Really my go to spot for a hearty, fresh and filling sub. The folks working behind the counter are always upbeat and professional. Every time I'm in I see the employees working as a team to make your sandwich in a timely manner. The system and workers are flawless. I am always so excited to unwrap my ATC and devour. Disclaimer: This review is based on this location and not Submarina as a whole. I love Submarina! But this place is just tarnishing their name. I have eaten at Submarina before and am very familiar with the quality/quantity of sub I'm getting. I happened to stumble on this place for lunch. I ordered the "CALI" sub as it is my favorite. The sandwich had very very little meat on it. Submarina is suppose to stack the meat on the sandwich and you are suppose to scratch your head and wonder how you're suppose to eat it. I will give this location another try only because I have had so many good experiences in the past from other chains. I hope they can pull through because I know corporate will! After calling today to confirm hours , as it is a holiday . My boyfriend & I decided to go in an hour & 30 minutes before they closed... the service was HORRIBLE. The 3 girls working made it seem that they were so unhappy to serve customers . Understandingly so it is a holiday . The girls not interacting with us, it already appeared that they were cleaning up.. the toppings were so little . Definitely feel like we wasted money.. the one star does account for the quality of the food. read more

I love a good sandwich, and Submarina knows what a good sandwich is. While Submarina is still a chain, we all know that not every location for any chain restaurant is always up to par. This Submarina, on the other hand, is above many others. Every sub I've had from here, as well as my girlfriend's subs, have been perfect. It's always fresh. It's always made with just the right amount of each topping so that you can taste every topping individually in each bite. It's always delicious. Neither of us have every left this particular Submarina dissatisfied with our food or feeling like we wasted our money, which is always a good feeling. The interior is always clean and well kept and their staff is always friendly and welcoming. While they are more expensive than some other sandwich chains, such as Subway, you never have to worry about not getting your money's worth. If you want a sandwich and you're nearby, stop by this Submarina. You won't be disappointed. read more

Horrible customer service. Every. Time. I wait months hoping the staff changes and I'll be greeted with a smile or at least a hello. Never. The staff changes but I guess standards don't. I said hi to a girl 3 times and she just kept asking what I wanted. I had to ask for a sanitary piece of paper for my sandwich to made on and that was a problem for her.... More rudeness. The avocado was brown and sitting out. They couldn't wait til I paid before I was alone by the register and they were playing around in the back. Ask anyone who knows me what my favorite sandwich spot is and they will say, Submarina. I can eat there every day! I usually get the roast beef on squaw bread. The toppings are always fresh and the Avocado is always ripe, which is a huge deal for me. The service is great and they are always smiling. When it's hot outside, I like to eat my sammy there and cool off in the crisp AC. I've never had a bad experience in the 10 years I've been eating there. read more

Worst customer service ever. We ordered through the DoorDash app for pick up. When my husband arrived, one of the employees yelled at him for being 20 minutes early (he was actually 8 minutes early). When they finally prepared the two sandwiches we ordered, she shoved them on the DoorDash table and ignored him. After about five minutes she informed him his order was on the table. She didn't bother to tell him when she actually placed it there. When he got back home, one of the sandwiches was made wrong - full of toppings we didn't order and completely soggy and we were missing a bag of chips we ordered. When I called the location, the employee was incredibly rude and yelled at me. When I asked for her name, she refused to give it to me, stating she didn't make my sandwiches. We will never eat at a Submarina again, much less this location. read more

5 stars all around. My good friend and I came in for lunch today and ordered separately. My wife has a dairy allergy and I notified the staff about her sandwich. Their response wowed me at a level that's comparative to Disneyland service. Not only did they listen to my order, they asked if I wouldn't mind waiting an extra few minutes so they could change the slicing blade so as not to risk any cross contamination. Then they all changed their gloves and the knife that they use to cut the sandwiches into portions. I've been to this one before when I can for just myself so it never really came to my attention. We usually hit up Submarina about once a week after going to the gym. This particular location has changed hands a couple of times and hasn't always had the best service or quality of food. Currently though it is great! The service is decent, the sandwiches are yummy and the toppings are all fresh. You can usually get a buy one get one free coupon from the local mailers so it is only about $6 for 2 sandwiches and a drink! read more

Wanted something quick and healthy yesterday so stopped in for a couple of sandwiches - we had a coupon so it was two for one. The two gals working the counter were really pleasant and fixed us up with two different sandwiches on really good bread with lots of fillings and no shortage of meats and cheese. Sandwiches here are always delicious! The bread is as soft as a pillow and the veggies appear fresh. My only reason for the three stars instead of 5 is because of customer service. You are never greeted and they make you feel like it's such an issue to make a sandwich.. bad attitudes here. I have been here three times in the last two months and every time different people same bad attitude. Skip the mega chains. This place offers a great alternative to subway and jersey mikes. Their bread selection is larger and fresh. I also like that they offer several types of wraps. This place has pretty good subs. I think I prefer quiznos or togos but this place isn't half bad. They have a good french dip sub and a good meatball sub. They do to go orders and dine in as well. Submarina really stands out as a sandwich shop who takes pride in having the freshest ingredients. It's simplicity which really makes the sandwiches standout. I love this place! I always get the veggie on sourdough & it's pretty much always delicious. The only thing I don't like is every time I got the avocado, it was always hard & not ripe enough. That's the only reason for my 4 stars. I just stopped getting the avocado on my sandwich. Also they run out of bread and/or specific things I want on my sandwich like olives. This is the one of my favorite Submarinas..lucky me it is right done the street. The staff is always in a great mood and puts love into their sandwhich making skills. I usually end up getting the same thing when i come in, so they pretty much know what i want. The Peppered ATC is my all time favorite, but then again i switch it up with the tuna as well. This place always has a nice atmosphere, and a clean and comfy sitting area. I am now craving a sandwhich from here just typing this. If you have never tried this place I say go for it.
