The cuts of meat purchased are all Prime cuts. On Christmas Day, we enjoyed our "cow" slabs as they melted in our mouths and no knives were needed. The Prime Standing Rib Roast was outstanding. The NY Strip Roast was perfect for the one person who enjoyed it. Finally the Lamb Chops were devoured by a few people even though it was purchased for one person. This shop has survived times of COVID when people were not in store shopping. The community rallied together to keep this gem alive.
