I never sat down and ate here before. Went with the Cod plate. It was too big for me! I was stuffed! Drink refills are a plus. I wish i ordered something smaller cuz i missed out if milk shakes. We swung in here at about 10:30am, what the door operating hours stated, after lingering in the parking lot for about 15 minutes, only to be informed they actually opened at 10am. Oh well, just a minor hiccup they stated they would be fixing. We ordered double cheese butter burger combos, mine with fries and the better half with onion rings. Within 6 or 7 minutes the grub was brought our table. This was our first time at this Culver's and the food was just as tasty as the one we frequent. The burgers, fries and onion rings were fresh and hot. The burgers were well made. The place appears to be new and was very clean, including the restroom. Two thumbs up. BURP! read more

So the Lakeland Culver's has outstanding food although the service sucks do to the fact the Last three times they haven't gotten our order right! Placed order online. Immediately called to report wrong store. I was told that they were unable to cancel or reimburse (even though order just placed). I was told it needed to be done online. There's LITERALLY no place to resolve online. Placed complaint online. I was called by mulberry branch manager that was willing to resolve but could not do anything about issue at n Lakeland branch. Called 98n Lakeland branch again. Manager refused to address stating that now they can no longer see online order and basically id have to eat $23.00 order ($50 considering I had to reorder at mulberry store). I frequent the restaurant and enjoy everything. So, I get a trivia quiz on my phone. Since I enjoy Culver's I answer the trivia questions. Then, I see another screen with survey questions. I exit the screen. Now, I'm getting harassed with numerous Medicare insurance calls. I am upset with Culver's for 'selling' My info to these harassing marketers. For a fast not show fast food chain Culver's is not too bad. Been here three times now to the one in Inverness and they did a good job. The one in Lakeland also. The key for quality control were both almost identical food quality. The chicken sandwich is really good. The fries were always hot and tasty. If you're looking to get a fast food that's not so fast because you're getting ready to eat somewhere don't have a long time the way to the table this is not a bad place to go. read more

Not impressed. The chicken strips and fish are gross. Overly cooked or something. Tastes like old grease. The floors for a newish place in Lakeland are sticky as you walk across them. What are they cleaning with? Honey? I do not like unsanitary conditions which every Culvers in any state has been when I visited. I don't get it. It's as if they are too busy to actually clean. I'm not that picky but serious, this is off my 'go to' joint. I'll stick with Arby's or KFC or the Bell. Ugh, even McD's if I'm in a pinch. On a road trip with very hungry kids, we stopped at Culver's because back home we live near one with great service. As soon as we walk in we are faced with about 15 employees standing by the front counter talking amongst each other, not working. Eventually, one of the employees comes over and stands at the register, still without being spoken to yet. Eventually we gave our orders, and the only words we heard were "Okay". We took our seats and to my surprise they had the food ready at the same time we sat down. My order was a burger, fries, and a milkshake. I first picked up my hamburger, which was not hot, but lukewarm. The bun was very stale. I tried my milkshake, which was melted, and the fries were soggy. I've never seen such horrible service from a Culver's. And compared to the location in Skokie, Illinois, I was not greeted upon entry, nor asked for my name for them to serve me, and there was no sense of professionalism. read more

On May 7, 2024 decided to try out Culver's at the South Florida ave Lakeland location which recently opened. This is my first experience with Culver's. The order was a double sourdough melt with a double Deluxe for my wife with crinkle fries. The sourdough burger meat and the Deluxe burger meet is incredibly horrible tasting (i.e., dry, thin, greasy). The quality of beef at least from this location is beyond even being considered or rated and is the worst tasting burger meat that i can say exists anywhere in Lakeland of all the burger joints i have tasted in Lakeland or elsewhere. I do not know if all the Culver stores procure this same poor quality meat but if they do i wonder why they haven't gone bankrupt from folks not returning. How anyone would even frequent this store and enjoy the food is beyond logic and common sense taste. read more

1st of all, I moved here from Wisconsin 7 years ago and couldn't wait for a Culver's to open here. In my years, I've eaten hundred's and hundred's of Culver Butter Burgers all over Wisconsin but mostly on 6th and Layton in Milwaukee. Maybe they're too busy here. Maybe they're trying too hard. I had a sourdough double melt yesterday which was a truly overcooked, greasy and soggy piece of garbage. My wife and my son each had double butter burgers which were so-so and certainly not of Wisconsin quality. We also purchased pints of custard to go. Mine was Butter Pecan. Now read this carefully - WHO? makes Butter Pecan Custard with RAW pecans? Nobody! That's who! If you can't toast the pecans then get the hell out of the business. So in recap, soggy, greasy sandwich followed by raw pecans in my custard. Good freaking Bye Culver's!!!! Take your products back to Wisconsin and you'll go flat broke overnight. read more
