Super disappointed! My husband just went through the drive thru for dinner. Ordered 2 meals and 2 plain cheeseburgers for our toddler. They screwed up our drinks. Ordered 2 coke zeros and received a root beer and some sort of what tasted like a mixture of the both of them. Husband ordered bacon ultimate cheeseburger and had only barely some ketchup and that was it. It's becoming increasingly hard to justify higher pay for fast food workers... Doors locked even though open sign was on. We were traveling and hungry and needed bathroom breaks. Super disappointing.

Signs say the close at 10. They have had the drive thru blocked and the doors locked since 930. This is a constant thing. Multiple times were gone and they close down way before stated. Iv never had this happen to me before..... Drive up to the drive through, find a busted up chair in the middle of the drive through entrance, I get out of my car move the chair, (there was nothing official about this chair, just looked like a disgruntled teen causing mischief). Sit at the menu for 5 minutes, I don't receive a greeting so I call for them. 2 minutes go by and a young staff member walks around the coring in the drive through to tell me that they are TRYING TO TAKE A BREAK, SO THEY AREN'T OPEN............. Disgusting the fries were hard & cold, got a loaded bacon cheddar & there was no bacon on it but there was a piece of hair in it asked for no tomato not no bacon because might of gotten the bacon as there was tomato on it but no even a bacon bit on the loaded bacon cheddar. There were maybe 3-4 cars in front of me upon arrival, took almost 40 mins to where I got my food and on my way. I asked for an extra patty on my burger, no pickles on the chicken sandwich and 4 piece jalapeño poppers. The forgot the extra patty, put pickles on the other sandwich and I only got 3 poppers. Ordered Sourdough Jack Meal tonight, June 27th, 2023. about 13:30 pm.Went through the Drive Through. After getting home, I bit into the Sourdough Jack and lo-abd-behold; No Slice of Tomatoes. I order Sourdough Jack because of the Tomatoes, it works great with all the other ingredients. It was not the same . . . I just returned from a trip overseas and was not going back to Jack in the Box for just a Slice of tomato. I despise incompetence. They make these hamburgers all day and night. What can I say....it's fast food. The customer service is average. There have been a few times where we have stood at the front counter unnoticed for a bit. I get it if they were busy but usually there is someone dedicated to the front counter. They may ask you if you need anything else but then when you ask for it they look at you in amazement. The food gets to you at a decent time. I don't think there has been a time where we haven't gotten all of our food or the order wasnt correct. There have been a few items ordered that have been soaked in grease from the fryer. Overall a decent place to stop & grab a quick bite when in a hurry or after a long day. I do give them credit as it always seems to be clean inside & the drive through does move rather quickly. It's not a must stop but somewhere I wouldn't avoid either. read more

I don't expect much from fast food restaurants but I do expect them to be open during their posted business hours. My family had just finished a day trip at Mount Rainier and were hoping to get a bite to eat on our way home to Snohomish. We arrived at Jack in the Box around 9:45 and were told that although it says they're dining room was open until 10, we would have to take our food to go. Since we had a long drive ahead of us, we didn't want to have to eat on the road and just wanted to sit down and eat our food. The Jack in the Box is open 24 hours for drive thru so the fact that they couldn't keep the dining room open long enough for us to eat was a bit ridiculous. The service here is terrible.las night 7/23/23 my family and I came to buy food inside the restaurant when I arrived there were only two people working and one of the young men was smoking marijuana and the young lady who was there all stressed out because all the pressure she was under was rude. we waited for about 30 minutes and I asked the young lady ho much longer I needed to wait and she told that she didn't know ,that she had to work on seven more orders and that the people outside had already been waiting for about 40 minutes too. so when she told me that I asked her to cancel my order and I stood there waiting for someone to come and cancel my order ,Suddenly the girl comes up and starts arguing with this other boy who just had started his shift blaming each other for the situation and saying that one of the guys was outside smoking marijuana , the young lady just left and left a caos inside with all the order. that was a total disaster, customer should not have to go through that to get their food ready. At the end no body cancel my order and I ended up waiting there for another 20 minutes and i got my order wrong. While I was waiting, I saw customers coming complaining about getting their orders wrong to begin with, who leaves two young men in charge of a restaura full of people, according to the girl, there were only two people working read more

Waited in drive thru line for 25 minutes was told they would be right with us to take our order so we waited and had a conversation in the car while we waited next thing we hear is the night Manger telling us to "SHUT THE F**K UP!" we asked if she was joking or being serious and she said "I'm serious, shut the f**k up and get out of my line I won't be serving you!"
