I used to rave over their pizza and the toppings are still pretty good, but the crust somehow is softer and blander, and it gets soggy after sitting out for more than 20 minutes. Not sure what's going on there. I also used to love how fresh their burgers were, and how they came out so juicy and perfectly cooked with a little bit of pink in it as I requested. I don't know if they switched to frozen burgers or are just doing it differently now, but they don't feel as handmade. They come out a bit on the dry side now. Unfortunately, I've also noticed that service isn't as friendly as it used to be. It used to be a lot more of a neighborhood vibe.
