Wifeys burger was well done, even singed black on one side and her fries looked like they were from the end of the bag. All of them were pretty much less than an inch long. The Gem has a problem with quality control. All the pizzas that came out looked fantastic, our burgers, not so much. The kicker was the cook came out to get a look at us before the end of the meal.
