Perfectly balanced not overly sweet, super smooth espresso, and that cold foam on top just made it next level. You can tell they care about quality. I also grabbed a pastry (the cinnamon coffee cake muffin was incredible) fresh, moist, and the perfect pairing with coffee. I recommend getting it warmed up. It's always great unless I get it at Bennington location. I think it's b/c it's very burnt? Like it's been roasted too long it totally changes the taste. I know it sounds petty but the last sandwich was so bad I couldn't even eat it. So I was hopeful this would get to the owner- I don't want a refund just want to see it change so maybe Someday I will give it another chance

I used to be obsessed with this place but over time, they haven't been able to maintain the consistency I look for an a restaurant. I feel like something changed with their pizza crust. I used to rave over their pizza and the toppings are still pretty good, but the crust somehow is softer and blander, and it gets soggy after sitting out for more than 20 minutes. Not sure what's going on there. I also used to love how fresh their burgers were, and how they came out so juicy and perfectly cooked with a little bit of pink in it as I requested. I don't know if they switched to frozen burgers or are just doing it differently now, but they don't feel as handmade. They come out a bit on the dry side now. Unfortunately, I've also noticed that service isn't as friendly as it used to be. It used to be a lot more of a neighborhood vibe. Now the servers seem agitated and treat you like an inconvenience at times.

I went back and forth on actually ordering, but I pulled the trigger and got the smaller portion size. I opted for fries as my side, and enjoyed the deep fried roll.
