Got body aches? Need to release pain in your body? Don't really want to get a massage? If you answered yes to any of these, I highly recommend that you see Heidi for a Zero Balancing (ZB) session. It's 45 minutes, clothes on, no oils, and it is AMAZING. It's kinda like acupressure but better. I've been going getting ZB from Heidi once a month for the last six months and I can feel the difference in my body. I feel more relaxed, less tense, and have less chronic pain. Heidi is kind, compassionate, and highly skilled. She's just amazing. If you're dealing with pain and stress, book an appointment with her STAT. You won't regret it. read more

Heidi is amazing! I have seen Heidi every two weeks for the last 8 years. She is so beyond intune with the body & she has the most healing hands and energy. I was hit by a drunk driver about 4 years ago and she immedietly got me in to help bring me comfort. She was able to gently help my body to recovery. I still have lingering pain in my neck and lower back, and she is able to work through it to give me relief. I have referred many people to Heidi, of which all have benifited from her. I feel confident in giving her Five Stars. If there were ten stars, I would give her ten:-) read more

Heidi is amazing!! I inured my back, I got a 90-massage massage with Heidi yesterday, and she incorporated a little Zero Balancing into our session. She deeply listened to my body and is very intuitive with her touch. Also, in these anxiety inducing times of COVID, I felt she took proper and safe precautions (and had a very high-tech mask) to make me feel comfortable having an in-person session. Afterwards, my body felt loose, open, and blissful - without any post-massage soreness. Now I'm hooked on both offerings, so I already scheduled future ZB and massage sessions. Highly highly recommend! read more

Heidi is a fantastic massage therapist. I have been going to her for many years and would recommend her every time.

Heidi is an amazing massage therapist. I found her while searching for a chiropractor and LMP in my area. I needed a skilled person to help me with my repetitive injuries. Massage is a unique experience and you should be comfortable with your therapist. I felt comfortable with Heidi from the start! She has a laid back personality and is a good listener. Heidi is a holistic practitioner, who really knows a lot about the human body and how to take good care of it. She was able to suggest daily exercises that helped me heal my injuries and stay healthy overall. Heidi is able to read my muscles well. She provides the adequate pressure to help my muscles relax and release stress. She definitely has a healing touch and I highly recommend her!! read more

I received my first ever professional massage from Heidi. The massage room had a great peaceful atmosphere that made relaxing incredibly easy. I was surprised to find that the massage table was heated and once the massage started I could feel stress just melting away. Heidi was very attentive to what I wanted out of the massage and asked about any areas and made sure to check with me that the pressure was ok. I definitely plan on seeing Heidi again and would recommend her to anybody looking for a great massage. read more

Heidi is the best! She has treated me for neck and shoulder pain, but more recently she was my practitioner throughout my first pregnancy (something I highly recommend). She takes the time to understand where your pain is coming from and I always feel better after seeing her. read more

Heidi is a miracle worker...literally. I have been seeing Heidi for a few months now and she is not only attentive and knows her stuff, but she is professional, fun, and such a great presence when it comes to bodywork. It's never just a massage, it's a collaborative process where she tunes into my needs and where my body is at that day. My body has changed since going to her and I am religious when it comes to me 1x/month visit. She is so professional, on time, makes those reminder calls, and is just a delight. If you are looking for an amazing therapist in the N. Seattle area, you need to see her! She creates miracles, is a healer, and a stand-out professional in the massage industry. read more

I had been in a car accident (got rear ended) and the massages I was getting were NOT FUN. I basically suffered through and counted the minutes till it was done! Then I learned of Heidi and one of her specialties being car accident people. I live in Issaquah and I make the drive to Seattle, she is just that good! Her attention to detail and making sure I was getting what's needed, her healing energy, her kind and gentle demeanor, gives her top marks. But don't let the sweet outside fool you. She is a no nonsense warrior for your health and well being. I am so glad I am in her care, I feel like together we are going to get me well. read more

My chiropractor recommended Heidi for my chronic back pain and sciatica and I just had her massage yesterday. I also had annoying neck pain since 4 days ago which I couldn't shake... but wow! my neck and back are feeling much better after her massage. The neck pain was bugging me so much that I was not sleeping well for the last few days but I slept like a baby last night! She is professional and very easy to talk to. I highly recommend her for medical massage and massage for relaxation. read more

Heidi is the BEST! I hadn't seen her in about a year. I recently suffered some sort of neck injury involving my lower disks in my neck. After suffering about 6 weeks of muscle spasms and constant pain, my physician prescribed massage. I immediately thought of Heidi and her magic hands. I've seen Heidi 3 times and I am happily on the road to healing. She gets in there and does some amazing work. It's not a pleasant spa massage but a deep therapeutic massage that is finally helping my body heal. She truly knows what she's doing and genuinely cares. read more

I worked with Heidi and the Juice+ products for 30 days and feel great. I am continuing to use them and feel that Heidi's coaching and checkin, along with a really quality product help me brake some habits and be mindful about what I was eating. I did have some weight loss, but more importantly, I am sleeping better, thinking more clearly and have found a lot of new good plant based recipes that my whole family likes. Along with the suppliments, I have to recommend the shake and granola bars - they have great taste and are very satisfying. read more

Heidi has been coaching me in several areas, the two most important being relationship and career. With her brilliant listening and coaching, she was able to have me see life differently. I saw what was possible and new actions to take. I'm extremely delighted by the way my life is going. I have a new job and on my spare time I'm finally dabbling into my passion and creating a side business. Dating went from significant and tiring to authentic, fun and freeing. She really hears you and her coaching is spot on if you're willing to listen and take it on. read more

On and off I have been receiving massage therapy for about 30 years (I have a terrible back). The reason I saw Heidi the first time was because of the reccommendation of the Chiropractor she works with. That said, I currently see Heidi every week. She is truly wonderful. She is a great communicator and always wants to know how you're doing with any pain before she starts her work. I love it when someone is as professional & practiced at their skills as I would like to think I am at mine. My body has been going through some real changes since I started seeing Heidi and she knows exactly what is needed every single time I see her. In a world where shabby work and the unprofessional is accepted as normal or good, it is so refreshing to spend time with a true professional and artist [I think it is an art]. Like it says after the 5 stars, "Woohoo! As good as it gets!" read more

Fellow yelpers: I have been going to Heidi for therapeutic massage for a few years now and I must say that she is nothing short of AMAZING. At this point, Heidi can usually judge my mood and without me needing to verbally express it, she knows whether I want a quiet massage or if we should catch up during it. She has also become such a master of her craft that, although I do tell her if I have any "problem areas" that I want her to address, she will always find them regardless. She is hands-down the best massage practitioner I have ever been to. If you like deep tissue, she will definitely push your comfort zone and if you like a more relaxing experience, she will have you in a state of zen. Not only is she fantastic at her job, she is simply an amazing person. I have grown to truly respect, adore and admire Heidi. I look forward to every time I get to see her! She is the absolute best, don't even bother looking elsewhere :) hope this helps!! Sincerely ... read more

I have been seeing Heidi for massage for over 7 years. She intuitively knows what areas of my body need extra work. I have been in a auto accident, experienced TMJ problems and the daily stress of sitting at my desk all day. Heidi provided relief for each condition. She also was my health coach and worked with me for 3 months on lifestyle choices, eating habits and journaling. It was life-changing for me. Heidi is super intuitive and sensitive and is able to just know what your body needs. Heidi is truly gifted at what she does. She is the best! read more

With 7 car accidents in my past I have seen a lot of massage therapists to help in chronic muscle tension and Sciatica pain. Every time I am massaged here, I leave feeling grateful how relaxed my body feels and loose my muscles are. The environment is peaceful and calm, but more importantly the careful techniques Heidi uses provide so much relief not only the day of but for continuation days afterward. I highly recommend anyone interested in a quality massage visit. read more
