The second time in April 2024, Kenny quoted us for tree removal and stump grinding. They worked with us on scheduling around rain and had great communication for tree removal part of the job. But the day before tree removal Kenny said their stump grinder was broken and they couldn't do stump grinding. After removing the tree, he asked if I was comfortable paying for the tree removal part of the job they completed, which I agreed. Kenny said they would follow-up with stump grinding "tomorrow," but it was no-call/no-show. Then it was "next week," then again it was "we're busy with storm damage, first thing next week." I was pushed off for "next week" until after many weeks Kenny no longer responded via text. Glorioso Tree Service completed the work I paid them for, but I was led on for weeks on stump grinding that never happened. I had to hire another contractor to finish the job.

When nobody showed on Saturday, I had the limb taken care of by someone else. I wasn't too bothered until the owner called the following Tuesday and asked about rescheduling and I told her I was not happy about not being contacted at all. Her excuse was that she was out of town. Sorry lady, my time is just as valuable as yours. If you're running a business and know you won't be available, have someone else keep customers updated so they feel like they mean more to you than just dollars.

My husband called them the day we bought the coupon expecting that we'd probably have someone come by within a few weeks, but by the end of the evening, we had a written estimate for everything we wanted done and the price was incredibly reasonable. For our $400 coupon and an additional $500, they trimmed several trees that were near lines going into the house or were touching or almost touching the house and hauled off the branches, hauled off a bunch of other branches that were piled up on our property, cut down a very big mature tree that was dying and hauled it off. Additionally, they have agreed to grind out multiple stumps, although that will be done at a later date. But aside from the stump grinding, all of the work was done within 24 hours of us contacting them. From start to nearly finished, they have been professional, expedient and have done quality work.
