I gotta say, I am VERY disappointed that Culver's changed their spicy chicken sandwhich. I came back here to have it because I loved the consistency or how crunchy and thin the patty was and the lettuce and mayo on top, it was my favorite. It almost reminded me of katsu chicken. I came back ordered the same thing and it was almost like chick fi la , which isn't bad , but I didn't come here for that kinda sandwhich. There was too thick of breading and the chicken was thick too.. flavor was good. BUT I liked that Culver's was different. Also, the calorie count is way higher. Not all of us want to eat most there calories in one sandwhich. I cannot understand why everything has to be so big and fattening when things can be made just as good with less. We tried the new Colby jack burger and from first impressions it looked delicious but it was kind of messy and the sauce it comes with is a very peppery. Now the bun flavor reminded me of a everything seasoning bagel. It wasn't the worst thing I've tried but next time I'll just go with the classic. Also I learned that they have a pork loin sandwich and a gentleman I met her said he loves it! So I might have to try it next time. I'm updating my review for this location after multiple visits with my husband. They deserve 5 stars. The staff provides great service. The burgers are served hot, fresh, & tasty. The fries are always crispy & fresh. Their diet root beer is awesome! The dining room is always clean at lunchtime. We also love that they give military discounts, and that you can order dessert at your table using the QR code. It's so convenient. We usually get the Culver's Deluxe. I don't usually like American cheese on my burger, but I like it here. It's just tastes different than your typical fast food cheeseburger. It's always served fresh with good quality toppings. We love it! The Pretzel Haus Pub Burger is also great when it's available, as well as the custard and concrete mixers. It's always a treat! read more

I saw Culver's, and stopped in to check out these burgers ($8 Deluxe) that Ive see advertised. I was also excited to test out a concrete, I ordered a (mini$4+) to give it a taste. I pulled around to wait for my order, server came out and I was handed a bag with detailed receipt taped on the it. I asked everything in there and he said yes. Once I got home, I opened the bag and realize there was no concrete... I am not sure how small a mini is so was thinking it could be in the bag. Four dollars that I will not see you again, and no dessert to show for it. The burger was OK a little over cooked, but good flavors and fresh. Culver's is the go to burger spot. It has now been going on three years visiting this specific location. Of course, Culver's around Tampa is worth the visit. Closer to 3.5 stars... this is one of my go-to fast food restaurants when I'm working out at the North Brandon YMCA. There is almost no day where I don't get excited when I see the custard flavor of the day. Their website indicates what these are for each day of the current month. And a tip: check your receipt for a survey where the reward for completing is a free cup or cone. Burgers are 3-4 stars and they are better than many fast food joints. I like how their deluxe has tomato, onion and lettuce. Highly recommend the DOUBLE burger option as it makes the burger flavor more prominent. Fries are NOT one of my favorites when compared to other places. They are similar to Ore-Ida crinkle fries. A better upgrade option is cheese curds, but this makes an already expensive combo even more expensive as compared to their main competitors. Often times I don't order the combo because of the fries. Their rings are also a good upgrade choice And they have more options than just burgers. Cod, shrimp, pork loin sandwich and even roast beef. Lot of options that don't jump out when looking at the menu board. Better to see these from the internet where it also better describes the items. Plenty of parking and some outdoor seating, although it is right by the drive thru exit and entrance door. They do a good job delivering through the drive thru by putting your order number on a sticker that goes on your window so the person walking from car to car can deliver quicker instead of picking up a window. read more

Service is great. Price isn't bad. However the food, this is a no go and not what I'm used to from a Culver's. I asked for extra Mayo, No tomato add mustard. I came with my kids today for lunch during a busy rush. They are down a worker today so it was pretty busy. Just wanted to give a shout out to the employees. These people are basically kids. Teens, early 20s dealing with grown adults whining about how long an order is taking and they just worked their butts off getting everyone's orders. Our food came piping hot and delicious. this location leaves a lot to be desired. first of all the lady who took my order was rude and had a really bad attitude. we were one of 3 tables in the place. one already had there food. we waited forever when the food showed up the guy apologized for the wait. the fires were cold so it had apparently been sitting before it was delivered. I did not say anything about the cold fries. after finishing I ordered a sunday from the same lady with a bad attitude. she basically threw my change at me with a nasty look. Went in yesterday to grab a bite to eat with the family. They were fairly busy, and you could see all the hard work the staff was putting in. Props to them! The food total came out to $30 for 3 people, which is pretty typical for fast food. I had the harvest veggie burger. For the vegetarian friends out here who struggle to find good food, look no further. I really enjoyed all the veggies and spinach inside the burger, and it was (debatably) better then burger kings veggie burger. My only problem is that is can be a little salty in regards to processed meat (but what can you expect). As always, the Culver's mixtures are the one to beat. So delicious and rich. We came here for lunch, 2 adults and 2 kids. It's typical for a quick serve place and you get what you expect but the girls at the counter were friendly and our food came pretty quickly. They have a good selection of fountain drinks and the butter burgers are the smash style burgers on soft buns with cheese and your choice of toppings and I thought mine was very good. The fries are crinkle cut and they were hot and crisp and we had the cheese curds which were amazing. I saw a few reviews saying it was expensive but 4 of us ate with 2 adult meals, 2 kid meals, 4 drinks and cheese curds for $35 and I got a double cheeseburger with fries and a drink to go for $9 so I think their prices are great. It has to be incredibly difficult for restaurants to survive during this global pandemic. I honestly can't imagine how stressful it must be for owners as I'm sure that most are just trying to break even right now, hoping that the virus outbreak will eventually slow down, and things will return to some normalcy. I was already a little OCD when it comes to keeping clean (constantly washing my hands, never touching doors or anything really in public places), so the idea of going out to eat during this sudden resurgence of Covid-19 was not at the top of my list. My older sister and her kids were in town, and even though we are now both "middle aged", she still bosses me around like when we were young, and as usual, I appease her. She wanted to meet me and my kids out for lunch, and of course during any other era, I would've had no issues, so I was less than motivated at the thought of eating out. Long story short, she got her way, and we decided to meet at Culver's since we had both never been there. I believe that the best way to describe Culver's is by thinking of a Chick Fil-A that serves burgers. I'm pretty sure this location is fairly new, but either way, the inside of the restaurant was immaculately clean. The Chick Fil-A reference was mostly because the entire staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and because they were also throwing out the "My Pleasures", five star customer service all the way! There were six of us (2 adults and four kids), so we ordered a ton of food, and the staff was very patient and helpful, even though we asked 20 questions and our kids kept changing their orders (isn't it great being a parent!). They gave us a ticket number and said they would bring our food out to the table. We waited probably five minutes or less, and two servers brought out are huge order. Everything was prepared correctly, and they even came back to the table a few times to see if we needed anything, just amazing service! Now the best part, the food. I got the Double Bacon Butter Burger platter that came with their delicious crinkle cut fries and a drink. The kids got the regular butter burger, chicken tenders, and the spicy crispy chicken sandwich. We also ordered onion rings and the cheese curds. I just have to emphasize that everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. The kids also got milkshakes, and they all kept saying how "awesome" everything was. Always a powerful sentiment to get a glowing review from kids, so that should also tell you how great of an experience we all had. I realize that this isn't the kind of place to visit when you're on a diet, but dear lord, this is definitely the place to visit on your "cheat day." Five stars all the way around Culver's, well done!!! read more

The burgers are very tasty, but can seem kind of greasy if you're not in the mood. Cheese curds are great! Went back and got one of my items (5 minute wait), still short one other item, and tried to send me on my way. I sent them back for the final item, and waited another 5 minutes. Finally thought I had all my items and went home to eat my food, which was now cold, only to find that they did not include condiments that I ordered (and which they charge for instead of providing free like every other restaurant).
