This is the Worst Subway shop I've gotten sandwiches from in 45 years from locations in California to Maryland and everywhere in between. More bread than meat and veggies. Three pickle slices, three small julienned green peppers, a few slices of spinach and three thin as hell tomato slices. The lettuce is standard crap iceberg that Subway loves to sell. The ONLY thing they don't skimp on is the dressing which leaves the sandwich soggy. Will not patronize this store in the future. The franchise should be taken from its franchisee. read more

Order online 3 subs 2 meatball and one steak & cheese outlaw due to it had more meat... SO I THOUGHT! Picked them up and headed home. Opened them up the meatballs and they seemed like a normal subway sandwich. Opened the Outlaw Pro Cheese steak as you can see in the picture just bits of beef. I had my daughter go back in and how them the sandwich with no meat and the receipt. The lady rolled her eyes and the man apologized and just threw some meat on it heated it back up and rewrapped it. Straight garbage. Buddy works pest control and is in there constantly. He tells me never to go and I tell him to stop ruining it for me. Wellllll... Walked in with a coupon still good for 3 subs for $17. AFTER making it all, they tell me no coupons per the owner. Pointed to the SUBWAY logo and said it's still good. We just stared at each other a bit. They still said no so I walked out. $24 order of wasted food. read more

Doesn't accept official Subway coupons, according to employee. I assume this is the franchise owner's greedy decision. App correctly loaded with a $10 coupon, employee and/or equipment totally failed at getting it to work, therefore we couldn't use it. Nowhere close to the highway; don't be fooled by the signs. So I went in today to get 2 sandwiches. The first an Italian BMT. Heated the hell out of it. Never asked if I wanted it toasted. Asked for the turkey Italian melted wrap. Kept taking out bread as I continued to say it is s wrap. Gave me no choice of wrap. Said tomato.... said fine. It was progress. My Italian BMT got cooked long after the buzzer. Never again will I return here. Firstly, I inconvenienced the employee by saying I wanted my salad chopped and secondly I paid $6 for a salad (only vegetables) that barely filled the container. I've been coming to this Subway for a couple years. Their food is generally decent. This time I ordered using the Subway App. Great concept: order in advance, pick it up. Except they didn't make my order until we got to the store. Even that would be excusable, but when I got home my sandwich was missing 2 of the ingredients I ordered. Wish I could give 0 stars. This subway is absolutely terrible and should be shut down immediately. I came at 8:30pm on a Saturday night, when they close at 9:30. Employee was inside just sitting there while the door was locked. He didn't even glance my way. Clearly wants the hours but doesn't want to actually put in the work. If a business says closes at 9:30 DON'T lock the door until it's 9:30-ESPECIALLY if it's an hour early. Completely horrible way to run a business and looks bad on the Subway chain. This is in fact the worst Subway I've ever been to. Usually it's because they're out of something or what they do have is not fresh. But my last visit was the reason I'll never go back. The "sandwich artist" that day was also the town drunk according to the local lady behind me. Usually I feel for people like that and at first I thought he was just special needs due to the way he spoke and how unsteady he was. But he was visibly intoxicated. He couldn't stand without holding onto the counter and he murdered my meatball sub. The bread no longer held its shape and he couldn't get the meatballs to stay on. The manager was visibly upset at him but they were obviously desperate for help. I can still hear him slurring "Wha Cheez on Tha?!" I hope he gets help and the store turns itself around. But that Sub is sinking fast. read more

Absolutely nasty. I was in there yesterday and the Spanish lady in there had a sinus issue and her nose ran into my sandwich while making my sub. I let it go to see what she does, and she didn't do anything and ignored it. At the end where she started wrapping it, I told her about it and walked out. Stay away.. I go to this Subway every so often in hopes that its going to get better, every time I go in there is some kind of issue. When ordering online I go in after my "pick up time" and the order is not complete, when I've gotten there they say "oh we are out of (xyz) ingredient", or the ticket is just laying on the back counter waiting to be made. So instead of calling the number it MAKES us put down if there is a problem, they just leave it sit until you arrive. Yesterday we I was there I ordered a 6" sub, large drink, and a bowl of soup, my father ordered a wrap and a large drink. It was $24. Once paid the women turned and walked directly in the back and she did not give me the soup. Upon viewing the receipt she charged me for a 12" and no soup. Seeing that the soup wasn't even on there I wasn't going to bring it up. I finally was able to catch the attention of another employee and they called the lady back out to the front. While laughing with the other employee throughout me trying to point out what was wrong she then tried to tell me that the 6" and the 12" were the same price, so I asked for my other half if they are the same and she then changed her story and gave my back $3 and I went on with my day. $21 Still didn't feel right so today I went to online ordering and made the order exactly as we received it and the total came to $18. So while not being happy with my order in general I've now been ripped off $3 read more
