Everyone was so nice and while I hung out there, at least three to four people asked if I needed anything. They didn't ignore me at all. Just smiled and asked if there was anything they could do to assist. That was def excellent customer service. I brought my Italian beef sandwich to the Xmas parade in Sarasota at UTC mall and I thought it was funny that at least 3 different people asked where I got the Portillo's from and if there was one in the area.
