They were suppose to have done the work yesterday but did not show up, not even a call or a text which I thought, isn't that 101, at least a call. Then they call today with an excuse why they didn't do the job yesterday and said we may be able to make it today. Folks this is exactly what I was told. I had hired this company a couple years ago to plant a couple trees and the same thing, no show, no call, I had to call them. The excuse that time was the tree was not available which I had already paid for by the way. Do what you want with this review but it's the honest truth. There are too many good companies out there to have to put up with this crap. Needless to say I'll never call this company ever again for anything.

Not only did they never come out for an estimate, they reported my comment of dissatisfaction as bullying which resulted in my account being temporarily blocked, but then the owner (Justin Richter) messaged me and made up some excuse, asked me not to post anything negative to his Facebook page, and that if I was "in such a rush" to get my "little stump problem" taken care of, I "should find someone else".
