The biscuit is all you could ask for - flaky, buttery, a bit of salt - and if you can't eat it for a little while, it's still good (not all biscuits age well - some are only good as they come out of the oven). The "bird" in this case is the egg, over medium so it doesn't run all over the place, but not dry like a hard boiled egg. The generous stack of bacon is smoky but not overly so. The chicken is crunchy and fried perfectly. For me, it's a lot to eat, but I have indulged on occasion. Finally, you need to try the Dough Doughs.
