tray one hand searching for the table it was supposed to go to while wiping their nose with their other, barehanded. Never again. Besides, who wants to pay $10 for a Big Mac meal? I'd rather pay $2 extra and go to an actual restaurant with real meat etcetera. read more
